Very cute boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, the room feels new and super clean and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower felt amazing after a long day touring. I also liked that they had coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby— it’s nice to sit down there or outside and relax. You are very close to public transportation options and there’s a row of taxis just outside for a speedy lift— excellent location! I would definitely stay here again!

There’s nothing I don’t like. This is more of awareness for future travelers staying here that if you do have breakfast, the service starts at 8am. Some group tours begin at 8-8:30am. Something to consider to have out for guests in that 7-8am range could be something easy like fruit or granola bars.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality and will definitely recommend to others.The hotel was a home from home and extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. We loved everything. The cakes and coffee in the reception were much appreciated in the afternoon and added a nice touch to the cordiality of the place.

The breakfast was fresh and well presented but wasn't necessarily what we would have liked. It was nothing to complain about if that's the kind of continental breakfast you like. This just boils down to personal preference.

The location was amazing… we walked everywhere we needed to go and ubered occasionally .. so easy! Quieter than the heart of Porto.. the view is beautiful. Lovely restaurant. Breakfast was incredible. Staff are all, without exception, helpful, kind and polite. Just a great hotel. Lots of places to sit quietly and the terrace for a drink was fabulous. The view is exceptional looking out over the bridge and the city.

We booked a suite with a view. My only disappointment was there was only one quite small window in the corner and, so two of us could not sit and enjoy the incredible view with our morning tea or pre dinner glass of wine. There is very little hanging space or hooks or drawers for clothes. So we basically lived out of our suitcases which I don’t like. But the rest of the aspects of this hotel would have ne coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Lisbon, close to Rossio Square, restaurants, shopping, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but a special thanks to Sara, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She was always helpful, kind, and made us feel truly welcome. One thing that really stood out was the generosity and thoughtful touches — every day at 2:00 PM, they serve cake in the common area for all guests. It’s such a sweet gesture (literally!) that added a warm, homey feel to our afternoons. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and great shower. It was the perfect place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon — we’d absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in on arrival we were instantly welcomed by the staff with a big smile on their faces. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful from the start to the moment we left. The room itself was immaculately clean and homely as the cleaner cleaned the room every day to an exceptional standard and always smelt very clean. The breakfast was always nice and fresh with a great selection and the staff topped the refreshments up in a very prompt manner. One thing that stood out to us from other hotels we have stayed at was the nespresso machine which you could use at any time of the day and also they put out a selection of biscuits and cake in the afternoon. To top this off the reason for our stay was that I surprised my fiancé with this trip for his birthday and the morning of his birthday when we came down for breakfast, the staff all instantly acknowledged him and wished him a happy birthday. When we returned to the room later in the day there was a beautiful bottle of red wine accompanied by fantastic chocolate and a handwritten birthday message presented nicely on a tray on the bed, what a very thought personal touch. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable and unforgettable experience!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Lisbon, very convenient for exploring the city’s vibrant attractions. The rooms are very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff’s attentiveness truly stood out. Breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the complimentary afternoon tea with cake every day was an unexpected and charming highlight, adding a special touch to our stay. The hotel is very close to the Rossio square, nice restaurants and attractions, a delicious Nata shop and the famous Ginjinha liquer shop. Simply excellent in every way!

Nothing that we did not like. The rooms could be a bit more spacious.

The location is fantastic — easy to get pretty much anywhere in Lisbon. I loved the free breakfast every morning, and how the coffee machine was accessible throughout the day, as well as cake being and cookies being put out at 5 pm each day! Very sweet. The rooms were comfortable and mine was light-filled, and there was always water available both in room and downstairs, as well.

The staff fluctuated from being very friendly to aloof — sometimes it took awhile for them to even notice you were standing at the front desk. The door is kept locked and you have to use your key card, and there are a lot of people milling about in the square in front — would be nice for them to be a bit more attentive and willing to buzz people in. The cleaning uses strong-smelling cleaning products in the hallways so if you have a sensitivity to smells, that might be not great. Overall though, great value for a great stay.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The crockery was changed on the second day of my stay - the old crockery was beautiful and had big lovely mugs that were perfect. These were changed out for mugs without handles which I couldn't hold because they were too hot. The receptionist specifically found an old style mug for me for my breakfast the next day and gave it to me when I came down. It was amazingly thoughtful and exceptional kindness!

Please put some shelving in the bathroom, there wasn't much space to put all my toiletries. There is no bar so if you want a drink you have to order in which can take time to arrive. Change the crockery back to the original stuff! 😃

Location was great, very walkable to site seeing spots around the city , close to the water and in a flat area. Very easy to get a taxi near by if you need one. The breakfast was great and they always have coffee and tea available and cake and cookies in evening. Staff was so nice and very helpful. Shower was great.

The room we chose was a little small which was fine but not much closet space. You can hear some noise from outside during the day but the area was actually very quiet at night so it was not a problem. We had a small window but we actually had good views through it and it gave good natural light. People seemed to be hanging out in the square the hotel is located in during the day but they were not bothering anyone. My husband thought the bed was somewhat firm but I slept fine in it.
