Good location in Lisbon, huge apartment with washer/dryer and comfy beds. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Good price. Was able to get glovo delivery of medicine late night with no issues.

Computer check in in the lobby was confusing and clunky, had to complete check in over the phone/whatsapp with the manager to get codes for the apartment and it took quite a while to complete while others were waiting to complete as well. The apartments are on a very narrow steep hill which leads to a narrow alleyway, so uber will not drop you off at the door. Keep this in mind with luggage. Not sure if there is a men’s shelter or other apartments on the corner of main road where you enter the street that the apartments are on, however there were multiple times that men were sitting outside smoking and yelling toward me as I was walking to and from the apartment. Seeing as this apartment is on a very small dark alleyway I was a bit nervous when walking by myself.

Very spacious, modern and neat. A lot of fridge space, and closet space. You also have a laundry machine in the room, they’ll provide detergent for €1. The location is very central.

Even though the location is pretty central, it doesn’t feel very safe as a solo female traveler but only during nighttime after 10pm, since the apartment is located in an alley. But during daytime is completely fine. Lisbon is a pretty safe city.

Just for first entranc remember, check in is 24hr, not until 12am. Remember taxi come to main street, near square, others have stairs which not good for luggage. Check it with google. Check my pic and put end point there, not on hotel , can make confusion for driver l.

Not related to apartment, but exist some addict people in street near that, but believe me they are kind and no bothering you, even helped us for baggage.

Location was excellent - very central - only minutes walk from the city centre and restaurants. The supermarket Pingu Doce was a 7 minute walkaway and had all the provisions you could want and at very reasonable prices - 1.5l bottled water was only Euros 0.28, compared to Euros 1.5 in the "mini-markets" around the city centre. The apartment itself was spotless and the cleaners were in every day and every time you passed them in the lobby etc they would always ask if we needed anything - they were incredibly helpful and showed me how to cancel the child lock on the induction hob - even though it was gone 5pm (the time they are supposed to clock off). We experienced no issue with getting the apartment key code and would recommend the online check in before you get there as it certainly speeded up the process. On one evening, probably around 9:30pm we got back to the apartment and the lift was not working. I called the concierge number, and left a message and within minutes they returned the call and said they would have lift engineers straight out. I don't know what tine they arrived but the lift was working perfectly by the following morning.

We were in Apartment 4D, which was a duplex apartment. It had sloping ceilings in the lounge area and the bedroom with slopes so low and intrusive that both my wife and I banged our heads on multiple occasions - and my wife is only 5'4" tall. It was the only downside to what was otherwise an excellent apartment.

We booked a deluxe apartment. The pictures on the website definitely make it look more up to date than it is. There are signs of wear and tear around. The pictures were probably taken when it was first renovated. Despite that we had a nice, spacious apartment to stay in for a few days. There were enough beds for 4 people which was good (a double bed in bedroom and sofa beds). You could get the lift if on the upper floors. Check in was smooth and easy using the kiosk machine. The location is very good. It is very central so you are walking distance to many places. We didn't use the kitchen facilities much but if you wanted to cook there seemed to be the things there that you would need. It was nice to have some tea bags made available. We all felt we would stay there again.

It would be helpful if there were more mirrors available particularly in the living room. There were mirrors in the bathrooms only. There could have been a full length mirror somewhere and one or two more in the living spaces. It is helpful when people are getting ready, particularly when there are a few people staying. A full length mirror is always helpful. The area is fine but there were times when in the immediate vicinity of the apartment there were a few people hanging around who looked like they were perhaps on some kind of addictive substance. This wasn't a problem for us and no one caused us any trouble but some people might feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great layout for a family of four the sofa beds were really comfortable. Lift was great and lockers for last day or if arrive early Please make sure you keep the entry code as it stops working on the day of exit Easy check in and good communication in between Easy access to Main Street and we were able to collect Ubers from that point

Location is really good but just be thoughtful it’s behind the Main Street and I’d be really thoughtful if you have a young family whilst no issues I was extremely careful Oh and the toilet roll whilst minor was really quite poor

We could ask to clean our room any day, and when returned the beds were made, the bathroom was clean and the garbage was gone. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough storage space. There were enough kitchen dishes and utensils to cook simple meals and a refrigerator with a freezer. On the first day, there were packages of chamomile tea, packets of individual jams, sugar, and salt were available. An apartment has a very good and quiet climate control that you can set to the desired temperature.

We've got an apartment on the first floor close to the entrance and the booking kiosk, and it was noisy, you could also hear the noise from other apartments. The windows were very low and faced the street, so we could never open the curtains.

The neighborhood which was like a ghetto. Though the location was very good from the fact that it was well connected and central and convenient the surroundings were dirty and like a ghetto. The other things I didnt like were that there was no facility for free storage of luggage if you came in early or left late and the hosts were not amenable to provide any early checkin even if you offered to pay for it. The other aspect was lighting was quite dim in the apartment
