The room was a good size for a european hotel those which are usually quite small. So we were very pleasantly surprised!

We loved having bottled water in the room every day, and were quite surprised that the chilled water served in a jug with fruit at the pool area was from the tap. There should be a sign somewhere at the pool bar to indicate that this is water from the TAP. Had this been the case my partner would never had had a glass or should I say many glasses the first few days and was then, as consequence, sick for days with stomach issues. So maybe indicate somewhere that the water in the jug is NOT bottled water. Thank you !

Lots of music noise from the sky bar until 2am which could be heard in our room . And also a large stain on our bedroom floor

Beautiful hotel with top quality facilities, the staff here really are first class and amazing. The restaurant downstairs is one of the best I've ever been to - it was recommended at reception and he was quite honest about it, saying he really can't fault it, and he was absolutely right! Having a pool area in a hotel slap bang in the city is an amazing bonus - although it got very busy being the height of the summer. Once all the beds are taken, you're out of luck... service at the poolside was phenomenal. We didn't stay for breakfast.

It's in central Lisbon, but you need to walk a little unless you like being surrounded by designer shops and other hotels. Walk down towards the sea and you'll soon be in a much more interesting area.

We ordered a river view room . The river is so far away that we can hardly see him picture is added. Very bad smell of mold in the room,they changed one room ,in the other it was less smell but still. .

Hotel is in an excellent location! Hotel is chic, beautiful, clean and best excellent service. The breakfast spread us superb! Bellman, door man Luis he does multiple duties was amazing! He goes above and beyond! Location is in walking distance to everything! Shops, excellent restaurants & points of interest

It was everything I expected. The check in was a mess but they sorted it on the day we were leaving. It’s a typical American hotel. Good focus on service. Great breakfasts and a good bar. The sky bar is exceptional.

Our check in was messed up and there was a distinct feeling that they were trying to give us a substandard room. We lost 2 hours of our precious 4 day holiday. That said, they did sort it and we ended up with the room we had chosen. There was a small compensatory payment, which as a goodwill gesture made on the last day left us feeling that they were trying.

Absolutely loved our five nights at the Tivoli Avenida, it is in a great location within walking distance to the Marquis of Pombal Square for hop on hop off buses, and in all other directions for plenty of beautiful restaurants and shops! Staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and the restaurant and bar were both great spaces! We would absolutely recommend staying here for a wonderful break!

The Tivoli Avenide meets all expectations. Staff are super friendly, professional and ready to assist with anything including holding a parcel for DHL pick-up. Our room offered lovely view of the Avenue. Every restaurant experience was superb. Very central to all attractions.

We extended a tour-based stay at the Tivoli by two nights in the same deluxe room at a cost of approx €500 per night. This seemed to us somewhat steep, even for a 5-star. A number of fellow tour participants opted to extend their Lisbon stays in other hotels nearby for half the room-rate and same satisfaction.

The rooms were very nice and roomy. The breakfast was outstanding. The location is also very good as a central starting point to walk around Lisbon.

You can hear noisy music from the rooftop bar late at night. Also, the rooftop bar is beautiful but there is not enough seating for anyone to go up and enjoy a drink spontaneously. It seemed that 90 percent of the seating was reserved which left everyone else having to stand around to enjoy their drink. We took our drink and went down to the lobby which has plenty of seating. The seating for a space like that should be first come first served.
