Absolutely wonderful place, highly recommend this hotel. First of all, best reception managers I’ve ever seen in Lisbon. I’ve stayed 5-7 hotel in Portugal before (5 stars and boutiques, 4 stars) and here is like people who really care about guests. So nice! If you concern about something, just ask them. Hotel is very clean, for me it’s important. Please, keep going, I will come back. Book room on high floor: view on the city is amazing. From hotel to Rossio or Chiado 25-30 mins walking distance, but way is comfortable, uber or bolt around 5€. Airport is close and you can see flights right above you. For me is definitely benefit, cool to see flight so close, no noise at all, when windows closed.

Amazing view from our room! We were on the fifth floor, and we could see the entire city from our room. It was amazing! We dealt with several staff members during our stay. Most of them were really excellent. One young woman at the front desk was particularly helpful, and helped us with several things that we needed, including more towels, refilling our water container, etc.

The hotel was a little more off the beaten path than expected. It was a little more difficult to get to the main centre and other attractions in Lisbon. We had a car, but with parking being so difficult within city limits, it was a little frustrating a few times. The area around the hotel was maybe a little sketchy after dark.

The design was really nice and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite clean.

There is a big problem with the noise from the airplanes. From our room, it was almost impossible to sleep. The breakfast lacks diversity and quality of meats, vegetable, fruit and cheese.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to several bus stops, a huge shopping mall, restaurants, grocery shops and even a pharmacy. The staff was friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to have the room before the usual check in. We had to pay a tourist fee of 32€ for the 4 nights that we were not aware of, but I know this happens in some big cities. The room was small, with its private bathroom inside. Shampoo, shower gel, body cream, shower cap and cotton pads provided. A Nespresso machine is provided too, with 2 pods of coffee per day. Towels were replaced every day. It is easy to go downtown by bus and the bus allows to pay with your credit card or even cash if you don't have a bus ticket.

The bathroom has some mold that they could easily remove with a good product. The mini fridge was not working so we could not buy anything to leave there. We stayed on the 1st floor, and you can hear everything outside, people going to the front desk, the elevator and of course the airplanes passing by because it is on the airport route (they stop from 12am to 6am). However, it worked for us as we just wanted a place to sleep after our tours in Lisbon.

During our recent two-night stay at the Zurin Charm Hotel in Lisbon, from Wednesday to Friday, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities provided. The breakfast offerings were delightful, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant start to our day. The hotel’s location in the Campolide district provided a peaceful environment while still being conveniently close to various attractions and public transport options. We appreciated the proximity to bus stops and the short walk to the Campolide train station, making it easy to explore the city.  A special mention goes to Jahed, a staff member who truly stood out during our stay. Jahed’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. His dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable experience is commendable, and he was always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Overall, our stay at the Zurin Charm Hotel was exceptional. The combination of modern amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service, especially from Jahed, made our visit to Lisbon truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable stay in the city.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. I appreciated the coffee machine and bottle of water in the room which was refilled daily, and also new coffee pods daily. Decent location outside the main touristy area and a downhill walk towards Principe Real and the centre, decently serviced by buses for getting back up the hill.

The breakfast was fine, not bad but not amazing. I felt it was more worthwhile eating elsewhere each morning, especially since there were some nice affordable options within a 10 minute walk. Again, the coffee machine in the room was much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, easy check-in, clean room and helpful staff. We chose to try the breakfast our last day, it costed around 10 euro p.p and we were very satisfied. We had requested a room on a higher floor and we were given one with balcony and nice view. We will definitely come back.

The noise from the planes approaching the airport and flying low until we got used to it. Of course it is not the hotels fault.

The staff at Zurin Charm are as excellent as the staff at a 5 star hotel. Friendly, competent, efficient, they are the best. The hotel is well kept and located in a neighborhood with access to restaurants and transportation. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The space is modern and nicely decorated. I’d stay here again.

It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest metro. I could have taken a bus, but prefer walking and getting to know a city.

The staff was always friendly and willing to offer comfort to my stay. The wi-fi signal was very strong. The room was cleaned daily. The air condition worked quite effectively. The city view was very nice. Free water refill was made as many times wanted. A taxi was offered free to carry from the airport. The hotel is perfectly appropriate for business travel.

The hotel is more appropriate of a business travel or for people spending most of the time in the city, since it does not offer the comforts of a high priced hotel. The breakfast could have a wider variety.

The location was convenient for public transportation stops like bus and trams. You can also walk down the hill for metro and too.

The breakfast was not as fresh as you would expect, not worth it. Also the single bed in our room was a sofabed and definitely not comfortable. The utilities in the room were also not working, coffee machine was broken. fridge was never cold enough to keep any item in...
