The hotel located at the best location in Lisbon. Cars can easily access to pick/drop off easily (this could be a challenge in Lisbon). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean we arrived and you could ask for cleaning everyday. This is the best place in terms of location since everything is just walking distance from you.

Exceptional Service and Perfect Location! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding – the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled and we had to stay two more nights, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even treating us to complimentary breakfast. The location is amazing – everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a prime location, everything was within walking distance. We didn’t need to rely on Ubers at all. Metro station right around the corner if you want to travel a bit further, and a scooter drop off point right outside too. Our room was more like an apartment - plenty of space and very clean. It was cleaned once during our 3 night stay which was fine for us. Good air conditioning too and Rituals products in the bathroom. Taxi’s to / from the airport were organised for us and cost €25 for us both.

The following are just minor issues but would help: It needed a full length mirror that you can stand away from. The TV/mirror was dark and too close to the beds. Also there could have been more wardrobe space as there was plenty of space for more. The wardrobes just had hanging space not any shelves. The hairdryer kept cutting out and was not that powerful. So provision of a better hairdryer would be good.

I am so glad that I chose My Story Rossio for my stay in Lisbon. What a delightful hotel at the heart of the city. The reception manager kindly upgraded my room to one overlooking the Rossio Square and direct view of the castle. Rua Augusta- pedestrianized shopping street with lively cafes is just around the corner of the square. Chiado, Bairo Alto are areas close by but very steep hilly neighborhoods. Breakfast had many food options. I had a late evening flight, so they were kind enough to extend my stay by a couple of hours . The taxi stand is across the square. Highly recommend, but please note this is an expensive hotel.

The location is very good. Prior to traveling I emailed hotel on how to travel from the airport to hotel. They provided options and I used the metro. The directions provided were perfect and the hotel is 2 minutes from the metro. Staff was always polite, professional and friendly. I took a walking tour of Lisbon and saw that all areas were within walking distance easily. Breakfast was excellent with a variety. Room was cozy and comfortable. My room included bathrobe and slippers which I liked very much. Water bottles, electric kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, coffee pods and creamers in the room.

Everything was good. It would be even lovelier if the hot breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, beans - could be hot. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Fantastic location on Rossio Square with the Rossio metro stop a few steps away. We used the metro to/from the airport, bus station and several places around town which made getting around easy and inexpensive.Rossio is the heart of Lisbon downtown and sandwiched between the neighborhoods in the hills on both sides. The square used to be the Roman race track. The staff was great and the rooms( we book ended our trip there) were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could want.We were greeted both times with pastel de nata in the room...traditional custard pastry of Portugal. The breakfast was wonderful and included traditional Portuguese items as well as American favorites in a lovely space.Our first room faced the square but was very quiet. We absolutely loved both stays at My Story and hope to visit again.

Location ….. near Rossio metro and train station . Busy area ….. lots of restaurants. Walking distance to riverfront, Cais do Sodre ( for train to Belem and Cascais). Buses and trams nearby Staff….. excellent . Friendly , welcoming, helpful Breakfast …. Very Good selection . Rooms ….. city centre rooms are understandably on the small side .The room was fine though the decor was a little dull and lacking in colour. Cleaned every day perfectly . Comfortable beds. It’s worth having a view over the Square rather than the courtyard . Good double glazing and shutters …. No noise

Initially a little difficult to find. ….. there’s a doorway between 2 shops . It’s hidden behind lots of pavement tables and umbrellas.

Perfect location. We walked almost everywhere. Room view was fantastic. Large walk in shower. Air con and heating available. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast, which included scrambled egg and bacon, cereal, breads, pastries and fruit. Good choice of hot drinks. Our room was upgraded on arrival. It was my husband's birthday and when we got back from a day out, the staff had unexpectedly left sparkling wine, cake and balloons, which was lovely. We definitely would recommend this hotel and stay again.

There was nothing we did not like, but it would have been good if there was a welcoming bar. I thought the breakfast area may have doubled as this, but we couldn't get anyone's attention, after arriving back from a day out. We could however, have got a drink outside the hotel door in the Cafe Portugal, so it wasn't a problem.
