The staff at the hotel were amazing. Ruben and David at the front desk were hugely helpful. At one point Ruben even walked us over to the train station a block away just to be sure we were confident on where to go (before his shift started!) The location was great for us. Super close to train station for travel to Sintra. The room was fairly small but did have a comfortable chair to sit and watch the street traffic and drink some wine. Bathroom was very nice

The room was small so that there wasn’t a lot of room to get around the foot of the bed. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were awful. Old and lumpy. Definitely could use an upgrade. Breakfast was available for 10€. There was good selection but the “hot” items were barely warm. Would suggest going out somewhere else unless you’re just really short on time.

Location location location We came from the Algarve by Flixbus to Oriente. It was easy tp get by metro as well as so the airport by metro. We loved the vibes at Rpssio Square and all the attractions were walking distance We loved the decor of the breakfast room as well as the old world feeling at the stairs Thank you that we could keep our luaggage there after booking out The staff were very helpful

Nothing. Good value for money

It was in a fantastic location a few metres from Rossio Square. Our room was quite small but we were not paying much and was far above our expectations for the price. We had a fridge and a safe in the room and that was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, lovely juliette balcony, The air con was very effective and only needed to be on briefly, it was also quiet. The bathroom had everything we needed and very clean, the whole room was very clean.

The hairdryer fixed in the bathroom, glad I had my own so I could style my hair in the bedroom. The curtains were not easy to pull across but great blackout.

Great location, easy access from airport with metro and easy walk to tours, grocery store, shopping and restaurants.

Our room was not as cute or spacious as the pics on the website but I was very appreciative of the three single beds for my group. We had the room near the dining room so heard cups and plates being stacked fairly early each morning. When on vacation we don't stay in the room, so it was sufficient to sleep and shower but our most expensive stay on our two week trip.

Location is perfect - literally around the corner from Rossio Square. So easy access to everything and everywhere you’d like to go. Being slightly off the square meant despite its central location, the hotel was quiet. Hotel is literally 20 mins from the airport in a taxi - even faster during the early hours. Supermarket literally underneath the hotel to grab any essentials. Reception staff were helpful and always. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for our 2 nights in the City. Bathroom facilities were good, the shower was fantastic - again everything that you would need for a city break. 3 beds in the main room area and 1 in a smaller, separate room meant it was the ideal space for us.

The lift is very tight, especially if you had luggage. No bottled water or tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Nothing to really note that would impact your stay in any way.

Useful tips: Comfortable beds but pillows were awful. Be sure to ask for extra pillows. Room 104 on the front was lovely but take ear plugs as there is a bit of noise due to fantastic location. We didn't bother with 10 euro breakfast. You can eat cheaper elsewhere. Supermarket next door. Hotel offers airport transfer for 20 euros but we used booking.com rides for 14 euros. Rooms do look a little bit tired but you won't be spending much time in there. En suite shower room small but adequate.

Great room in a super convenient location making it easy to walk almost everywhere. We didn’t get to try breakfast because we had a really early morning flight. The staff was wonderful with the exception of the older man at the front desk. We arrived 30 minutes before check in, so he just grunted for us to put our luggage in the storage room which he said was the first left. It was actually upstairs and down the first hall on the left. He also didn’t bother to give us a key, which was needed, so we had to go back two times before we were able to get our luggage in the storage leaving us 15 minutes until we could check in. We went and had a snack and when we came back there was a nice younger man, who was very kind and helpful

We had a great stay at Hotel INN Rossio. The hotel is placed very central in Lisbon with friendly staff and tidy and clean rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side, but not too small, and the bathroom was very spatious. We were overall very satisfied and found it to be very reasonably priced as well.

We stayed over in november and even then noticed that the aircondition was not the most powerful one, so our first night was on the warmer side as the sound of traffic from outside kept us from openimg the window (which is to be expected considering the central location).

The hotel is in the Rossio Area and is a 2 minute walk from the famous local train station. There were many restaurants within walking distance, the Elevador Gloria up to the Miradouro da Sao Pedro was very close, and a stroll along Ave de Liberdade was in easy walking distance. The room I had was typical of an established European Hotel with marble floors, exceptionally high ceilings, and wood decor. My bed was very comfortable, and I always had a good night's sleep - I wonder if the stay here after 4 weeks in Portugal was why I was not as exhausted as usual when returning from anothercif my European adventures! The reception desk is manned 24/7, no code box was needed to access the property, and the staff was exceptionally efficient and helpful.

This apartment is so beautiful, clean and very central! Close to all attractions in Porto and all the good restaurants, we walked everywhere and it was great. The staff are also very nice and they left us complimentary wine, water and coffee which is amazing.

The only negatives would be the small bedroom with no window, only having one bathroom if you’re a group of 5-6, when the bathroom lights are on, light goes into the bedrooms and disrupts your sleep and also you are only given ONE towel for your whole stay. However, there is an option against a payment to ask for an extra towel, sheets, toilet paper etc
