Very charming hotel, friendly young staff, safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood. Unpretentious youthful vibe and decor. Breakfast was really good, including some delicious traditional pastries! Family room is on a small side but enough space for comfortable stay for couple of nights. It was too cold to use it this time, but there is nice small rooftop pool with great city views!

It's not a minus - just a fact: it is kind of far from main downtown attractions, however the Uber is very practical and affordable in Lisbon so you can use it whenever you don't feel like 20-30 minutes walk.

Exceptional stay! Amazing staff, fun place, great facilities. Awesome cocktails, good food, simply amazing! The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Easy to get into the city, nice restaurants in the area. Great pool and rooftop bar. This would be my go-to hotel in Lisbon.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I would say the pool is a little on the smaller side but it was not an issue for us at all. We ordered chicken wings which I thought were a little expensive for 5 wings, but the nachos were very cheap for the portion you get. None of it affected our stay at all!

Hotel was lovely. Great facilities and really amazing staff. Location was perfect, it was close to so many metro stations and easy to travel to all the places we wanted but further away from all the hyper touristy places so we we felt safe coming back late at night without lots of commotion and crowds in the area. The room was great and overall a lovely experience, would recommend. Special thanks to the curly haired receptionist you were amazing and helped so much!

There could’ve been a few more sun beds on the rooftop as they went quickly but not a huge downside.

This was an exceptional property that was very fun with a great vibe! Rooms are modern, well appointed (cleverly designed) and very clean. We had a double family room which was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was incredible (they had everything you could want) and the spaces are really cool (we ate breakfast on the back terrace). There is a nice rooftop pool (which could use more shade!) with great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were surprised by the welcome drink/cocktail, which we were not expecting. Overall, excellent stay and would definitely recommend for friend/family travel to Lisbon. A nice Marriott product designed for young people (20's-30's) or the young at heart!

Nothing - except maybe that they ran out of bacon at the breakfast and that pool has no shade. Other than that, excellent! I am not sure if pool towels are provided but if not, they should be.

The hotel was modern and fun, the rooms were extremely clean and the shower was huge! The rooftop pool, although it wasn't very big it was nice to be able to have a swim. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits, meats, cheese, cereals, and a few hot options, a great way to start the day. There is a great place to work if that's what you need to do and a courtyard to sit outside. There was a snack bar and a well stocked bar. You also received a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The metro station is nearby, which is very walkable.

Very limited hanging space for clothes with only 4 hangers. There is no water or even a glass to fill up in the room. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge, which in a city that must get so hot in the summer would be a nice touch to be able you to chill drinks down.

Loved the breakfast! Went multiple times ands enjoyed the variety of cold and hot foods! Love the playful and energetic vibe of the whole place! Liked how there were board games to play and some books to read! Read one whole David Walliams book, MegaMonster, to the kids and they enjoyed it!

Pool was very cold despite it being "heated." Understandable since it wasn't summer season yet, but would have been better if the water temp could have been heated up so it was actually swimmable. Hot tub would be better.

The staff are very friendly, and I love the city chic decor. You also get a welcome drink when you arrive which is always appreciated. The surroundings feels safe. There are plenty to choose from when it comes to drinks at the bar, the rooftop pool has a very good view. I really enjoy the breakfast too, there are good choices - simple but effective.

There are a few times where the staff are hanging around (maybe break time?) and saw us struggling to get out of the revolving door but didn't help until we we were bout to press the wrong button (not the emergency stop). I appreciate the hotel trying to be sustainable, however we followed the instructions about not changing the towels and hanging it back up but we were given new towels.

The sofa bed in the family room was so comfortable! This is often an issue in hotels but cant complain! Room is spacious even for 3 adults.

The breakfast area gets quite crowded - seats could have another configuration - and all the days someone dropped something - because the shelves to put the trays on is not so obvious, especially for children and elderly. The parking can be tight.

Just visited Lisbon for a stag do (bachelor party) and I can’t thank Beatriz and the staff enough for our stay at Moxy Lisbon City - they made our stay!! Nothing was ever too much to ask and they went above and beyond to help us and make our trip the best it could be. From arranging taxis immediately when requested, to offering specific suggestions on places to go, the staff really do make this place. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious with superb showers and clean towels are provided each day. The reception/bar/restaurant area is vibrant and has a good atmosphere - great for a beer or a relaxing coffee. The hotel is decorated in a cool and modern way, and is very unique - it makes individual and more personal. The rooftop pool tops it off. Thanks again to Beatriz and staff for an amazing trip - hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed out stay at Moxy Lisbon City - it's a nice hotel with a lot of facilities and extremely nice and helpful staff. The room was quite spacious, had an aircon, USB sockets, large bathroom and overall was really pleasant. Great food and drinks selection at the hotel's bar. Really nice wifi that was sufficient for work. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use the rooftop pool since it was quite cold during our visit.
