Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The hotel is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and with exceptional attention to detail. Rooms are luxurious, modern and impeccably clean. The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone is exceptionally kind, helpful, friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay a wonderful experience. We also loved the location of the hotel, on a little quiet street facing a quaint, lovely square. Although tucked away in a quiet part of Lisbon, it is within walking distance to most of the main attractions. All in all, this hotel is just perfection and certainly is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It is a place you look forward to returning at the end of the day. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner on our last day who was immensely kind and friendly - and even sent us off to our taxi heading to the airport. Thank you, Pedro and team, for making our stay in Lisbon so wonderful!

Location alongside small garden square with iconic Portuguese 'quiosque' provided a traditional vibe. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and bar facilities provided an extremely comfortable stay, all well maintained and beautifully decorated. The maid service was much appreciated and helped to make stay very welcoming. My room was very well equipped and everything needed for my short stay was at hand. Breakfast options were amazing and delivery and presentation brilliant Also a very relaxing and comfortable bar to relax in evenings

Nothing not to like

This is a wonderful hotel. If you want to stay in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy the sites, this is the place for you. It is beautifully maintained, the staff are absolutely lovely, it offers a wonderful breakfast, and it is right next to a lovely neighborhood park where you can enjoy coffee during the day and beer/wine in the evening. Be sure to get a room overlooking the park. (The sound proofing is excellent so at night it is quiet.) The room is a bit small but the amenities (and the incredible rain shower!) more than make up for it. I checked out this morning and miss it already!

This is a true gem of a hotel! It is an oasis of comfort and impeccable taste where you can enjoy the beautiful city of Lisbon away from the noise and traffic. A beautiful location on a lovely tree filled square but still within easy proximity of the city centre. The love and care that has been given to designing and executing the interior is evident everywhere, as is the attention to detail… a beautiful aromatic candle that is a signature aroma of the hotel, quirky silver teapots, embroidered napkins and so much more! Above all it is a place where you look forward to returning to at the end of the day! The staff are all exceptional and will go out of their way to make your stay a real joy! Bravo to all and thank you for making our recent stay so delightful!

We liked everything!

Hotel das Amoreiras has become a new favourite. We stayed a few days to celebrate my birthday and they really made us feel welcomed. The service was attentive, the staff were friendly and well-informed about where to go and what to do in the city. The interiors are for the discerning traveler, the 'old meets new' aesthetic has been executed tastefully - it felt like we were coming home in the afternoon after a busy day of exploring. It was a pleasure to spend time in the beautiful courtyard in the mornings and have a long, leisurely breakfast. The breakfasts were exceptional - there is something for everybody on the menu and the quality stood out to us. You can feel the love and attention that the owners have poured into the hotel. Bravo! We can't wait to be back soon.

I have only two comments: - It could be nice to have a few umbrellas outside in the courtyard as it can get rather warm in summer. - We did not have bathrobes in our room but I am sure if we requested it they would have brought them up for us

breakfast was a delight with a high quality choice of ingredients, My wife suffered an extremely sore throat whilst we were there and Isobel was a wonder in making sure she was cared for. We found all the staff very engaging and a delight to talk to but Isobel was a real gem! A sincere thank you.

We were a group of 5 persons and upon leaving breakfast was not available till 08.00. With Lisbon Airport taking a long time to clear security and Passport control could breakfast start at 07.00 and run till 11.00?

The staff at the reception desk was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warmth and kindness. They went above and beyond to make our stay special - even taking time to write up a list of things to do that we had expressed an interest in. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. Several courses of deliciousness to choose from. What made it even better were the servers. They were attentive and so sweet. One of the girls was genuinely excited for us to try her freshly-made juice blend. Our room was comfy and nicely done. There were so many nice touches and attention to detail (such as a handwritten welcome note and an embroidered floor mat by the bed). The bar decor and colors are very sharp and the ode to vintage James Bond was fun. We recommend trying the Vesper martini. The whole hotel feel is small and personal, yet luxurious. We didn't want to leave!

What a wonderful stay! The staff were so attentive and kind, breakfast was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully and the hotel smelled fantastic - I ended up buying the hotel candle I loved it that much! The room interiors were lovely, especially the pillows, I literally sank into them! Such a great location too. The square had a lovely buzz when the kiosks were operational and the hotel is in walking distance to fab brunch spots, wine bar etc. Can't wait to stay again!

Nothing except a steamer or iron for clothes would be great for the rooms :)

The hotel is an absolute 5 star experience - best boutique hotel in Lisbon for sure. We had an amazing stay in a wonderful environment. The owner Pedro is a true gem and you can feel and see the love and dedication that went into building this gorgeous place, the staff is well selected and EVERYBODY is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the attic suite: the design and comfort are outstanding. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom a dream: fabulous to take a shower surrounded by stunning marble. The room has 5 mini balconies which means you also have a view onto the magical park in front of the door which is used by many locals and is very calming. The breakfast is à la carte and delicious. The front desk was always super helpful and also recommending great things to do or where to eat. Can't recommend enough to stay here and need to return asap.
