This hotel is located in the city center, in a 7 min walking distance from a subway station (Picoas). Breakfast was lovely, portions more than sufficient, the choice of bread and cakes every day different, same with exotic fruits and jams. Although we prefer a buffet breakfast, our breakfast was served - with a smile, the hotel staff was very kind and supportive and fulfilled all our wishes (extra blanket for a couple - in our country it is not common to share one large blanket). Our rooms had a sufficient size, one room had a street view (rather loud due to traffic, but totally OK with closed windows), the other with a yard view (not the nicest, but we were very satisfied with how clean and tidy the modern rooms were and how much space we had in the bathroom - for all our things). We were very satisfied with our choice and loved the fact that a small supermarket is right accross the street, a subway station is also not far. We would definitely visit this hotel again in future.
We were very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel. Our yard oriented room was a bit loud at night (two dogs), but the issue was easily solved by a closed room balcony door and by opening a bathroom window. The second room of my family had a street view, but it was enough to close the window and the street traffic has not had any negative impact. Personally I am not a fan of instant coffee with milk foam covered in powdered cocoa, but I had a chance to enjoy a high quality ground coffee elsewhere, so not an issue.

The staff is very lovely. The hotel is not “central” (old town), but it is in a very nice neighborhood, with lots of good restaurants around. It was really easy to go everywhere by walking or with the metro. The location felt very safe compared to other parts of Lisbon
Breakfast was good but as others have mentioned it is the same thing every day, so from day 2 it starts to get old really quickly. The room and bathroom are very tiny, but comfortable. The size is shown in the listing but I didn’t pay attention when booking and I was surprised by how tiny it was.

The breakfast was superb, the hotel and facilities were excellent however the location is a long walk from the main districts of Lisbon. Public transport looked to be easy enough however we walked and enjoyed the sights along the way. Ubers are readily available and are very cheap.
The size of the room was so small, we had read reviews and were prepared for it but the lack of space was less than we had expected. We booked a superior twin room with city view. No tea bags just coffee .. we English enjoy a cup of tea, we asked and we were provided with tea bags, however there was no kettle just hot water via the coffee machine.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very silent, which is very good for a light sleeper. The location is ok. Is not that far from the city center, but not that close either. The breakfast was good.
The room was very small and felt cluttered. You couldn't easily access the dressing because the bed was in the way. The bathroom is poorly designed, the sink is to small and the faucet is not moving so you cannot easily do anything. Washing your face or your teeth is almost impossible. The toilet is also in the way of the door.

It was quiet and the staff were pleasant. The room was comfortable and we could make tea or coffee. We arrived early and the hotel was very helpful. It allowed us to leave our luggage before the check in time enabling us to go out all day on two different tours. We arrived back after dinner and our bags had been placed in our room. Breakfast was coffee, juices and there was a choice cooked food as well as rolls and cakes. I was also provided with gluten free bread and cake. The next day, the hotel was also very accommodating and we were able to leave our luggage again all day to go out on a tour even though we had checked out. On our return we washed and changed then went to the airport.
It was a bit of a walk on hilly streets to the metro which made it harder to get downtown. But it was cheap and convenient to take an Uber.

this Boutique hotel is really cozy and gives you family’s vibes. What we liked the most was the assistant from the staff and the quality of the breakfast. Our room was quite small, there wasn’t a lot of walkable spaces. However, it had everything you need for a quick trip to Lisbon.
Overall it was a pleasant experience but I would like to highlight the quality of the room cleaning. It wasn’t super clean, we found several different hair, near to bad, bathroom and especially on the floor. The wardrobe had some food traces, maybe from the previous occupants. Also, in the room there is the carpet which was clearly a bit dirty. We didn’t complain because we basically never stayed there but, still, if the visit was for a longer period We couldn’t accept it. What we found hilarious was that we had to pay the city fee, which obviously we knew it would happen but, didn’t expect it to so high.

Firm bed, sustainability features, simplicity, expresso coffee machine in room, quietness., full breakfast with gluten free choices, custom prepared eggs, helpful and friendly staff.
Slippery floor in shower of handicap bathroom when wet. Water extended out into room by toilet. Had to wear rubber sandals to keep from falling. Also, bathroom smelled of mold. No desk or other surface area where could work on laptop. Little storage space. We stored suitcases in bathroom because only space available. Used suitcases as a "table" for toiletries.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcomed us very well. They treated us with kindness throughout the whole stay, and were very professional in every aspect of the service. The breakfast was amazing value for money, the quality of the food and service was great and we left breakfast each morning full and very satisfied! The location of the hotel was also great, not too close to the city center but not too far either, walking distance from the metro station as well.
The room was quite small, not a lot of room to put our clothes in the wardrobe. The shower door was a bit of a struggle to close and open it, also let a lot of water out when showering. However, these were the only inconvenient of our stay, and they are very minor.
