I liked the hotel itself, beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic. Cleanliness. There is a nice seating area, a dining area. There is a bar upstairs. I really liked the place.

Didn't like the level of security of private property. there are no keys to lock the lockers, each guest should be provided, but there are only a couple of keys. The staff says that it is safe to leave the belongings, but there is a girl standing next to the police who was robbed. Staff should not lie, but tell the truth.

Love the location, walking distance to almost all city points of interest. Very near to the tourist spots. Awesome facilities, staff was awesome and love the common space at Mezzanine floor

I dislike the shower with the push timer knob the shower water also very low pressure / small. They ask for 6 Eur for deposit and charged me 2.5 Eur for left luggage after checkout time

High proportion of north african males with nothing to do, dominating the use of common areas and making a lot of people feel uncomfortable and in the case of the only woman in my room unsafe One sink for brushing teeth and shaving on our floor more than sixty beds and only two toilets and two showers

Location was great! The hostel was clean and the staff were helpful.

That people can come into the shared rooms at all hours of the night. We had a young man come in our room and shine the light in my husband’s bunk asking what bed he was in. I think he had the wrong room as it was our third night there. Then a staff member came back up with him and woke us up again and said we didn’t check in? Like I said already there for 2 nights previously. We mentioned it in the morning and they were nice enough to comp us for breakfast but it was a very unrestful night.

I shared the room with other 5 girls and I have to say the experience was good. The room was clean and the facilities also

The staff wasn’t as helpful as I thought they would be. Maybe because I work in a hotel and I was expecting the same service that we provide. The check-in was a bit slow and one of the girls had a little of an attitude. I asked for a map and they didn’t even bother to explain or anything but well overall the say was good

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the city center and easily accessible to various attractions. It is near a metro station that connects directly to the airport, making transportation convenient. Additionally, an Aldi supermarket is just a three-minute walk away, which is great for grabbing essentials. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also provides towels, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. However, the shared bathroom facilities could be improved. Each floor has only one shared bathroom with two toilets and two shower rooms, which can be inconvenient during busy hours. In the room where I stayed, one of the toilets was out of order, so I had to check other floors to find an available restroom. The showers automatically turn off every 10 seconds and take around five minutes to warm up, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the hotel does not have a fully equipped kitchen. There is only a mezzanine lounge with a microwave and an electric kettle, but no proper cooking facilities or fridge to store food. While there are plenty of tables for guests to sit, the lack of a kitchen and fridge might be inconvenient for those who prefer to prepare and store their own meals.

I have booked many times in Room 00 , i come and go . Most people who are working there are kind and helpful. The toilts and bathrooms are clean. The bed is comfortable with a good matress. The location is the best in the heart of lisbon ; avenida liberdade. In front of cascada and Louis Vuitton. 1 min on foot to metro station and many bus stations. Almost 5 min on foot to train station if you want to take the train to go to Sintra. Many restaurants and coffee nearby. A lavandria 3 min on foot from the hostel if you want to wash your clothes .

There is no kitchen but there a big place called MZ full of tables and chair where u can eat and there are also plates , micro wive , spoons , forks and knives, salt, tea, olive oil The music is sometimes loud.

Pros- double bed size bunk bed, no squeaking of the bed frame, massive drawers under bed for your stuff, curtains on the beds for privacy (bring eye mask and ear plugs if you need them), €5 deposit for padlock and room key, clean and easily accessible bathrooms, being british kettle in reception was great for quick cuppa making. €5 breakfast with great selection, location few meters from metro line and public transport- flight delay ment midnight arrival easy transport links and reception open 24 hrs made this no hassle, quiet throughout stay over halloween weekend. Has a active whatsapp activities group that the link is for all over the hostel so can see what's happening without having to ask. Staff friendly and happy to help. Delicious kebab shop across road for late arrival travelers or those wanting a quick meal. Loved my stay and would stay again if ever in Lisbon.

Cons are more roommate politeness than hostel flaws- fire door slams if roommates don't control its closure, Draws under the bed are metal so make a scraping noise if not pulling gently. For hostel cons nothing major all small details, breakfast can be crowded it times but seats always available, toilet cubicles and showers are small but usable, coat hangers outside showers but could use a bench or shelf for toiletries. I had a top bunk which was great however could use a little shelf for drinks to save putting on bed or getting up and down (my travel mug did hook over the bed rail safely but did worry about it spilling).

I stayed in a 4 bed-female dorm as selected for the last minute due to the plan was changed. The price was very reasonable and more than i expected for €29/night. The bed was double bed size and had a curtain for privatecy. I like the way they keep the blanket, pillow and towel in the drawer for us to use after checking in. There was a dim blue light and normal light in the room. There is a deposite of €5 key and card. The bathrooms are separated from toilets outside the room so it was not so noisy. There are plenty of rooms (6 toilets) and 3 shower rooms for women separated from men's. These are very clean. The room was located on the smaller road so it was not so noisy. I met and talked to other 2 ladies from UK which were very nice.

Had an amazing stay at room00 Lisboa Hostel—it was my second time here, and definitely not the last! The location is perfect—right next to Avenida Metro Station, it's super convenient to get around Lisbon. What really makes this place special is the staff—they are genuinely friendly, always ready to help, and somehow never run out of smiles. It creates such a welcoming atmosphere! Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of variety to choose from. Plus, it’s affordable and excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Lisbon, this is the place to be!

A bit more space for luggage in the rooms would be a nice addition.
