I asked receptionist for rent a car to be booked 3 days earlier. He confirmed in comunication with me the booking with Europcar. As i wanted to get car earlier in morning not at 12 I asked him to try to reach them as I couldn’t on numbers he gave me. It was day before my scheduled travel. When he called the Europcar, they said they dont have reservation and he didn’t have any booking reference number. I had to organise trip with train to Porto instead of the car as they couldn’t give me the car. He (the receptionist) sent me to go to their office, and didn’t care for the problem I had. The elevator was also an issue. Always waiting 5-10 min, and always crowded. Everything else was superb!

Location is very nice. Close to restaurants and shops. Possible to park our car in street next to hotel. Have to pay until 7pm, but price was ok and a parking would be more expensive to park all day.

Just a minor thing. The tab and sink in bathroom were really badly placed. Could barely wash your hands or use a small cup to fill water in it. Also we did not receive a bill at check out and afterwards were charged with some amounts. We requested for more details, but still haven't received a reply.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mama Shelter Lisbon. Great vibe at the hotel, cool rooftop bar, and exceptional housekeeping. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the area is very convenient for metro, neighbourhood restaurants, and shops for picking up provisions. Would def recommend.

Beds were a little hard and it was quite noisy on Saturday night, due to hen and stag parties outside the hotel.

Clean, good wifi, food is amazing for lunch (roof top) and dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The location is also perfect.

The theme around masks and sex toys at the reception is a bit much! You don’t really understand the link with the hotel and restaurant. For the breakfast included, location at the restaurant downstairs is not so convenient and it’s a bit high up to reach the food as everything is at the bar. The food is also not exceptional, won’t recommend. The only amazing thing is Sergio, such a happy and helpful member of the hotel. In the room, it will be great to have more options for the soap (only one for both hair and body), maybe a selection of coffee or tea that you could make yourself.

Unique style, cleaning was excellent, comfortable big bed, good ventilation, location was great for us, card access only to our floor gave us security

We liked everything, only would suggest longer working hours for the rooftop - it would be nice to have coffee there in the morning, also at night it’s very lively and it’s a shame to end the good vibes at 22:30

Funky hotel with a cool inclusive vibe! Breakfast was really good! Room was sufficient! Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable when we had to add our daughter to our trip plans at the last minute. Rooftop bar is very cool. Good location for getting around! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Would also try other Mama shelter hotels in the future.

Only thing that I would have liked was to have shampoo and conditioner available. You get just a bar of soap for hair/body use.

Staff at check-in very friendly, we had a lovely, spacious room in the 7th floor, with a view of the 25 of April bridge. Rooftop also had amazing views but more of a younger scene (we are a middle aged couple with a young teenager) so we didn’t linger. One oddity is that the shower door is clear and there is no door so no privacy while showering.

Rooms were nice, modern and clean, funny interior. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Cosy rooftop bar with good drinks, good food, good music and nice staff

Would suggest little breads at the breakfast. Saw guests cutting the bread without using the towel and left the part that they touched at the buffet. But that says more about the guests…

Gorgeous hotel! Super clean, fresh towels and bed everyday and everyone was really friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff they were always there for us. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in as well! The hotel restaurant / bar also had really cool and popular live music and cocktails every day of the week.

I LOVE MAMAS LISBON. I planned this trip as our second visit but this time for a very special occasion on my 40th birthday. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. At first we had some troubles with our room. But the staff was on it and arranged a solution for us in the best way possible. We needed laundry service and even if they don't have that during the weekends the solved it for us the same day. Just exceptional service through and through. I had a lovely surplice in my room at arrival and the staff greeted us with names the whole stay. I don't remember the name of the 2 specific girls working in the reception but i want to give them a massive thank you. Mamas is nothing without you girls and you really took care of us. Also Sergio and the staff where amazing during breakfast and lunch. Gave us special tips what to do in Lisbon and really took care of us. The rooftop bar was awesome. Really great drinks made by Bartenders and awesome music. I also got proposed to during the stay so Mamas will forever be in our hearts. Highly recommend this amazing place and their amazing service. Mamas I Love you and thank you again. Cant wait to be back soon again.

Everything was amazing
