Staff was very kind and helpful. Mini bar prices were surprisingly low. Hop on hop off buses were only a 10-minute walk away. Nice restaurant in hotel and others in neighborhood. Italian restaurant two blocks away; Vietnamese only a block and a half. We had a terrace room which had furniture, ornamental lights, and a great view of the city. Large number of tv channels in multiple languages, if you need some time in the room away from sightseeing.

Roof top bar as closed. Elevator to floor 8 was out of order. Had to take elevator to 6 and walk up. Not normally a problem, but husband has mobility issues. Staff worked with us to make things better, letting us use the staff elevator.

The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. I was very tired and exhausted after 1000 km of driving. The girls at the reception were very friendly and nice, tried to solve all my requests and did everything in their power to improve my stay. I travel a lot and stay in different hotels, but Carolina and Anny really raised the bar of my expectations for other hotels. Thank you very much to them for everything. The service and quality of customer service they provided will be very difficult to repeat

Affordable option in a perfect location with close proximity to cafes, restaurants, public transport and groceries. The room was very comfortable with complete amenities. We were very happy with the experience, especially with the very accommodating and polite staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Annie for finding a solution on our request for early check-in and late check-out, considering our odd flight schedules.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the metro connection from the airport to the hotel is perfect, though you need some 10-15 mins walk to the hotel from the metro station or to get a short bus ride from metro station to the hotel. The hotel itself is in a nice and quiet place but to get to the city center you need quite some walk down the hill.

No bus/metro/tram station near the hotel that takes you straight to the city center.

Nice hotel, lovely rooftop bar. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and I could check in few hours early. Stayed on the 7th floor, it was peaceful and quiet.

Smell of drains in the room. You could tell they tried to mask it with air fresheners but it was still there... Didn't complain about it as I stayed just for one night and didn't want to bother anyone.

Nicely designed rooms, good location next to a park, pleasant rooftop bar.

The internet was basically inexistent - 20kbps for the upload, we had to use mobile internet. The floor design with two different 4th floors was confusing at the first time, but fun once we get used to it. The room was quite small whereas the price was really high.

we took the suite. amazing value for money. very comfortable with many windows and mini rooms (living room, dining room and bedroom) bed was comfortable. staff were very helpful and nice. gym was nice and rooftop was very cool. breakfast was very good.

the location is not optimal but also not too bad, just couple of minutes walk from Eduard vii park. toilets are not ventilated.

Good location near to bus stops to get to main station and town. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice .

When coming back to the hotel in the evening on 2 occasions the bar staff weren't anywhere to be seen so had to wait quite a while to be served. On last evening gave up and went to bed . Also no milk in room for tea and coffee and no normal tea bags (took some from restaurant) .

The room has enough space and is clean. We really liked the location of the hotel, not too busy and quiet but with lots of good restaurants. The botanical garden nearby was really nice, only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Fantastic room, big and highly comfortable with a small couch and working desk. Perfect to rest and perfect to do some last minute working as well. Key people superbly friendly and proactive. Great location too in a very quiet street. Broad amounts of light coming in - Superb!
