Open and spacious studio with everything you needed. lovely and clean. staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. appartment had everything we needed including a kettle and toaster very handy for breakfast. fridge was a good size. Bed was large and very comfortable lots of wardrobe space and a large walk in shower. look at my photos. we didn't have french doors as we was down in the basement had a window to a door but couldn't use that door for in and out ,hard to explain but was just perfect how it all worked. a supermarket just up the road and a lovely little bar round the corner served drinks and food. we only had a drink there. all great would definitely stay again.

Nothing I didn't like Sometimes the walk back was long up and down steep street. But wouldn't say I didn't like it. it is the old part of Lisbon. the tram 28 went past and was regular but could get busy. we would find different ways to walk to get to the front once on the front it was flat.

Fantastic location. Close to wonderful restaurants and bars. Copenhagen coffee is right opposite and serves both great food and coffee. The tram also stops right by Alma Moura.

We noticed upon our arrival the shower head fixing was broken. I messaged the contact at Alma Moura, who promptly came to check and take a photo.. He did say it would be fixed asap, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed by the time we left four days later.

It's a fantastic location!! In the charming Alfama neighborhood of Lisbon and the famous 28 Tram route is only steps away from the entrance to the apartment building. Walkable distance (although some hills) to St. Jorge castle and the Cathedral. The place was very quiet at night and we felt comfortable and safe. The water pressure for the shower was great. We sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed the breeze and beautiful flowers as well as the stars in the nightsky. Uber was our preferred method of getting around when not in walking distance. Trams were very crowded and we had 4 large size adults in our family so didnt think it would work out to get enough seats at our pickup spot without luck. Tuk Tuks are a bit expensive, but fun! We lo Ed the coffee shop and Cafe bar next to Alma Moura. And a small market where we bought water, snacks and wine. Communication and instruction by the staff was wonderful. They even surprised me with a treat on my birthday! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The trashcans in the cobblestone alley close to the entrance don't make a good first impression, but you realize it's necessary and see the same everywhere in the area.

The hosts of this apartment are incredibly kind and accommodating! The check-in process was smooth and the facility is very secure and private. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped for a group, with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, a living space, and a stocked kitchen. The location is hard to beat, as it's within walking distance of basically everything needed, including tons of delicious restaurants and cafes, sightseeing, and cultural experiences. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking to enjoy a stay in Lisbon!

The wifi was a bit slow, but it was fine for sending and receiving messages.

Our two-floor accommodations were awesome! Although we only used the fridge, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The bathroom on the second floor was huge! We had breakfast every morning during our stay at the Copenhagen Coffee Lab, which was essentially right outside our door. Breakfast was great! Tram #28 ran right in front of the Coffee Lab, so was super convenient. Communication was excellent with info about the area. A little surprise for my husband's birthday was so thoughtful.

Unfortunately, and through no fault of the accommodation, right outside the door to the apartment was the trash collection spot for the street. For most of our stay, the trash bins were overflowing and were an eyesore.

Fabulous location in the beating heart of Alfama district with everything within a literal stones throw. Our transfer from the airport with the lovely Luis was seamless and we were greeted at the property by Antonio who was super welcoming and informative about our accommodation and the area. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable- it was perfect for us after our long haul trip from Australia! Despite being in Alfama the area is very quiet and the accommodation has a lovely peaceful courtyard to enjoy a drink or read a book. The locked entry provided a safe and secure environment to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay – close to trams and tuktuks if you want them and about 15 mins walk from the centre if you prefer to take the hills (and, as others have probably told you, there are a lot of hills in Lisbon). The staff were super helpful, sharing tips on what to see and where to eat, on hand to answer any questions and very helpful on arrival and they clearly wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything you’d need for a few days’ stay. Yes, there was some noise but you expect that in a city and earplugs were provided if you struggle. It did feel, however, that you were a little removed from the main centre so a bit of relative peace and quiet. Thanks guys – we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we revisit Lisbon. PS – top tip from us – Copenhagen Coffee House, just metres away – best pastries in Lisbon!

Nothing - it was a perfect place to stay.

The location was unbeatable, the apartments are just off the tram line and only a short walk away from some of the best views in the city, and the castle too! Also there is the BEST coffee shop less than a minute away, I had breakfast there nearly every morning! The owner sent a list of recommendations of restaurants etc which was really helpful, and before he left he also let me know which way I needed to walk for different things, so helpful!

There is a lot of noise from the street and the other apartments, but I was in the basement level, this may not have been the case in the apartments above me! It didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep, and they supply ear plugs as well for those who need them!

Lovely decorated interiors, great to have air conditioning in every room during hot summer week which team turned on before we arrived . Comfortable beds with mattress toppers and 2 walk in shower bathrooms was convenient for family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. On day 3 of 5 night stay the apartment was cleaned , bedding & towels changed which wouldn’t get with AirBnB. Spotlessly clean. Courtyard outside was nice to chill out in the evenings.

1 bathroom door had no handle to close shut from inside but not a problem

The location is fantastic in the Alfama district which is local, lively, full of bars and restaurants and close to a main tram line which gets you to most key places in the city. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean with a nice garden to sit out.

The handing over of the keys was not good. We had to wait for an hour and a half for someone to arrive despite notifying the hosts well in advance of the arrival time via the Booking app. It took multiple attempts by phone to reach them and a 20 minute wait ended up being closer to 45 minutes. I recommend that they optimize this process as everything else worked out well.
