The appartment is located almost in the center of Lisbon but in general during night there is really quaiet. To the center there is around 5 or 10 minutes walk. So localization is perfect. To receive code to the door you need to make chceck in formula online. You need to send copy of your ID card or passport. After this you will receive code to the door and the key will be on the table when you will arrive. This key is to the appartmet. Not to the main door. Main door You always open with code. You can ask for chceck in with real person but I didn't used it.

We were absolutely thrilled: - totally luxurious location in the middle of all the sightseeing in Lisbon - walking distance to train to Calais / Belem / Contra - grocery store around the corner - great equipment of the kitchen to allow us to have some of the meals of the day in the apartman (including Nespresso coffee machine) - thanks to the reviews we were ready for things mentioned by others and we didn't mind them

Regarding some of the negative comments in reviews: it is worth spending good amount of time by getting yourself familiar with those comments, because they may have a point. But then, if you decide for this accommodation, you will know what you get and you will be excited from the rest.

The location was perfect. Good value for price. Expected it to be loud but actually did not hear anything. Clean. Walkable distance from the center. The hallway and the bathroom are really small, so if you have a big suitcase it will be hard or imposs to walk up the stairs.

Wifi was not good. In the living room, sometimes it was there sometimes not. In the bed room, no wifi at all.

I like the location. There is store near the apartment. I like the equipment. Room was clean.

Thin glass "wall" for the bathroom and the toilet in the room. Of course it wasn't see thru, but you can see the person in the toilet and it is really uncomfortable.

The location was great for walking to a Pingo Doce and to historical places. This is in Alfama, which is already historical and fascinating. I liked the square we were on.

The location is excellent and very peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby

Storage is a little tight for 2 people. A major improvement would be some shelving in the bathroom. There is no place for anything except a toothbrush. A simple improvement that would be so helpful!

I needed excellent wifi to login to work occasionally and I was thrilled to actually find it at this property. Most places say they have free wifi but it's NOT reliable. This should be a more regulated category when selecting accommodation on booking.com

Humidity and smell of the building. It lacked also nighttime light on both sides of the bed and small mirror in the room.

Great location, just minutes to downtown. Metro station "Rossio" is just about 10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the property.

I could hear other guests talking and walking especially at night when they were coming/going as my apartment was on the ground floor.
