Returning customers. Ridan LX Soho Hotel has a great young team, aiming to please with great attitude from Reception to Chambermaids. Found the Staff approachable and friendly. Real soundproof rooms and high levels of cleanliness in the room. Enjoyed the Balcony facing a typical Portuguese neighbourhood with lemon and orange trees. A slice of life. Reminded me of a film scene "Rear Window." The Hotel has a lift so it's easy to lug your suitcase. There is a Auchan supermarket literally next door and a pharmacy. Super near Metro stations. Wifi signal was excellent for work on my Laptop. There are many fruit and veg shops and traditional Portuguese cafés along this Avenue Almirante Reis You can walk to the city centre, took us about 15 minutes. Arroios is probably the most cosmopolitan area of Lisbon and if you are feeling adventorous you can also try for example Vietnamese or Nepalese food. Suits our needs and definitely return.

Overall LX SoHo met our expectations as a reasonably priced basic room on a main street. The staff were friendly and the room matched the description and was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very conveniently located for access to the metro and airport (easily accessible both by metro and rideshare). The breakfast was very good with a good selection of sweet and savory options.

The room is quite small with only one desk chair so not much place to sit and relax other than on the bed. But it is clearly presented as a basic (budget) option so it generally met expectations.

Modern feel to this comfortable hotel that is well suited for a city break in Lisbon. It’s proximity to the metro makes it a particularly good base for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money.

The hotel has an excellent location – just 1–2 metro stops from the old town. Nearby you will find the most interesting spots of historic Lisbon: beautiful squares, monuments, and the legendary tram line no. 28. The hotel is right next to a metro station, which makes it very easy to reach from the airport, the main train station, the port, or the old town. Although the hotel is located on a main street, the rooms are quiet and you cannot hear the noise. The rooms are very clean, air-conditioned, and serviced daily – with fresh bed linen and towels replaced every day. Breakfast is buffet-style, varied and plentiful: scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, juices and pastries. There is also a bar next to the reception where you can order a drink. The staff deserves a special mention – extremely kind and helpful, beyond any rating scale! Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure.

This hotel was exactly what I wanted in Lisbon. Reasonably priced, good location (close to a Metro), exceptional room cleaning service, and friendly and helpful staff. I had a room on the 5th Floor, which was relatively quiet and comfortable.

The air conditioner blew directly on me. That said, it was an excellent unit that cooled the room in minutes after I inserted the room key. One other very minor complaint — I thought the cleaning service in the room was exceptional but one of the women put my Apple headphones in the bedside drawer and I did not know that. So as I was checking out this morning, I could not find them, searched my bags, and finally looked in that drawer. It all ended well, but I could have easily left them because I had not used that drawer and almost did not think to look in it.

Very pleasant hotel with welcoming atmosphere that contributed to enjoy our stay at Lisabon. The staff was more than attending, they take care of a lot of details, even provided a comlimentary cake for a friend's birthday (I would especially like to mention a young lady whose name I think is Carisma who was especially kind). The breakfast was tasty, the fruit fresh and one day we got a special portion of Pasteis de nata that waited for us after a long day out. The rooms were cleaned every day and you can see that inside is well.maintained. All in all, a very good service.

Location was great! Close to the city center and lots of amazing brunch and food options were just a walkable distance away. Our favorite was MILA! The room was just enough for 2 people... I wouldn't recommend anymore. The bathroom was also clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at night...so safe to say, it was pretty quiet.

Room size might be an issue for some. Also, in the bathroom, there's an extra door that opens to the outside and it has a raised bar railing for safety (noticeable in the main picture of the hotel, above the hotel name)....however, some might consider it a hazard for young kids or if you're afraid of heights. On the other hand, you could always keep it locked.

The breakfast was nice, most of the staff were really lovely and helpful. Nice and very clean room and amenities. Great location super close to the metro station

Excellent location less than 1min walk to Anjos metro station(green line). Supermarket just at the next store. Room is so clean and newly decorated. Comfy bed and a lovely balcony, fantastic for a breakfast or chill afternoon under the sun. Staff is nice and helpful. The kettle is a bit small. And the TV has no signal to the local program at all time, only Youtube is available (no airplay too) but these are small problem.

Great location. Close to walk into central Lisbon located beside underground so easy to travel around city. Lovely staff. Small room but perfect for a few days on a city break. Room was spotless too.
