Well maintained property. Excellant staff. The breakfast buffet really surprised me. Everything is fresh, and a very nice selection. I didn't even realize it was included with the room until they told me at the desk. I had to leave early for the airport so couldn't stay for the breakfast on my last day. The girl at the desk brought some things out for me to have with my coffee. That is unexpected service. I was quite pleased. It was very helpful as I had a long and busy day ahead of me. - It is very close to the subway stop, so that made things very convenient for me when arriving and returning to the airport. The wall lighting was quite unique. It really set the room off nice.

For a 3 star hotel, the breakfast is really good. The location is nice and have a parking in front. We needed to ask for some wine opener and glasses that was given to us at the same moment. The girls in reception are always in a good mood.

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 7am by the noise of construction work in the building beside, which sounded like it was right in front of our door. The idea of ​​our stay was to sleep and wake up only at check-out time, something that was impossible to happen. The hotel could do something about it... This will be the reason I won't come back.

Exceptionally nice included breakfast, and they even made us a breakfast box (a sandwich) for the morning we had to leave before the 7 am breakfast started. But we could use the coffee machine. Staff was super helpful, describing how to use the 727 bus that runs right by the hotel, to get to the Coach museum. Easy. And, they got us in our room by noon when check in was 3:00. We had arrived by 9:30 off a cruise ship. Warning: the taxi was $48 from the port for a ten minute ride. Our phone was not working as it should have, so we could not call Uber, which was great last time we were in Portugal a year and a half earlier.

Too far to walk to areas near the river, but right close to a metro, and a bus stop.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the entire hotel had a modern and spotless atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Good location. Close to the city center and close to many restaurants, stores and cafés.

The breakfast was a bit boring and could have offered more variety. Some fresh vegetables like salad, cucumber, and tomato would have been a nice addition.

Super friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The hotel is very centrally located and only takes about 10 mins to walk to the coast. Clean room. Good breakfast with a wide range of variety.

The AC wouldn't go below 18C and was set to heating only. I felt like I was going to melt in my room at times and I was only here in 21C weather. I couldn't imagine how hot it might be in there during summer. I asked the staff if they could change this but they couldn't. Please let guests change the AC to cooling please!

Very convenient location, you can take a long walk to the city centre or take an uber and reach it in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind, answered every question we had! A value for money option.

The bathroom's walls were made of glass and you could clearly see the person inside, not comfortable at all. There was some mold inside the bathroom too. The breakfast buffet should be supplied more regularly since for some time there was almost nothing to eat.

The hotel was a great bang for the buck, specially nowadays that Lisbon became way too expensive for accomodation("nonsensely" expensive). It wasn't exactly cheap, but with a better price than other much worse hotels(I go to Portugal quite often). Breakfast was very good and the staff was gentle and professional. The room was nice, well-maintained and very clean.

Prices could be better, but I understand the whole country "lost it" as far as accomodation's prices go

Location is very good, you can easily walk to the city centre. Also, is Close to the Metro and easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean, and i found the breakfast options very good, despite what I saw in the other reviews. I had a room facing the courtyard and it was very quiet.

It looks a bit worn-out. Although very clean there are areas of the room that need a refresh or improvement. I would have expected more for the price regarding this aspect

Cleaning staff is super friendly, beds and pillow are comfy and the amenities (shower gel etc) are from a Portuguese brand and smell amazing, so props for going the extra mile on that.

The bed frame was visibly "damaged". Was fully functional but it's covered in fake leather and it was missing bits all around the bed frame. Gave a sense of them not caring about the aesthetics of the place you sleep in.

The hotel is well placed for the activities we were doing. It is also very near to a metro station, although we didn’t use it. It is quite small - 7 rooms per floor and rooms are relatively large. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and a good temperature. Breakfast was included, with hot and cold self-service options.

The breakfast room is set out solely for pairs (we were a group of 5) and at peak time on the Saturday was very busy - but that isn’t much of a gripe.
