I brought my nephew and so the pool was a big draw. It was open even though the weather was pretty mixed. Just make sure you wear slippers/flip flops when they don’t have sun umbrellas up as there are loads of holders built into the floor which are easy to trip over - my nephew cut his toe quite badly on a metal one but the reception team were helpful with a first aid kit and directions to the pharmacy. The pool is very warm and we enjoyed spending time here after our days out in the city. We loved the hotel - the team were really lovely arranging us an early check in and a later check out due to our flight times. They were always helpful with any questions or requests. The breakfast had plenty of choice and not too busy when we went. Decent coffee as well! We ate in the restaurant for a quick lunch a couple of times. Nice burger and toasted sandwiches. The location is away from the main sights but in just a short walk you can visit the Botanical Gardens and a lovely viewpoint in the Eduardo VII park. On arrival (after a quick swim!) we took the Tuk Tuk tour - there are various options and the hotel covered 30mins free as well were staying 3 nights. We took a short trip (1hr) through Alfama and up to a great view point. The driver was really friendly and took some photos of us which was lovely. The 24 Tram starts/terminates just round the corner (5-10 min walk) although they don’t seem to run to any particular timetable. But we caught the tram back from the centre a couple of times. It’s not the mega crowded route so we got to ride the tram but without the stress. Also buses went to the same stop. We also found a nice ramen restaurant close to the hotel. It was a really nice neighbourhood (even Ronaldo thinks so 😜). Bolt (like Uber) was super convenient, fast and pretty cheap for other rides to/from the hotel. We never waited more than about 5 minutes or paid more than 10 euro (and that was for longer rides to Belém and Oceanarium).
Only the holders for umbrellas on the floor by the pool. I felt maybe these could have been covered or made a bit more visible. Ok for adults but kids need to be really careful around the seating area because they don’t tend to look where they walk/put their feet so much.

I liked the staff they were very helpful, Nice to have parking available, the breakfast was pretty good!
The room was too small for 2 people and felt awkward, location seemed out of the way, not close to restaurants or shops tho only stayed one night

The Lux Lisboa Park team is fantastic! We couldn't ask for anything they wouldn't have given us! We asked for a quiet room so we could relax, and we got it, the balcony overlooked the inner courtyard! There was cleaning every day, the cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and very delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, a few minutes walk from Praça do Marquês de Pombal square, from where you can travel around Lisbon by blue and yellow metro and many buses. I would like to share another very nice gesture with everyone! At the beginning of our full-day trip to Sintra, something broke in the tour guide's car, so our day started an hour and a half late! The receptionist said that they would compensate us for the delay! In the evening, when we got home, a very delicious wine and fruits were prepared in the room. However, the accompanying card is what really touched us, we have never encountered such a gesture before! Someone from the Team took the trouble to hand-write the apology in HUNGARIAN, our language, FANTASTIC! We will return to Lisbon sometime, but we will only stay here at the Lux Lisboa Park Hotel!
It wasn't like that

The room was perfect for 2 people and had a lovely kitchen and balcony to enjoy breakfast. The location was perfect for where I needed to be but was also great as the metro station was a 2 minute walk and you could go directly into the city centre.
The only reason I didn't give higher is because we purposely booked this place due to it having a pool and we wanted to relax whilst I wasn't working. However, unfortunately, the pool was closed due to an incident for the whole week that we stayed. We weren't told about this in advance, nor were we offered anything as an apology.

The staff were very helpful if you had any questions, needed tips, or needed anything, and were very friendly and chatty. We had a special occasion and the staff had left lovely treats in our room for this which was very kind. We loved the free snacks and beverages in the room too, which made our stay more convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection, loved the fresh juices and the pastel del natas. It was amazing to go up to the pool and jacuzzi when it opened at 8am on such a sunny day and enjoy a very calm swim to myself. The reception helped us a lot with rental cars and gave us a discount, and were really helpful with restaurant tips. The location is a bit out of the city centre but we didn't mind the walk in as we could see more of Lisbon. It was around 15 minutes walk to reach it, and if you wanted to reach the main square by the water around 30 minutes. A pleasant and comfortable stay in a modern hotel. Thank you!

We are really happy with our stay at Lux Lisboa Park hotel. The area is local residental so its nice and quiet. Rooms are wonderful, with seperate room for shower and toilet. Beds were fine and the bonus point is the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. One of the main reasons for chosing this hotel was the rooftop pool with sunbathing area and a nice bar. Fantastic place. The service was wonderful. Specially at the rooftop bar and during breakfast. A wonderful hotel that would be even more special if this was an adult only hotel as there were moments when a group of parents were not thinking about other guests and taking care about their kids (shouting). But overall a great place.

The staff was super nice and attentive, the restaurant was very good, the breakfast had everything required and expected from a 4 star hotel, and I enjoyed the rooms being more soundproof than most hotels. The staff also compensated me with a drink voucher in the restaurant regarding some unfortunate events upon the arrival.
I did not like the depth of cleaning each day, there were obvious missed spots. Also, upon arrival, my bed still had hair (scalp and body) on top of the sheets, as well as having sticky surfaces from drinks. Also, the cleaning lady told me that the robes and slippers are in the rooms, and unfortunately they were never there or replenished at all. Finally, the shower cabin has a fancy control for the traditional shower, the ceiling shower and the wall shower - the last one did not work at all. And the water temperature did not have extremes, meaning you could not take a cold shower (which I like but I understand most people don’t want) or hot showers.

Room was spacious, clean with confortable mattress and the bathroom practical if you like showers. Even though many planes fly over, the soundproof windows were good. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. having the rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi and bar was really enjoyable as the weather was good. Above all the staff were great, welcoming, always available to answers questions and finding solutions to make your stay really good.
Being able to have breakfast on the big first floor terrace would have been nice but I understand that the logistics would be tricky.

I liked absolutely everything! Starting with a very pleasant signature smell everywhere in the hotel. The team is very polite, the breakfast is amazing, also tried dinner from hotel restaurant- very tasty. Warmed pool, not big, but so pleasant to swim after a long day on feet sightseeing. Spacious room, new technic, sensor lights, quite (didn’t hear neighbors at all). The location is not super central, but Uber is so cheap, you would probably use only it 4-5 € about 3-4 km, 9-10 € in busy hours or for far locations). So I would absolutely recommend it.
Jacuzzi was out of service, but for me it’s not a big deal. Room cards were not perfectly working, I heard a couple of people reporting the problem. Was also my case, before by trying to open the door I realized that you need to hold the card directly to the WIFI sign. Then it worked well.

Great experience and location, close to Amoreiras and walking distance to downtown if you don't mind walking 15-30 minutes. We booked a premium room on the top floor with easy access to the pool area and gym. We traveled with a small child, and though it was not child friendly in terms of play areas etc., it worked well for us. The breakfast was varied with great service. Staff were very friendly and helpful in reception, at breakfast and in the restaurant, especially the head bartender. It was not peak season so not very busy, which we appreciated. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.
We really did not have a lot of complaints - see all the positives above. The gym could have been larger but works for a few people and is in great condition. We wish the rooftop terrace had been open while we were there. The premium rooms are costly, but we found it was overall good value for money.
