Reception and other staff could not be more helpful or pleasant .Spotless room/shower/bath/toilet.15 minutes walk to centre. Plenty of nearby restaurants/supermarkets/cafes etc.

I have no problem with this but to inform others the hotel is across the road from a homeless camp/tent site.

Had a very friendly welcoming, arriving past 11 PM after a long flight from Vancouver BC, Miguel came out from the front desk and helped me with my suitcase from the Uber. Stayed on the "guesthouse" side, which are rooms renovated in the older original side of the building, vs the hotel side that is newer and has an elevator. Bless Miguel who also carried my suitcase up the stairs though to my room. Perfect for just me & one night, tiny but very cute. It was everything I needed, a great shower, bed, tv, desk, cute soap & shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, kettle. Very clean. I slept in past available breakfast unfortunately (€10 if you book without adding it to your original reservation), I wish I had been able to try it, it's a very pretty cafe style in the basement. Apparently the continental buffet style is a very good deal for what you get. So I will likely stay there again, & try the breakfast, if there's availability... haven't planned my return portion yet ;) .... on my return to Lisbon before flying back home. Plenty of cafes, bistros, restaurants in the area, and if you like walking it's only about 20 mins to Commerce Square. Only gave it 9/10 because space between wall and end of bed is tight if you're on the larger side. You can roll your suitcase easy enough if it rolls sideways. I

There was an encampment on opposite side of the hotel with many tents and people around. Not much police presence in the area.

Atmosphere, very clean and the staff very friendly

I liked the comfort of the bed (especially after a long day I spent walking). My room had a balcony, and I liked it immensely! The shower worked just fine, and the shampoos and conditioners were there for me, ready to energize me for another day of exploration. The wi-fi connection was stable, and the reception staff were very courteous.

The housekeeping lady knocked on my door and immediately opened it even before I could say a word. That was unexpected and slightly disappointing, but overall I could live with that. Also, the timing of the cleaning was less reasonable (10 am) as this is way before the check-out time. The housekeeping ladies were speaking very loudly to each other, and it seems like they actually did want to bother their guests.

We were a family of 4 (2 kids) and our experience was actually better than expected. I love the fact that the rooms were very clean, the sheets of the beds were very white, and the entire apartment was kept in good condition, modern and cozy. I felt very comfortable. I am very special when it comes to cleanness, so this Hotel was not bad at all. The staff at the reception/lobby was very helpful and kind. I actually asked for another set of sheets; told them not to go to our room and they offered to leave the sheets ready at the reception when I was ready to pick it up. I got back to the hotel late at night and the sheets were waiting for us all nice and clean/folded at reception. My room had a small kitchen, bathroom, 1 bed and a sofa bed which it was excellent for us. It was small but clean. The area, I would say was a little bit sketchy but overall, pretty safe. We took many Ubers from there (late night rides) and everything was fine. The hotel is close to the airport as well (approx. 6 minutes away). I would definitely recommend this Hotel based on my own experience. My parents had another room smaller than mine (1 bedroom and 1 bath) small but clean as well.

I wish this hotel would be in a better area, but it was not a big deal.

My room had its own mini patio with a chair and table, that I wasn´t expecting and I loved it! It was such a nice bonus! The room was clean, they changed the towels everyday. It just had what I needed for a good price. The staff was super friendly and nice. The man at the reception, when I arrived, even took the time, by his own initiative, to recommend me places and activities in the city and marked them in a map he gave me. Also, Metro and tram stops are at very close walking distance.

I would only mention that I didn´t like the type of egg they used for breakfast. (?) I don´t know what they put in it, it has an estrange texture, it isn´t plain and simple egg. Otherwise I have no complain.

Excellent location, close to metro, historic center. Hotel is extremely clean, changed towels every day, changed also our bed clothes during our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, everybody speaks English and/or French. Breakfast was available more than 2 hours for early birds and late comers, always was filled up, and very good, healthy, fresh fruits, salads,too attention was made to glutein free, lactose free etc. diets. Pastries were more than delicious.

would suggest to put a mini bar in the guest house, too.

The staff . . . THE STAFF — and, oh, T H E S T A F F ! They were helpful, warm, kind — even when I had an accident (I fell and badly bruised my face), they went beyond what they might have to be of assistance. And the dark-haired guy gave us excellent dinner suggestions . . . as you can tell, we thought that all the folks at the desk were stellar! (And I gave him the name of TRINCA, a tiny neighborhood place, VERY CLOSE BY, that was marvelous, on two nights!)

Unfortunately, one of the cleaning crew mistook a special, Swedish plastic water bottle of mine as, I guess, something to be recycled, so I no longer have it. And/but the lovely woman who was on duty on our last night there (Wednesday, March 13) went out of her way to try to find replacements for me — again, you have a terrific staff! Ah, and a small suggestion: perhaps you could add a hook or two near the door, so guests could easily hang up their coats?

The hotel did not disappoint our expectations, as we had already read reviews about it. The only small drawback of the room we stayed in is that it is very compact. Minimal space to move around. But for a couple staying and a couple of suitcases, the room is quite sufficient. It has practically everything that larger rooms have. Even a standard small hotel refrigerator could easily fit. The hotel staff is super polite and hospitable. The European breakfast is excellent and can be ordered both through booking.com and on-site. The hotel itself is located practically a stone's throw away from the metro station, so getting from any part of the city, including the airport, is not a problem at all. Considering that our goal was to explore Lisbon's attractions and meet friends rather than spend time in the room, we enjoyed everything, and if the opportunity arises, we will gladly stay at this hotel again.

Certainly, there's nothing bad to say. The room served its purpose, and its price matched it. If you expect to find a tennis court in your room, it's better to choose a different hotel. :-) Okay, the design of the washbasin, although very attractive, takes up valuable space that could be used more effectively. :-)
