The location of the hotel is great, everything is easily reachable, and the famous yellow tram 28 drives along the next street. The staff is very helpful and professional. We had a whole day left in Lisbon after checking out, and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel. The room has everything you need and it is quite spacious and clean.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed. The sliding mechanism is broken and the door currently "hangs" in between its construction. There is a whole long list of house rules you need to follow, but I am not sure whether this is a bad thing, because I believe no one would have written those common-sense rules if they hadn't had guests who acted otherwise :)

Room was clean and cozy, cleaned every day. Staff is very kind, we had everything we needed. Towels and sheets smelled so nice. We were able to use the kitchen and terrace.There is someone at the reception all the time. I was feeling safe because of that, and also, enterance and hallways are covered with cameras. Location is good, near metro and bus stations. We are so happy with our stay, it really exceeded our expectations.

Just be careful when showering for the first time, hot water needs time to appear, and when it appears it is getting hotter and hotter. Set it to medium hot and wait. Then slowly adapt it to colder. When you get used to it, this is not the problem. Water pressure is great.

We had such a good experience renting this place. Position is great, walking distance (10 min) to main attractions and the zone is surrounded by all facilities (metro, supermarkets, shops, restaurants) Room was very spacious and super clean (they came to clean our room every day and every day they changed our towels). Host was very polite and attentive. As only suggestion, I d add a kettle in the room. Nothing to complain abt. So worthed to stay at this place.

The room had a king size bed, fan and balcony. The wc area was always clean. Some guests have no manners, yet, the staff did their best. It is safe to have showers. There is a cctv circuit in the common areas for safety reasons. The kitchen closes at 22:30. There are several fridges available for the guests. There was a young man, from the staff, very proficient and problem solver. The location is a privilege.

It is best to ask the invoice during the check-in or it can become stressful. There should be for every booking places a code of conduct referring to hate speech and behavior, discrimination or violence between or amongst guests. My child mistook a bottle of water, I immediately saw the confusion, and bought a new one and also left the other. A couple from an Eastern European Country insulted us and behaved passive-aggressively during the night. In another room, a man was talking violently and with slurs towards a young child. This last situation left me heartbroken. I'd protected my child. This other one? I could not. I never saw their faces. If there was an explicit code, I would made a complaint.

Had a very comfortable stay in room 105. The lift/elevator was a huge help as the kitchen was on the 4th floor. The accommodation was in a good location for grocery shopping, laundromat and sight-seeing. We just walked everywhere. The TV even had English speaking channels.

No real concerns. Just remember to put the toilet paper in the bin, not the toilet.

Close to Metro Intendente. 2 mn walking to the avenue Almirante Reis. People talking loudly on the street at night. The hotel just remodeled, rooms are clean. Old style lift but it helps us a lot. The hotel building is safe with code at the entrance. Rooms are located on the 4th, 5th floor. I think the area is not very good at night time.

Lovely staff, 24hr help desk and wonderful service. Room was wonderful, water ran consistently hot, and bathroom/room were so clean. Wonderful

The location was not one you wanted to roam alone at night. Not a big problem, they have a 24 hr help desk with security cameras and reflect this in their price. The room is so wonderful, I only say this to make sure others are aware.

Quite in the center, bus stops were near. It was clean, the bathroom was also clean. 24/7 surveillance and reception.

Quite small, if you want to sleep with the window open, there's a lot of noise coming from outside. No AC in the room. Be careful when booking, not all rooms have an adjoined bathroom.

The balcony view is amazing! It was clean, cheap and the location at 2-3 minutes from the subways and nice coffees is really nice!

It was a bit loud due to construction outside, the elevator has to carefully closed otherwise it won't work (tourists fault) and it was missing a hairdryer.

I was happy with my private room, which had a very cute balcony with a great view where I could eat my breakfast from! Even though the bathroom was shared, it was always free when I wanted to use it. The place is a short walk or tram ride away from Graca, and an even shorter walk to the underground.

Not about the accommodation, but about the nearby underground station - there are no escalators or elevators!! Advise if you are bringing luggage to take a taxi or bolt from a different station
