+ great location. Next to subway. Many restaurants and bars. It’s also about a 20 minute walk to Lisbon station for trips like Sintra + I had a shared bathroom - it was always clean. They must clean it very regularly. Furthermore there are many so there was need a queue. + I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. Service was amazing. The manager the next morning tried to come up with different solutions. They were always really friendly and accommodating, helping with information about transport tickets

- room was on a main road. But wasn’t a problem and I slept well with ear plugs. The place offered them as well. - some complain about the room sizes but it was adequate for 2 people and their luggage.

Great location, close to transit and the sites. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. The owner bent over backwards to help, he was responsive, helpful to provide us good coffee options and a map of where to go on arrival. He kept our bags until closer to check in. We were very tired from our long flight from Vancouver, and he was responsive to have our room cleaned sooner than our checkin so we could rest. When we came back, he had already carried our bags to the room. The room was facing the road and it was a bit too hot for me, the next day I asked if there was another room facing the courtyard. He right then found a different room that was actually bigger, and carried our things up, noticing my bag handle was broken and insisted to fix it. When we returned from the day, he had fixed it and wouldn’t take any extra payment. When we left, we were given a few souvenirs. This type of exceptional customer service has been the best we have experienced on our trip, and is the reason we returned to stay when we came back before flying out.

If you aren’t used to some street noise, and like a cooler room, I would recommend getting a room facing the courtyard 😀

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is super clean and in a perfect location. The staff and owner truly went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome; they were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire visit. The location is a major plus, with plenty of great places to eat nearby. Public transport is exceptionally convenient, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station just around the corner. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a couple of steep flights of stairs, which could be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend it!

Host was very friendly! He gave us useful pointers and was really welcoming 😃 location is excellent, you can get anywhere around the city easily, metro station is nearby and so is #28 tram. Everything was clean, room was cleaned each day when you went to the city and you got new towels. Host really made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Checking in is very simple even if you come after midnight.

Advice: if you don't like noises in the night, make sure your room doesn't look to main street since the street is very loud and lively late in the night. We didn't mind since we're used to it. This is just a pointer to someone who might have sleeping problems because of it.

The property was in a great location for the price. Transit was easily accessible to all the sights and waking was doable too. We had a great experience with the day staff, who I think is the owner. He really went above and beyond and made the stay exceptional.

It was very noisy- ti be expected to a certain extent being downtown but the guests were also very noisy and the door bell is very loud when guests arrive or leave late in the night. I also felt the night clerk was not really rude but also not helpful.

I love the Hostel 15 because of its convenient location, good amenities and friendly staffs. Although the facility was bit old, but it was kept clean. It has a small kitchen and two bathrooms on one floor, as well as a hair dryer in a hallway cabinet. The owner is fluent in Japanese, so Japanese speakers will feel right at home. All the other staffs were kind, too.

Since the hostel is located on a busy street, I could hear noises from the outside when I kept a window open.

For me Hostel 15 is way above the average of a normal hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the owner who offers himseld to renew the ticket of the car to avoid the fee, excellent cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, perfect location to reach any point in the center of Lisbon and the main attractions. The Metro station Intendiente is 30 second walking from the hostel. Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the air conditioning. At the end of the stay they also gave me some small souvenirs of Lisbon. It doesn't seem like much but it leaves you with that positive feeling and the desire to return

The host of the hotel was the best part of tour stay. He was super friendly and recommended us great places to eat. I don't remember his name, but lots of thanks! The place was really clean, even when the toiletts were shared it was always super tiddy. They also cleaned your room everyday, what was a nice surprise. It is just outside the metro and in a walkable distance to anywhere. It has airconditioner and a mirror in the room. Good price.

For the price it was great. Just have in mind that you can not cook something in the kitchen, but it has a fridge and a microwave.

Guesthouse in an old Lisbon house. We had a view over the old 28 tram route. Everything was really clean, comfy beds. It's a great location, metro 2 mins walk, loads of cafes and restaurants everywhere. Our bed got made every day, which wasn't expecting, but was really nice.

Nothing! It's central Lisbon so it's not quiet, but double glazing and me and 6 year old daughter slept fine. I saw some comments on the internet about it being a slightly rough area of Lisbon, but I felt extremely safe wandering about in the eve with my daughter. There's a lovely park with a playground not far away and we enjoyed going there.

Great value stay in a central location 15 minutes to a lot of the main attractions. Lots of affordable food options nearby and literally right next to a metro stop. AC worked great which is appreciated for Lisbon in August. Nice hosts who always asked how we were doing
