The location. It's in the city centre. It's accessible by foot to most of the tourist spots. The room. It's clean and big enough for a couple. The room' is cleaned everyday, beddings & towels changed everyday. And they supplied bottled water everyday. You can drink as much as hot drinks(coffee, tea, choco) as you want by their refreshment area. The staff are all lovely & very accomodating. They always have smiles on their faces.

Fantastic location, just off Rossio Square and walking distance to all the main areas. We didn't have breakfast as so many places nearby. The hotel is superb and well decorated, housekeeping services excellent, staff friendly. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms nicely tiled with excellent powerful showers. I'd highly recommend a stay here and Lisbon itself is fabulous.

As expected in any big city, there are a number of homeless people around and they do congregate in the street near the hotel, though we never experienced any issues. There was lots of police visibility in the area to make it safe.

Location was as described in booking.com. Hotel staff in general were friendly & helpful except for 1 female staff who was surly when informed by her that there was no twin beds in the room booked by my other travelling group. The situation improved later when we came back as informed by another male staff that.there was a twin bed room ( we booked for 5 nights at this hotel).

The side road leading to the hotel as informed by staff is not accessible by vehicles. In the evening, you need to be alert when coming back to the hotel. At night, there was construction noise 1 night & another night, some partying till midnight. The remaining nights were thankfully quiet.

The hotel is a solid 4 stars hotel. I liked it. Modern. Clean. Helpful staff. The street at the entrance is a street with souvenirs shops and totally ok. I am a middle aged woman and I travelled alone. I felt safe. I would also have no problems bringing my kids here. Therefore I do not understand the reviews that say that they felt not safe here. I have live and travelled in quite a few places and therefore I have some perspective. The bathroom was small (I was in a single room) but modern. Hot water worked perfectly. Coffee, Tee, Chocolate for free in the lobby. 2 bottle of water for free in the room. These little things make you feel at home.

These are minor points: Part of the furniture should be renewed. It didn't look so nice. The safe in my room did not work.

Hotel was centrally located and walkable to all the areas we explored. Although you cannot be dropped right at the door, the walk to where taxis and Ubers pick up, was less than 5 minutes. It is located in a pedestrian side street with lots of tourist shops, at night they are shuttered, and it looks very different from the day, but we never felt unsafe (2 women) Staff were very helpful obtaining bookings for dinners. The room was clean and comfortable and even though we were right by the elevator we never heard any noise.

We had no complaints at all

Everything about he hotel was perfect for us. We arrived early from the airport but were able to check into our room at 12.00pm - a real bonus!! The hotel is in a very central location just off Rossio Square and it was easy to walk to sights and restaurants in Baixa, Chiado and Alfama. As we were close to Rossio Square, access to Bus and Metro travel was also very easy and our visits to the Tile Museum and Belem hassle free. Our room was spacious and VERY clean (fresh towels every day and bed beautifully made up) and also very quiet. The girls on Reception were also very friendly and helpful and a credit to the Hotel, making us feel very welcome at all times. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Nothing comes to mind

Great location in the middle of Lisbon. It made it possible to treat the room as a base for the day where you can come back and drop off shopping or bags before doing another activity. The bed was large and comfortable with supportive pillows Large bathroom and good shower Usual coffee making facilities are provided alone with three bottles of water

The only minor comment is that we were told that the water and coffee would be replenished daily, and this didn't happen. Plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores around so it wasn't an issue

I felt comfortable the minute I walked into the hotel. The reception staff are amazing, helpful and so friendly. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of downtown Lisboã, very close to the Metro and the Rossio Rail Station. The room was very clean with an added bonus of having a kettle, coffee and tea bags, very important to me, when I’m travelling. There is also free access to a hot drinks machine in the breakfast room which can be used at anytime, day or night. Good quality bed linen and the weighted quilt amazing. Such a nice place to stay.

Cannot think of anything!!

Staff are very friendly and willing to share recommendations when asked, especially the guy (pardon me, forgot to ask for his name). He is very helpful and informative. The rooms are very clean and the location is great. Bedroom slippers will be given upon request.

The shower gel and shampoo are all in one kind, so not very nice to use. For those who need hair conditional, please bring your own. Otherwise, your hair will be badly tangled.
