The location is great, with several restaurants around; close to Marques de Pombal which connects to Av.Liberdade. The breakfast is very simple, with little variety of fruits and breads. There is no bar to prepare drinks, the room service menu is horrible, I would never order something like that and the pool is not working. They should notify you before booking to avoid so many embarrassments for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always polite and ready to assist with anything I needed. The reception team made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and they were happy to provide tips for getting around the city. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless and well-stocked. It was a pleasure to return to such a well-maintained space after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight — a great variety of fresh options, including pastries, fruits, eggs, and good coffee. It was the perfect start to each day. The hotel is about a 25–30 minute walk from the city center, which I found very manageable and enjoyable. It’s also located very close to Parque Eduardo VII, a beautiful green space that’s perfect for a morning walk or a relaxing afternoon break. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Like much of Europe, small narrow parking space to maneuver. No refrigerator in room. Just arriving in Lisbon, we were unaware of the major celebration going on in town that completely affected our ability to get back to our hotel in a reasonable time frame. The main part of the city had shut off a perimeter of streets with no access to transportation as a visitor unfamiliar with the area. A heads up from the main desk at the hotel to be aware of the obstacles would have been really appreciated- we couldn’t get home for over 3 hours- luckily checkout was late morning.

The hotel's lobby was quite big and welcoming. The receptionist spoke English well. Our room was huge and had a good view of the area as well as the plane passing Lisbon. The hotel is about half an hour walk to a big garden - Erward VII garden.. it is quite close to some boutiques and to a metro where one can take another metro to the biggest shopping mall in Iberia. The food was ok.

We cannot use the hotel's towel when we are using the pool, and the pool smelled strong of chlorine. The room was extra hot at night because the aircondition is not enough to cool down the room.

While room rate was very acceptable “extras” were not : I was charged E15 for keeping one bag in luggage room. We stayed in all for 5 nights, initially 2 then as per our booking we were away from Lisbon for 2 nights then returned for a further 3 nights all arranged well in advance. This is our pattern every year in Portugal but this charge was Never applied in any hotel in which we stayed. The other annoyance was the high charge for Sparkling water & for brandy. After realising the very high prices we bought our drinks in restaurants from then on

Room, staff and location were all excellent. We got great advice from the staff and they were more than happy to help us with any query. Very efficient communication from all staff. The reception was nice, although a hotel bar would be even nicer, the small snack bar was limited in choice.

The hotel breakfast was good value, but the quality was a little subpar. The main let down during breakfast was the coffee. Very poor tasting coffee from the machine unfortunately. The hot food options were egg and bacon, which were fine, but more choice would have been nice.

I was afraid cause of comments, but the room was quiet and confortable, everything was clean, indeed on the bathtube there was some marks of time, but nothing as comments said. there was a temperature controlling on the wall. And the bed was confortable. I was working some days so wifi was good to work. Stays in between some Metro lines so u can go anywhere walking a 5min to get to metro station.

there are 2 elevator and the day i was there 1 of them didnt open the door, but i wasnt inseide, just took the other one.

Really big rooms (at least mine was)..all clean and really comfortable. Area is fairly quiet at night which was a bonus. The staff could not be more helpful, got some great tips about where to eat locally. far enough out of the centre so your out of the tourist crowds, but the metro is only about 10 mins away...or if your feeling up to it a 35-40 min walk into town, which means you get to see a bit more of Lisbon

Not much at this price - my preference was to be out of the tourist spot, and this fits the bill. Not much in the way of facilities if that's your thing

The location was really good - about 10 min walk by walk to the metro. However, considering how cheap taxis were we just used Bolt. The hotel room was good, there was enough space and there was also a mini fridge. The breakfast at the hotel was good enough as well - kept us almost all day and then we just ate in the evening.

The staff was really kind, they helped me a lot. The location is exceptional, it is close to the historical center, but also to green areas. Public transportation is also great, the airport is just 40 minutes away.

I have chosen the hotel because of the ability of the gym and pool. Unfortunately both are open only during a limited time of the day and if people prefer to visit the city, there is no way to use these.
