Close enough to the center to be walkable

Poor WiFi in the room, you had to go to the lobby to use it.

The hotel located about 20 minutes on foot to the centre and 30 minutes on foot to the sea. An underground station very close to the hotel. We got a quiet room with a beautiful view on the top floor, as requested. The room was very cosy and cleaned every day. Breakfast was more than wonderful - delicious coffee with soya milk, fresh bread and rolls, vegetables, fruit and everything you need to start a sight-seeing day in Lisbona. Nice and helpful staff. Thank you for a wonderful 5-night stay!

Not a thing

Housing keeping made sure our room was clean. We had fresh towels ever day. The staff from reception, house keeping to the kitchen staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, there was quite a variety. Location was great near the metro, two minutes walk away. The famous tram 28 was 15 to 20 minutes away by foot. Places to eat were nearby, variety of cuisines.

It's not really a complaint, but when I booked through booking.com, it did specify that the room had a balcony. We were on the top floor, fifth. Our room did not have a balcony. Rooms on other floors did.

Check-in was easy and we got a great welcome from a friendly and helpful staff. Our room was more than adequate in size and facilities, and it was kept clean and tidy by excellent housekeeping. The location is great, just a few metro stops from the historic centre. The metro station is just at the end of the street, as is the bus and tram stop - even the famous 28 tram! Very good value for money. We had a great time and would certainly return. Thanks!

Clean, modern, good shower, central for walking around

Room number 1 on ground floor, by the lift, next to the bar, looking out to the back of the building to a lovely view of apartments, garage driveway and 6 door electrical unit. Every now and then lots of black noise from we think an extractor fan when cars entered the garage. Need I say more. Noisy had to use earplugs. The strange thing is there was no city noise. !

Lovely small hotel, room was small but adequate, with a lovely view of the city. Housekeeping was exceptional. Location was good with a 20 minute walk to the main tourist area.

Unfortunately in the 3 nights we stayed we had 3 mornings with a cold shower and no pressure from the shower. The reception staff were excellent on trying to sort out but the situation was not really rectified or was out of their hands

The hotel is situated 2 mins from the metro station. Intendente, my son, and I had travelled with backpacks 🎒 , and this allowed us to navigate from airport to hotel with ease. The hotel was better than the picture provided. The room and shower were perfect 👌, The room comes with a safety deposit box. And was cleaned and organised daily. The hotel runs efficiently and smoothly, thank you. The breakfast was plentiful with an array of options 😋. The staff we friendly and helpful and there was always someone on reception to help with queries and information.

Good location close to the metro. Also, walking distance to the tourist areas and restaurants. Taxi from the train station or airport to the hotel is really easy and not expensive. Very good breakfast supplied in the cost of the room and lots of selection buffet style.

Located on a hill as Lisbon is so when it rained (just a couple of showers), the cobbles were wet and slippery. Just had to be careful. Lots of people in the vicinity and we were told about pick pockets, but we were careful and were okay.

The location was nice. It's pretty walkable and close to transportation. Also, every day, the rooms were cleaned and organized, so nicely!

Me and a friend was traveling together, and they gave us one card. I asked for another and was told i would need to pay 10 Euros for it.

The room was perfect for a single traveler. Clean and modern. The location was perfect and the staff were so amazing. A big thank you to Anna and Deborah for their hospitality and giving me tips and places to go, including restaurants with no tourists :))))

There should have been a fridge.
