Host was very friendly! He gave us useful pointers and was really welcoming 😃 location is excellent, you can get anywhere around the city easily, metro station is nearby and so is #28 tram. Everything was clean, room was cleaned each day when you went to the city and you got new towels. Host really made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Checking in is very simple even if you come after midnight.

Advice: if you don't like noises in the night, make sure your room doesn't look to main street since the street is very loud and lively late in the night. We didn't mind since we're used to it. This is just a pointer to someone who might have sleeping problems because of it.

For me Hostel 15 is way above the average of a normal hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the owner who offers himseld to renew the ticket of the car to avoid the fee, excellent cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, perfect location to reach any point in the center of Lisbon and the main attractions. The Metro station Intendiente is 30 second walking from the hostel. Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the air conditioning. At the end of the stay they also gave me some small souvenirs of Lisbon. It doesn't seem like much but it leaves you with that positive feeling and the desire to return

The host of the hotel was the best part of tour stay. He was super friendly and recommended us great places to eat. I don't remember his name, but lots of thanks! The place was really clean, even when the toiletts were shared it was always super tiddy. They also cleaned your room everyday, what was a nice surprise. It is just outside the metro and in a walkable distance to anywhere. It has airconditioner and a mirror in the room. Good price.

For the price it was great. Just have in mind that you can not cook something in the kitchen, but it has a fridge and a microwave.

Guesthouse in an old Lisbon house. We had a view over the old 28 tram route. Everything was really clean, comfy beds. It's a great location, metro 2 mins walk, loads of cafes and restaurants everywhere. Our bed got made every day, which wasn't expecting, but was really nice.

Nothing! It's central Lisbon so it's not quiet, but double glazing and me and 6 year old daughter slept fine. I saw some comments on the internet about it being a slightly rough area of Lisbon, but I felt extremely safe wandering about in the eve with my daughter. There's a lovely park with a playground not far away and we enjoyed going there.

First off - great location, right next to the metro / 15 mins walk from the strict city centre. Lots of options for food, supermarkets very close by. All the staff are extremly friendly and pleasant. We were welcomed with general tips about sightseeing, tourist traps and getting around etc. at check-in. The hostel itself is quiet, not overcrowded at kept very clean. Plenty of bathrooms that are also cleaned/restocked with TP daily, so it’s basically impossible to bump into other guests/a mess Didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed to have all the standard amenities.

it is located near the largo of intendente, an area that has a very cool vibe to hangout, go for beer or just eat. the premises were always clean, specially the bathrooms. I like that the bathrooms were shared by not so many people. You can easily walk to the city center if you want, or there are metro stations nearby, even you could take the tram if it is not that busy.

one of the guys at the reception desk was quite annoying. once we asked him for the wifi at the reception to ask for an Uber and he didn’t want to share it because every floor has its own and that we should go upstairs to get the one near our room. also he was kinda with a bad attitude.

Extremely nice and helpful host, great location and price! We got tips for all the best visiting spots and even a little goodbye souvenir.

The room furnishings are very sporadic and not very cozy but that’s not really something to complain about for that price. The showers‘ water pressures weren’t great and basically non-existent when two people were showering at the same time. The walls are thin so you could hear people in the hallways. Our windows also couldn’t be closed, so the cold night air got in the whole time and you could hear the noise from outside.

Room with a shared bathroom. Affordable price, very near the Metro station, and a good 15 mins walk to the center (where the sea/shopping mall/clubs/restaurants are). The place is surrounded by restaurants as well (3 mins walk to Cervajaria Ramiro -- for the seafood!). The place is very nice. WiFi is fast. I come back everyday to a clean room even if I don't ask for a room service (I think this is automatic unless you tell them not to enter the room). For me this is a plus. Mr. Raza is very accommodating, gave a map and honest recommendation of places to visit, and a realistic estimate of how far it is to one spot to another. Staffs are easily approachable as well.

The floors are squeaky so little movements can br noisy at times when you walk, although this is understandable as you got wood flooring.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, the location was central and good access to all transport. Overall really great experience, would definitely return.

The only issue I have would be the lack of kitchen equipment. Sometimes you don't want to eat out, so you buy things to prepare and cook in the kitchen, but there was so where to cook anything, that would be my only request. Maybe a small stove and some pots and pans etc.

Excellent location + balcony. Lidl 5 minutes away. The city center is 15 minutes away. Shuttle to the airport, metro - 1 min. 28 tram - 1 min. 24-hour reception. Bed linen and towels in the apartments are changed every 2 days. Cleaning is daily. The common areas are VERY CLEAN. Air conditioning and fast internet. The staff is very friendly.

There is no oven in the kitchen. Only a microwave and a kettle, if that's important to you.
