well setup rooms, at least on the 2nd floor is where we stayed, well designed for the price point. really nice to have something clean with personal bath for a more affordable price point. no crazy extras or above and beyond, its perfect for those who just need a roof over their heads at night with a personal bathroom to shower. everything was clean. towels were provided for shower. couldn't ask for more at this price point. felt safe the entire time. checkin was quick and easy. stay was with my elderly parents and their elevator worked when i was there, so please don't abuse it with filling over capacity, the senoir residents rely on it, and its greatly appreciated that it was working.

honestly the only issue we encountered was the labelling of the multiple keys (apartment, building and room entrace) just wish they would be able to label those easier so we werent fumbling for keys in the middle of the night. or even colour code them some how, my elderly mom uses nail polish >_<*

- Handy. Kitchen was behind my door with facilities ( even washing machine in addition to others ). Private bathroom in the room and actually quite good one for the price. Elevator in the building. A very good adjustable heating/cooling device close to the ceiling with a remote control. TV and also working well. Location. "Roger" was nice at the reception. Cozy and relaxed feeling. - Overall it gave a lot for the price. I repeat - for the price. -

- Very weak internet - practically non-existing, which is quite rare today in EU. But, e.g. "MEO" prepaid unlimited mobile data sim-card solves all the internet problems throughout the Country - as it did for me, worked very well. - Then, not enough electric outlets - which is typical in many places, though. This "defect" can still be comfortably resolved by an electric outlet-splitter, which I use when travelling. Otherwise nothing really worth mentioning IMO. -

Very clean , good balcony view , good water pressure and lighting and very safe for solo traveler. Basic but very comfortable. It fitted my needs for sleeping. Good value for money. 20 minute walk to major tourist areas. Restaurants 5 minute walk.

Only 1 PowerPoint in bedroom. Initial greeting was ordinary and not welcoming.

friendly staff clean and comfortable. Vaud reasonable piece. Location is fine to go far walking to many sites or can get a tram or metros also! also very close to the start of the ‘famous’ 28 where starts I recommend taking it very early to avoid the crowds!!

noise from the neighbors which is not the guesthouse fault can’t be helped only tiny issue but over all was a good stay. don’t complain noise from the street it’s a city! 🤦‍♂️ it happens don’t want street noise go to a beach resort. close Window at night :) enjoy Lisbon.

The staff was helpful with check in and questions i had. The room was clean and comfortable. All facilities worked well. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor criticism i have were the mould stains on the bathroom ceiling above the bathtub if this can be painted in 2 minutes it would be perfect. I am sure that they can take care of this.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, spatious room, very good location. Recommended.

Nearby reastaurants are quite noisey, but there is nothing hotel can do about it. There is no noise when windows are closed. Breakfast is a-la-carte and I'd prefer buffet. I guess the hotel is too small for good quality buffet breakfast.

200 mts from the underground. Very nice people in the neighbourhood, good places to eat within walking distance, supermarket 100 mts, cafe for breakfast, self laundry, even hairdresser/massage/mani-pedi place. The room is big enough, good bathroom, air conditioner and wifi worked well.There is a kitchen to share among 3 rooms with microwave, kettle and some plates and cuttlery.

For most of the day there is no-one if you need anything, though there is a phone number and Joao answers and takes care of things. Monica welcomed us and explained everything very nicely.

The room warming was by air conditioner reverse cycle, no much efficient. It would be better if were by other way!

Great location, well connected to transport and eateries. The room was airy and the bathroom spacious. I loved the balcony where I could dry my clothes. A/C was included but I never used it. The shared kitchen (with washing machine) was located in another flat on the same floor. The staff was very helpful and check-in/out seamless.

I would could have used more horizontal surfaces where to leave stuff (all that was there were a couple of tiny bedside shelves). I suggest adding a small table or a library. Both the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken.

Very nice staff. Good view out a sliding glass door. There is a lift. Private bathroom, good shower head. Comfy beds.

Location is ok but not great.
