Location was very convenient to multiple subway lines. Many restaurants nearby. Not too noisy at night (just a little). Private room with 2 twin beds had a balcony. Bathrooms were very clean and private (showers and toilets have full locking doors, not just curtains or partial doors). Shower was very comfortable! Coffee machine made great espresso drinks. Breakfast was good for a hostel (nice bread, fruit, cheese, jam, nutella, yogurt, cereal). Other travelers were mostly quiet and respectful - when I was there (30-something traveling with my 60-something dad), there were other senior travelers who kept an earlier schedule. This is not a party hostel. I also liked that the hostel was staffed 24 hours.

The hostel was super easy to locate and very safe even though we stayed at the 5th floor. There is a lift so no need to worry! The room was clean, although I expected a cleaner floor (a bit dusty). We had our private bathroom that was big and clean as well. Vistas exceeded my expectations. We had a great set of free breakfast — light and very much what you would expect in hostels but it was enough for me and my friend. The staff were very accommodating upon all requests; even booked as a free taxi from the hostel to the airport (part of their service so make sure to ask for that free “shuttle”!). I love how the hostel is located at the town centre and walking distance to all transportation and tourists spots. 9/10 would come back and rebook!

The room was basic with few power points and just one light. But it was comfortable with a great balcony with a tiny table and chairs. The shared showers were clean however were quite challenging keeping your clothes dry. The place could do with some maintenance in a few areas. The breakfast was great and staff very nice and helpful. All up a great place in good location.

Private room had decent space, great window view, free bottle of wine and water bottles, free towel use, comfy beds. Great storage in the room that locked. Decent free breakfast. Great location. Nice staff (just sometimes hard to find at reception). Would definitely recommend this place. Decently clean washrooms.

The showers didn’t drain well and the shower heads were not attached to the wall in both showers I used (as if the attachment to clip them into the wall has been ripped off). This was on the fifth floor, not sure what others may have been like.

The staffs were the best! I arrived at the train station around 4am in the morning and reached the hostel at 7am, they allowed me to leave my bag there before check-in, and when they see that I'm tired they offered to check if my bed os available and let me sleep because no one is using. Location wise it's a 6min walk to Praca de Commercio, where the main tram/buses to Belem and other places are located. Also 5-6 mins walks to multiple nearby train stations. Breakfast is included and definitely much better than what I expected, with muffins, cereals, fruits, yogurt etc. Beds have few charging pots next to it with some extra place to put phones etc. Also have curtains for privacy.

On the first day of my stay there was no warm/hot water in the shower, which was a deal-breaker for me. They fixed it the next day tho. WiFi signal can be weak in rooms at times. Rooms is a bit small without lockers so can be squeeze some times as bags as placed on the floor in the room, but for me it was still ok.

Nice easy breakfast, the beds have individual plugs and a curtain which makes it private and really nice, comfortable, centric and has an elevator to go up to the hostel. The bathrooms are clean and showers are spacious. Everyone is minding their own business so it doesn’t come with awkward moments but people were still friendly.

You might go through the staff on their destinated space to eat and hang out on break, because there is a hallway to go through there to the bathrooms. The hotel is very narrow, some spaces feel a bit crowded.

The location of the hostel is amazing, Just walking distance from lots of spots that have to be visited...The breakfast was included at price and they gave us a 10 Euro discount for the booking.com attractions which gave us a chance to make a cheapest boat trip..We definetely suggested this hostel for the ones who are looking for a reasonable accommodation.

General cleanless can be improved..

Very clean, nice bed with privacy by the curtains, fair breakfast, good location, chinese staff very nice people, except for the one who is not chinese. Overall, it was a nice place.

A few guests who don't match with the profile of the hostel or the rest of the people, over age, which I don't care but specifically an annoying one (loudy and rude). I asked to move out to another room because of him, then he moved to the same room as me again 🤦🏽‍♂️ I don't know why....

Everything was beyond amazing. The room was super clean, smelled fresh, and overlooked the heart of the city centre. The location couldn't have been more central and convenient. The breakfast was really outstanding for the price you paid; you get a really nutritious breakfast daily. The staff are the highlight of the place. With a 24-hour reception, you can never get stuck. Special thanks to Maya and Sangita for their courtesy and outstanding hospitality. Definitely will come back :)

After reading some of the reviews, I had concerns about this hostel and the cleanliness, but unnecessarily. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was basic but there is always something to eat. Bathrooms in the evening or in the morning actually a little dirty, but this is normal in a hostel in my opinion. Staff and location super. The only downside, on the 5th floor there were problems with electricity and every now and then blew the plugs which was a little inconvenient. Overall I would recommend
