We had an amazing stay. The value is excellent, the room is very spacious (we did get an upgrade, so its hard to evaluate what I would've received originally), the pool and fitness room are great and more importantly the staff at the reception is super friendly (Pedro and Christina were amazing). Hard to find this these days... Oh, and breakfast is also very good!

Honestly, nothing. It literally was great. Perhaps the "worst" is the location because its more of a business area, but still this wouldn't even be too fair because Lisbon is so small... I would leave this field blank actually.

The room was very big and spacious. Everything was super clean, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good and diverse.

There is no free airport transport. We tried to book one prior to our arrival, and no one replied to our message. When we asked to book one when we left, the cost was so much higher than Uber that we decided to skip their offer. They also need to make it much clearer that the bigger rooms are in a building separate from the main hotel so you don't get to enjoy the nice lobby and reception is manned during limited hours. Overall, we felt a bit let down.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Altis Suites, Lisbon From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. We were warmly welcomed with an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise after a long journey. The location is perfect, close to key attractions yet peaceful at night. This combination of great service, comfort, and location makes Altis Suites a real gem in Lisbon. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are quite spacious with a large kitchen and a good bed.

It would be better if there were a bed in the second room as well, instead of a creaky sofa. The Wi-Fi was weak in our room. The windows are sliding with a windowsill. I was constantly worried that the cat might jump out from the 9th floor. It was stuffy to sleep with the windows closed. It would be better if there were windows that could be tilted open at the top for ventilation.

Altis Suites is a hotel that is part of the Altis Grand Hotel, offering all the facilities of a 5-star hotel that can be used. The staff is very friendly and competent.

The cleanliness could be better. We arrived and found hair in the room. On the last night, we found a cockroach in one of the rooms. The lobby of Altis Suites has a persistent bad smell. The hairdryer is small and overheats easily, very bad.

the rooms are very spacious, the kitchenette is very useful when travelling with a baby. the furniture and the bathroom give the feeling of quality. the roomservice, the cleaning, the ladies and gentlemen from the reception, all the staff was great.

the sofa bead creaks. the are some oieces of furniture that have some scratches but not very visible. the hair dryer in the bathroom should be replaced. during the shower the water temperature can vary.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Rooms very well equipped. Great location. Bus stop nearby. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I will gladly come back here. And I will definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. What is important, the airport is very close, it is easy to get to the hotel in about 30 minutes.

Great apartment with brilliant facilities and service. We felt safe and secure and liked having the hotel next door which we used for dinner one night and drinks on the rooftop bar.

Location means it’s a little bit of a walk into the more central areas, however, I’d stay here again, we didn’t mind the walk.

Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.

The staff were all so polite and overly helpful. Location was perfect and close walk to all the tourist attractions. Family of 4 and we had a lot of space. Bed were very comfortable and we got over jet lag quickly. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend for families as it also has a kitchen full equipped.
