The hosts were extremely helpful and understanding. We were able to store our luggage in a separate space after checking out, which was really useful. The location is very close to metro and bus links. The apartment is in an old building on the top floor. Inside there is a good range of nice furniture.

I had no problems personally. Some people may find the shower a little small, or find it difficult to get up the stairs if they have a lot of heavy luggage. Neither of these things can be changed though as it is an old building. The hosts do an amazing job to make this a brilliant stay.

Very nice apartament with everything what our group of 6 people needed to spend 2 excited days in Lisbon. The owner was very helpful and friendly, with immadiate contact, whenever we needed. We have been welcomed with wine and some food, what was very nice, expecially after travel. The location was great, in the heart of Alfama.

Deposit, i need to pay. Fortunately it was unblocked very quickly and without any problem,

Great central location, close to the older areas of Lisbon and within walking distance of a metro station. Plenty of windows that allowed us to get a breeze in during the evening! The hosts were responsive as well.

The shower ran cold most of the time, and the bedroom doors wouldn't stay shut without locking them (the one with a key) or propping something heavy up against it.

Really clean, comfortable beds, clever layout of the space with provision of things like hand soap, kitchen roll, milk, butter etc. Great location - easy for buses, trams, metro. The owners were very helpful and communicative.

The alleyway behind was incredibly noisy at all hours of the night, bins being pulled, people talking and it was very loud, making sleep challenging. Hot water was quite intermittent and no air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms.

Fantastic apartment with 3 lovely bedrooms. Very close to the old part of the city, but even better located at the bottom of the hill. Short walks to the central area and very close walk to see for all the sight seeing and transport links, also easy to access from the airport. A taxi ride to the airport from the apartment only cost 10€, but also the metro on arrival was great on the red line and one change to get the blue line. Excellent location, close to amenities and such a lovely feel to the apartment and temperature was very agreeable for lounging and sleeping. Also a great restaurant at your doorstep, literally. Very smooth communication and organization from the owner, who was super helpful with great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Can be confusing on arrival due to the fact the entrance to the building is actually through the terrace of a restaurant. No lift.

It was a well appointed apartment, with good facilities and in an excellent location. The landlord provided a generous selection of essential provisions.

There were just a couple of things that would have made it better - namely, bedside lamps and mirrors in all bedrooms

The location of this apartment is fabulous. Alot of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Ideal for Alfama area.

There is a good few steps upto the apartment, so can be difficult with larger suitcases. We only had cabin bags, so fine for us.

Location was great and aesthetics of the apartment were great. Perfect size for our family to rest, recoup, and enjoy Alfama.

Neighborhood could be a bit loud but the apartment windows did a great job of muting out most of the noise

Very atmospheric and pleasant apartment. There were 7 of us and we fit in without any problems. Great location (Alfama, train station, shop, restaurant, river). The host was very helpful.

Nice apartment, the host accommodated early check-in for us. AC kept the living room warm.

Paying a deposit made me a little uncomfortable, but it was returned promptly after the checkout. The second double bed was basically a mattress on the floor and not very comfy.
