Stayed there for 3 nights. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a enthusiastic and very cheerful young man. We were able to check in quickly. The room was very clean, modern and had a great shower and excellent blackout blinds as it was a very hot, bright Aug day. Room was excellent and had the feeling of a newly refurbished hotel. Around 5/8 mins to the metro, nice neighbourhood with lots of small restaurants close by for breakfast or evening meal.

minor , but not a showstopper was the divide from the bathroom to the bedroom was a glass frosted wall, very modern just not my taste.

The location of this property is great, very close to everywhere we went to with an average of €4-6 by bolt each way (Family with a toddler). The staff where really amazing and professional. Our room was a very decent size with a small fridge and the bathroom was neat.

I wanted to use the kettle to make baby’s breakfast but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as it had rotten dirt inside, I showed the staff and they apologised and handled it nicely. Everything else was clean, I’s suggest the house keepers to keep an eye on the kettles. The lifts are quite tiny for strollers (can’t contain more than 2-3 people) but with a little tilt we managed. A bar would have been nice for parents like us who can’t go out for late night drinks but there are places nearby at a walking distance to buy drinks if you want. The full English Breakfast we paid for wasn’t a proper breakfast as there was no bacon, no mushroom and only scrambled eggs. However I believe these are things that can be worked on.

We loved the bathroom it was really new and modern looking, great showers pressure and everything we need in there like hair dryer lots of towels . Comfy bed , good location not too far walk to the town centre , kettle with tea bags, fridge. Mirror with light , lots of different choice of lighting. Very clean . Had a lift. Hotel overall looks really nice. Lovely staff

We got a new room but it didn't had windows (we had choice take it or wait) seemed okay but it was very humid unfortunately (room looked lovely ) . We didn't spend as much time in a hotel anyway and it had air-conditioning. But very hard to do make up in this humidity and bathroom drying itself off when you turn on the light but cant do makeup without light so mirror outside of bathroom would be great. Way back from town is really up hilly 😅 room very small

Small but functional and adequate family room. I liked having two showers. The air conditioning worked amazing. Friendly staff and even though it was a very small boutique hotel they have someone there 24 hours and we were able to check in very late after a late flight. They also kept our bags for us in the am after checkout.

On the booking it said breakfast was included, but the breakfast room is under constriction and no breakfast was available.

Cold breakfast on first morning but improved for the other 3 mornings.Complained at reception and requested refund but was told to contact booking.com. direct, which I did and received an automated reply advising that a reply within 24 hours but did not receive anything until 72 hours later!!,(the morning we were leaving) advising they would contact hotel and respond within 48 hours which was not satisfactory as we would be home by that time.Rooms meant to have balcony but didn't...arrived at night so didn't notice to next day but couldn't be annoyed asking for explanation or different room.Outside of property not very welcoming.

Clean and pleasant hotel just 10 drive from airport, it was easy to find and reception open hours 24 h, what was really handy for late flight arrival. Man on reception was nice and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room clean, spacious, with beds which ordered and had view to garden, very quiet and nice. Neighbourhood is safe and calm - we parked car on street overnight and it was safe. We enjoyed our stay and will back again, and will recommend to friends.

The property is clean, safe , has very friendly and helpful staff , and is very well located close to the Metro and many bus lines. There are also lots of great food choices within quick walking distance of the hotel.

The only things I didn’t like was that I found the WiFi did not always work and it didn’t work in every part of the hotel room. While very well appointed I also found the bathroom to be cramped… I would caution anyone with mobility issues from using the small shower , etc

Room was very clean and comfortable and looked the same as on the photos provided on booking. All the staff we met was really nice and helpful. They were very kind to allow us leave our big luggage between check out and trip to the airport and we really appreciate that. Metro station Anjos is 5 minutes walk from the hotel but there is also few bus stops nearby. There is stunning bakery with amazing pastel de nata (Aloma), small shop where you can get small necessities and absolutely amazing pizza in La Sharada, just few minutes walk from hotel.

There is no restaurant/ breakfast option (microwave would be very helpful with heating baby bottles) but nothing that we didn't know, and if I understood correctly, restaurant is under construction at the moment. So we didn't mind. Another thing, small but would improve impressions. Silicone in the bath really needs to be replaced. Bathroom itself is very clean but this gives wrong impression.

I think the location was really good, a 20 minute walk in to town and a 5 minute walk from the metro. The area was really cool and away from the super touristy area. It was quiet and though the room was small it was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The space was clean, shower was awesome and the bed was very comfy!

It would have been great if there was breakfast included or if there was a mini fridge in the room as some mornings i was up very early to go on day trips and it would have been nice to have resources available to eat something before I left

Close to the metro, fair quality at good price

There was a bit of moist and fungus in the bathroom. I have allergy so longer stay wouldn’t be comfortable but it was ok for 2 nights.
