The apartment is near 2 metro stations. New , cosy, spacious . The staff was very kind and helpful.

In the apartment there was nothing else but a filter coffee machine and a water kettle. At least an espresso machine can be provided. Also we found only salt. Some sugar or pepper or filter coffee can be provided. For 2 or even 5 days stay it is not worth to buy all these from the supermarket.

The location was great...easy to access a lot of places you want to visit. The staff was great - I would grant an 11 if was possible - Bravo!! Each apartment has the washing machine and this was of capital important for us.

The bathroom was ok but WC did not have the flush working perfectly (requiring always to repeat the pressing of the button few times to get it working). The personnel intervened but the resolution was only partial. Although the bathroom was clean it would need a renovation. The living room deserved a real 4 places table (and 4 chairs - only two present) and removal of the tea table (not really useful and occupying a lot of space).

As a family of 4 (kids 12 and 14 years old), we had a pleasant 7 night stay at Morgan Jupiter Apartments in Lisbon. Good location, close to transport and main attractions with nice balcony view. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive: they promptly provided us with everything we needed and even fixed the shower drain upon our request. The apartment was quiet, with no noise issues.

The main bedroom had no door, which reduced privacy. Some areas could be better equipped for longer stays.

Position of the appartments, free public parking spaces in the street, it had all of the appliances needed, balcony, peace and quiet from the outside because our appartment was not on the main road, privacy.

Pillows were bad. Not as good sound isolation inside of the building, when someone was walking in the app above it was really loud, also when another near app is being cleaned its like the sounds are coming from our appartment + sofa bed is not as comfortable to sleep on.

Apartment is very clean, nice and modern, building is pretty with interior marble steps up to apartments. Elevator is available. Nice kitchen and bathroom, modern. Check-in was quick and easy, someone was there to meet us, complete paperwork including parking space through a gate next to building. We were in a rush and Joanna was really wonderful with getting it done quickly, very accommodating. Quiet area, clean and great location just a quick walk to Avenida da Liberdade and Marques de Pombal where the hop on hop off buses begin. We would definitely stay there again!

For such a nice apartment it’s unfortunate they don’t supply a toaster (small suggestion), and also only one toilet paper roll. They were very quick to offer more however. The washroom is connected to the bedroom, sliding door. The door didn’t close very well, and we had to leave the bedroom and go to the sofabed when someone had to shower. We were travelling as a family of four, so we lived with it. They thanked us for letting them know and will surely fix it for the next clients.

Great location - super quiet, well commuted and close to the city center. The place was exceptionally clean, the space was well-designed, the furnitures were modern and comfortable. All the amenities were available, and there was a beautiful view of the nearby treetops from our windows. An elevator is accessible. The staff was helpful and professional at every stage, including providing recommendations for cafes and restaurants. Our family had an amazing stay here and we would definitely recommend it.

The location was great, in a central quiet area out of the packed tourist zones but close enough to walk to attractions and other neighborhoods. We explored all of Lisbon and had no problem doing so from this location. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartment has a lift, is modern and well furnished, and had a terrace. We found it the perfect size for a couple. I didn't realize beforehand but there was laundry in unit, so that was a bonus. We didn't find coffee pods or laundry detergent there, but there is a supermarket right around the corner. Although 18 euro per day, the on-site parking was super convenient and easy to access.

Over communication regarding arrival timing and check in procedures through WhatsApp. I felt it was slightly excessive.

Absolutely amazing!!! I divided my stay in Lisbon between two hotels and I wish we had chosen Morgan Jupiter throughout. It was an amazing location, super clean apartment, vintage building but modern apartment with great facilities. We booked the one-bed apartment. The room and bed was super comfy, lights were beautiful and artistic. The lounge was amazingly comfortable. The couch!! Was beautiful and oh-so-comfy. The window balcony was a very good touch, very serene and peaceful but not far from city center. Beautiful aesthetics and color combination used throughout apartment. All cutlery provided, glasses, mugs, different types of plates etc. Stove for cooking, oven/microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and Nespresso machine. Full sized fridge with a small freezer inside. Overall great stay!

The distance between sink and dishstand, it means when you lift the washed dish to the stand, water would drip on the floor. The paint was a little worn off in the lounge from one corner. The bathroom's door frame was a little dated and wood chipping off and the shower door had some mould (due to water of course), but not a lot or dangerous.

Light and spacious. Clean and generally well-equipped for a short stay. Would have awarded 5 stars but there was no drying-up cloth in the kitchen and the shower room is not well designed. (The shower cubicle door did not open fully because of the towel rail. There was insufficient space to put toiletries and some previous water damage was becoming evident on the door and below the shower tray. Also wires were dangling below the TV. A little more attention to such detail is needed.)
