Loved the location and everything was there to use. Very spacious for a 1 bed and lovely and light. The view was over the square and couldn’t have been better. Location was brilliant and you could walk, bolt (taxi app), Tuk Tuk, bus or tram from your doorstep.

I understand it’s an old property. But every night we could hear people taking in another apartment at 3am. Plus I could hear a light switch going on and off quite consistently during the night. Also the last two evenings we thought someone was actually in our apartment. It was someone walking around on the floor above us. Their floors creaked a lot and no sound proofing that why we thought someone was in our apartment. Also not sure if the balcony doors are double glazed as they look it. But being on the square, means you can hear everything.

This apartment is architecturally stunning, with a vaulted ceiling, tall windows, and a lot of extra space. The room was very clean, and the communal washer (located in a common area) was self-contained with all the materials you would need (detergent, a carrying basket. Take note that washing clothes is ca. 4 hours). The staff is friendly and unassuming. The apartment is centrally located within the flat area of Lisbon; it is walkable to anywhere you'd like. Several sights we wanted to see were feet away from this apartment.

The mattress is the hard style. I liked it. Something else to know (as an American): conditioner and washcloths are not included. After staying here, I realized that very few hotels in Portugal supply conditioner and washcloths. Consider buying your own. My husband found the shower access tight.

We loved the location! It was close to the Rossio train station and stop, literally right outside your door. The facility was beautiful and impeccably clean. We stayed in the two bedroom facing the square and loved just sitting by the window and people watching. The space was great for a family of 4 adults and two kids. Our oldest, 5 years old, stayed in the living room which they’d made a bed up for. Then our 1.5 year old had a crib made up in our bedroom. Highly recommend booking the Visionaire Apartments on your trip to Lisbon!

Nothing, everything was fantastic!

Fantastic apartment overlooking Praca da Figueira, with views all the way to the water & also up to the castle. Great location, easy to walk everywhere & central for public transport. Our one-bedroom apartment with view was clean, modern and comfortable with plenty of storage for bags. Our children slept on the two beds in the lounge, so it worked well for a family. The kitchen was small but well-appointed. Communal lounge area looked lovely (although we didn't use it) and the communal laundry was well set up. No parking onsite but secure paid parking within easy walking. Access code to building & apartment very easy to use.

Apt was very spacious and clean. Entire property kept very clean. Perfect location. Helpful staff on site. Availability of cold drinks at very reasonable price in the building kitchen area. Availability of washer in building . Great A/C

It was a bit noisy at night and early morning (outside of building) from people shouting etc but that is not the fault of the property just close proximity to other businesses. We also would have liked a dryer available that did not require over 2 hours timing ( dryer function is on the washer)

Perfect location in the city center, near to all kind of public transport, most of the sightseeings are on short walking distance, there are lots of cafes and shop nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and it was cleaned every day. The staff is very helpful and replies on any request super fast. Check-in/out is very easy, you are using an access code for unlocking the doors and there is a room where you can leave your luggage after check-out and to keep exploring the city. I definitely recommend it!

The location was excellent - perfect home base for walking and exploring Lisbon. Nice "old Lisbon" space - very charming and authentic; we were 4 people and there was plenty of space. We felt we could live there - felt like home. The common area was a bonus - very cool space - and the staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area and apartment.

The sink in the kitchenette is a bit small but was not a problem and the fridge was small and couldn't accomodate larger bottles. One of the beds was not very comfortable, but the staff were helpful in trying to resolve. The lighting was a bit dim in the main room. At night, usually around 00:30, garbage trucks in the alley below were very noisy, but for us not really bothersome and only lasted a few minutes.

An apartment that fits 5 people and beds can be arranged as the need. Full kitchen equipments with a big table that offer enough space for 5 people to have full meals. The dishwasher helps too. Also, the individual washers and enough room for drying the clothes are a big plus as well. And most of staffs are nice and helpful, especially Eurico and Gustavo.

Coffee won’t be fulfilled after checking in (only offer about 10 units) no matter how long of the stay or how many people that stays, which is weird, not about the money as coffee is not expensive but feeling as it doesn’t make sense for us.

no keys needed, code send ahead of arrival. very responsive to questions during stay via whats app. Central location, ideal for the hop on/off yellow bus which starts in the square outside. clean apmt with fridge.

original room had a problem with air conditioner loud noise , even when switched off. It made sleep in this bedroom impossible (our first night - so I eventually slept in lounge area). My review would have been very negative on this, however, we were moved the following day to upgraded room which was fabulous. Note though, issue was Known ahead of our stay, and thus, I'd suggest they take that room off sale until its sorted.

Received access code prior arrival to Lisbon. Use access code for the gate of the entrance and suite door, very convenient. The location is at the heart of the city: Just next to Subway (Metro) station, buses / tramcars and tuktuk terminal, night market, near the train terminal, near foods, restaurants, food and groceries markets, sign seeing attractive points, squares, theaters, etc.

Better have instructions how to use the remote control of the air conditioner and the microwave oven.
