Amazing apartment- spacious, clean, modern, comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are balconies around most of the apartment with great views over the city including the castle.

The location of the apartment is very central which is great, but the square and road leading to the apartment is quite dodgy with a lot of men loitering at all times of the day and night. Also, the building code just stopped working one day and we had to call the property manager to get a new code. It was quite inconvenient.

We arrived a little earlier and the key code had not been changed yet - so we had to call the number and he changed the number for the door lock on the phone. Had a little moment of worry, but the dealt with us well. Would have been helpful to know that the door code would be linked with your expected arrival time as we have put it earlier if we had known.

The door to the bathroom was a bit clunky and got stuck on occassions. The location was fantastic. The only issue was being such a touristy area there were alot of people offering us drugs in the local squares. Nothing to do with the property, but something to bear in mind.

central location, close to public transport clean new apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen unit suitable for longer stays (sadly, we only stayed 2 nights!)

we wish they could have let us leave our baggage in the apartment as we arrived in Lisbon before 3 pm. While they gave us indications for nearby lockers, it would have been easy for them and much better for us to let us drop our baggage in the apartment or building. we had a second floor apartment, and yet we could hear people in the street at night (it didn't bother us much, though) bit of an uphill street climb to get to the apartment (but that's the way Lisbon is)

The apartment could nor have been better, it was very clean and comfortable. Linens were great quality and bed was so comfortable. Shower was great, lots of hot water and great water pressure. Kitchen was equipped with everything we need to cook meals. The hairdryer stopped working, within an hour we had a new one delivered to the apartment. Service could not have been better. After reading other reviews we did have a bit of concern about the street but turned out there was nothing to worry about. Thank you Garcia 28 for a perfect stay.

Absolutely nothing!!

The location was excellent, you could get anywhere in downtown Lisbon in a matter of minutes. Close to metro, tram and bus stations. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The rug in the living room was not very clean and the sofa was very uncomfortable. Also, at a distance of about 50m from the building entrance we saw drugs being sold and it made us uncomfortable.

I loved how modern and clean the apartment was, the lovely wine and nuts that the host left for us to enjoy. They were very responsive every time I had a question.

The location. The outside didn’t feel particularly safe, but the host had secure keypads both on the front door of the bldg and the apartment itself. But the location was very central and close to a lot of attractions.

Cleaniness. Requirement within ideal. Lovely welcoming text message. Bottle of wine and nuts on table for our use. Property was secure~ felt safe.

Had not realised that the slope / road leading up to the property was not so easy for my husband who has mobility difficulty. This same public slope was particularly slippery due to surface being jet washed. Public rubbish bins very dirty without lids. A real public health concern in warm weather. I realise this has nothing directly to do with the property but gives a negative impression of the road.

The apartment itself was lovely. There was enough space, it was well equipped for our week long stay. The bed was the most comfortable one we've had in Portugal. The location was central so most things are in walking distance.

The apartment itself was great. But I have to be honest, the neighbourhood it was in was a bit sketchy.

Apartment was great, super clean, bed super comfortable, shower was amazing. I loved that there were body soap, lotion and hand wash available. Also nuts and wine as welcoming gift.

In the entrance there is a bad smell but it’s only in the entrance and outside the apartment but i guess not much owners can do about it. Also as mentioned by others before the room is on street level and you have to keep the windows close for privacy.

The check in was super easy and went smoothly. We were lucky to stay on 3rd floor, with elevator, and that apartment was filled with light and sunshine! The location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance to main squares, landmarks, streets with restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotless clean, its interior is tastefully designed and has a really homey atmosphere. We stayed for 5 nights and that makes a difference. The kitchen is fully equipped -we did not cook but one could, there is everything needed. The extra nice touch was the complementary bottle of wine and some sweets, as well as coffee capsules that lasted us for the whole stay.

Nothing! The only suggestion is to consider changing the couch in the living room (the filling seems to have lived its best days) and add a small washing machine, if possible to fit in next renovation.
