Front desk staff and all staff, perfect. Very large and comfortable bed, nice linens, good view, nice space all around. Super bathroom—shower and tub separate.

One working elevator for 8 floors above ground, not to mention levels below ground. There was generally a wait. There is a second elevator but it was out of service the entire 5 days I stayed here. Head splitting noise from the roof top disco nearby. I had 3 nights of peace and then Thursday and Friday the drilling techno beat throbbed all night long. It was like water torture or someone stomping on my head. And then it began at 11:30 am Saturday. Isn’t this illegal?

another nice stay in this hotel, very good breakfast, variety could be better:-), very nice view on Lisbon old town and the river, comfortable bed, hotel centrally located walking distance to city tourists attractions and few nice restaurants, spacious room, no artificial perfume scent in the room ( and keep like this).

Really helpful and welcoming staff! Location perfect, close to some fine restaurants and rooftop bars. Rooms comfy and clean. Nice view from the balcony.

Newly opened bar close to the hotel made music noice during night time on the one side of the hotel.

This was a 5star high end hotel, we reserved a Jr Suite and it was a nice size room as expected. However, of the 3 hotels we stayed in Portugal, we could hear everything from the family in the room next door. This was extremely disappointing! The breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold selections, the coffee was excellent! Service at breakfast, in the restaurant and room service was excellent. This was a very nice hotel in a very nice, convenient area.

For a top end property the staff at check in was not very friendly but did a good job getting us checked in. The front desk did not answer the phone when called from the room. Unable to even leave a message. They did call back one time, I had to walk to the restaurant to order room service.

Breakfast was excellent. There were many fruits to choose from (eg. bananas, apples, papaya, pineapple, orange, mango, strawberries, etc), a selection of breads, cold sliced meat (eg salami, etc), cheese, yogurt, milk (including lactose free), juices, tea, coffee, eggs, sausage, fried mushrooms, cereals, nuts and preserved fruits (eg apricots, raisins). I was especially pleased that there was gluten free bread rolls, egg tarts, chocolate cake, croissants (which are available upon request).

As the hotel had mentioned that transport from the airport to the hotel was available, I had asked about this and enquired about the price. Unfortunately, the price quoted was 60 euros which was more than I expected.

We stayed at the Eurostars Das Letras Hotel in Lisbon to celebrate a very special birthday for my husband, and the experience was simply wonderful from beginning to end. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt gesture of decorating our Junior Suite (#625) with a balcony, the staff truly went above and beyond. They surprised us with thoughtful birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne, it made the celebration feel beautifully personal and memorable. Room 625 came with a balcony that offered a great view of the castle, which added something extra and made our stay feel even more special. The hotel is in a great location, just 15 to 20 minutes’ walk to the city centre, and it's surrounded by shops and supermarkets, which made it really convenient for anything we needed. Everything was amazing, and the team at Eurostars helped make this birthday trip truly memorable. We’re so glad we chose this hotel and would happily return on our next visit to Lisbon. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Location is excellent and the room was clean. The view from 7th floor was really good, especially at night time. The beds were big and comfy.

Did not have breakfast included but €20 a person seemed a bit much. Everything else was perfect.

The location was central and fantastic with lots of places to eat. The staff were fabulous. They helped on check in and suggested a few restaurants. Breakfast had a good spread.

I think the housekeeping services could be better. I had to ask for drinking water as not replaced by the house keeping staff. Also replacing coffee powder with just decaf was not ideal. Also just 2 sachets. Luckily there was a cafe outside the hotel. To be honest it’s a great 4 start hotel. Does not meet 5 star quality . Only 5 stars were for staff and location.

The breakfast was perfect. But the coffee machines were not user friendly. Many guests asked for help!

The elevator needs maintenance, but this is not so important.
