Excellent location, close to the metro and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Good shower. Really appreciated the quality of pillows (honestly this is a huge oversight in most hotels). Excellent communication by host/management - exceptionally responsive, helpful and accommodating.

In general it could have been cleaner - the floor was a bit dirty and mould is starting to grow in the bathroom. The bed was also too short for me (I’m 173cm tall, so most men and many women would find it uncomfortable). Neighbours were obnoxiously loud at times - not sure if they were tourists or lived there permanently (but this noise is not the hotel’s fault).

A beautiful and a cozy room. Well ventilated. You can tell that every little detail of the room was very well thought out. I loved the little “attention grabbers” which you’d know about if you booked with them. I found them hilarious. For what I could tell, the rooms were soundproof. Furthermore, Amazing customer support. They probably got sick of me because I asked too many questions but I really appreciated them. Will definitely be coming back.

The bathroom was a bit small but for two day trip, I really didn’t care about it. The only thing that I found a bit annoying was the safety signs on the wall. They are like glow in the dark stickers, so when the room is pitch black, you can see the signs emit a neon light at night but I travel with eye masks, so it was an easy fix.

Great location, very clean and modern. I liked the concept of checking in online which meant we could go straight to our room on arrival. The bathroom was big with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable.

The bedroom is small, even though we booked the king bed, one small high window and not much room to move either side of the bed. . No milk provided for coffee. We stayed for two nights, which suited our needs perfectly, anymore than this might start to feel a bit claustrophobic.

The location was amazing for our needs. Metro station Avenida is a five minute walk away from the hotel and the train station from which you depart to Sintra is also within walking distance. The room was very modern and the daily cleaning was much appreciated. The bathroom had big windows that gave a lot of natural light. Communication with the friendly owner was done via Booking chat and worked great, when we had a bit of trouble with the AC we got an instant reply and it was fixed the next day. Self check-in and check-out worked well with key codes. Will most likely stay here again when we are in Lisbon next time.

The bathroom didn't have a lot of space to put down toiletries and there really wasn't any space to put down clothes in the room so we had to keep most of them in our luggages the whole twelve-day trip. An electric kettle would have been a great addition to the room, but we made do without one.

Comfy bed with 4 pillows! (Thank you)! Room so spacious for 2 person. Sufficient supply of hot and cold water. Clean bathroom. The lobby smells with very nice fragrant (keep it up)!The AC is working well. Coffee machine provided with coffee capsules, tea bags and disposable cups. The host constantly chatting (thru emails), to check if we need anything/anything that they can help with our stay. 7 minutes walk from Restauradores Plaza/Centre. Lisbon Cathedral is within walking distance too. Restaurants are nearby (you must try the La Villa Restaurant by the park) only walking distance from the property. Pastelaria Foia (snack bar) must try also (serves authentic Portuguese Pastries) also a walking distance from the property.

The stairs needs more lighting.

Brilliant location, perfectly reasonable, decent standard of accommodation that served my purposes for this short stay in Lisbon.

Some aspects of the decor were looking aged and worn but overall the standard was good and all was perfectly clean.

Everything was great. Though room wasn’t big,but that is enough to get some rest :) it was clean as well,bathroom was clean and well planned. Small details matter.

Property is not suitable for sensitive to sound people. You could hear everything what was happening inside of neighbour’s room, but that was not a problem for us.

Everything was perfect! The room is very nice, everything looks new and clean. The location is great as well, the metro is just a few minutes away and there are quite a few places with great food nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. The self check-in process was smooth and the hosts were friendly and helpful, available to assist when needed. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The central location was really good for exploring the city. I will definitely come back!
