The location was perfect at the top of a hill. It took about 30 minutes to walk downhill to the river front, but there are numerous buses directly outside that will take you to the centre of Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and professional. It was a real bonus to have a dining table in our room furnished with plates, cutlery, and glasses. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to take advantage of the spa facilities, which included a lovely pool.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool and spa facilities closed at 7.30pm. This meant that if you did a day's sightseeing, you would be pushed to get back in time to use the facilities. It would be great if they could keep the spa and pool open later until 9.00 or 10.00pm.

Dom Pedro is the best hotel this side of town. This was our second stay and indeed was an exceptional one. The staff was absolutely amazing in making sure everything was top notch from the moment we got there until we leave. Location was ideal close to just about everything, we even walked to some places, great way to get our exercise in. Let's not forget breakfast, they had a good variety of food which was right up our alley. Thank you Dom for making this a memorable vacation for my family, We will definitely be back. Still can't find anything I didn't like!

It exceeded my expectations. The view is excellent if you pick a room with a river view. The friendly and helpful staff went the extra mile to satisfy my "obsession" with football and the Champion League, which they arranged for me to see in the lobby with some cold beers. The breakfast was tasty. More variation on the cold part would be nice. You have good public transport connections in all directions and towards all tourist destinations if you don't want to use a car, which, from what I saw in Lisabon, is not something I recommend(buses have dedicated lines at least). The pool is very cosy if you want to relax and do some sport. The room was big, spotless, and had all the facilities you wanted for a holiday. I recommend the 3rd-floor bar and Teras. At the lobby bar, ask for a glass of sangria; you will not be disappointed. Overall, it is good value for the money

The sounds of plains coming to land pasing almost above the hotel can be annoying, but I assume it is part of the Lisbon experience.

On my first 5 days of stay the staff at the breakfast were very polite, very attentive. My 5/5 goes to Victor. 5 stars to him and his team, they made my stay absolutely enjoyable. The front desk staff very welcoming and helpfull. Well before my stay I made some special requests and all of them were met. I liked the welcome pack in the room. In no fault of their own i did find that the noise from the road was loud, I had to understand that this is a very busy city. Overall experience was very good. I would stay there again

I did not like the breakfast team on 13 Sept 2024 I did find that some members of staff weren't polite nor friendly. 1 just poured coffee on my cup without asking what I'd like to drink, did not say hi or ask for permission, very strange indeed. 1 of the ladies completely ignored my breakfast request. But on Friday 14.09.24 I met Rafaela at the breakfast room she was super helpfull and friendly.

The staff were very kind and nice- From the men at the entrance who welcomed me with a smile and immediately helped me with my suitcase, the people at the reception who did the check in very quick and easy, and ordered a taxi for me upon checkout, and the women who cleaned the room, and always greated me at the hallway I really enjoyed the perks, the wine & the sweet dish upon arrival, returning in the evening and having fresh fruits waiting and a bottle of water. You were also very kind to supply decaf capsules for me- already in my room upon arrival. I also liked the little essentials in the room: the sewing kit, head cap, the soaps, the body lotion, and the bathrobe and the slippers just waiting to be used for the spa.. I also got to use the sauna and the jacuzzi, which were very relaxing and pleasant. I do wish the spa could stay open longer, as most days I returned just in time for the closing You were also kind to let me check out an hour later with no problem Thank you for making my stay so pleasant and relaxing!

Our family stayed here for one night the day before our departure from Lisbon to the US. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a bellhop that helped us with our luggage. The staff at the front desk smiled and gave us excellent service. Our family agreed that we wished we were staying more than one night! The room was immaculate and clean. The beds were comfortable. We did not have time to use the pool or other services. Their breakfast in the morning is phenomenal as well and we were happy to enjoy a variety of pastries, hot food and fresh fruit. Thank you to the staff of Dom Pedro Lisboa! We highly recommend and will visit again!

The hotel had great facilities with the additional benefit of the Spa. We had a connecting family room with a half board option. The beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. Staff were super friendly and we even had an early check in, which was much appreciated after a very early start travelling.

Only down side was I would have liked a little more choice for dinner on half board. The menu only offered 5 options, which was a little limiting. . It is at the top of a hill, but close to Metros and tram 24 line, so not much of a problem, but might be worth considering if you had some mobility issues. But otherwise, we loved the hotel and would highly recommend and happily stay there again.

The room was very beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily. As it was a honeymoon trip for me and my husband, the hotel staff take it into consideration and served as some sweets and champagne in the room which was very pleasant gesture. Breakfast was also very diverse and delicious. Also, the location of the hotel was very comfortable for us.

The view from our room could have been better but it was not a big deal. Our stay in the hotel was still very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with complementary fruits and water every day. We are pleasantly surprised by the bottle of BRUT and cake offered for my wife's birthday. Thank you, Dom Pedro staff!

Swimming poor can be busy sometimes, making it difficult to find places to put your clothes. Activation of lifts by room key card can be a bit tricky sometimes, and may need to try several times.

Really beautiful design and furniture, although could certainly consider some degree on modernisation. Room was large, with a table and massive views (18th floor). Staff were friendly, breakfast has a good variety of options and i'm a real sucker for a grand piano in the lobby! Used the jacuzzi which was comparatively large but felt somewhat smaller with 6 people squeezed in. VIP lounge was a pleasant area for remote working with an open bar and snacks. Well stocked bar downstairs, although on the pricey side. Central location but a good 40 minute walk down to the touristy areas on the waterfront.

The shower wasn't quite up to the rest of the standard of the hotel. Also had a bit of incident when I got out the shower to find an enormous incest watching me. (kid you not, 4-5cm in length!) Would have enjoyed using the spa more but the opening hours are limited (9am-8pm).
