Property is nicely located to cover key Lisbon spots and is well maintained. It has a modern interior and still retains a lot of traditional feel.

I was expecting to collect key from reception. I found out that I was expected to call well before our arrival and inform about our arrival time. Somehow , it was not very clear on my reservation. I must thank the host that despite this confusion, keys were delivered within ten mintutes of my arrival.

Host was flexible about our check-in time. Easy to find and get to. Personal welcome and check-in. Apartment was very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped, incl. dishwasher and washing machine, both with tablets! Quiet location, away from the tourist crowds. Good bed, shower, wifi, seating. Two supermarkets and traditional cafes within 10 minutes walk. Walk to many key sites in 15-20 minutes. Famous #28 tram starts just down the hill. Good access to metro and buses. Felt very at home and would definitely stay again.

A very nice stay. Nothing major to report. Water was slow to drain in the shower but I've reported this to the host. While the area was quiet, we had noisy neighbours upstairs and their noise carried down, but it depends on who is there. It's on a hill, and the roads and footpaths are a bit rough in places, but it was not too bad. However, people with mobility issues might want to look into this. We did not drive, but drivers might want to check about parking. Parking out front could be tight, but I think there may be a larger parking lot up the hill and around the corner.

The property was very clean and quiet. We have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided directions for walking into town, and offered to assist with getting a taxi for our morning departure on the day of check-out. There are several restaurants and small shops nearby, and access to the metro and trains was within walking distance.

We had arranged to be able to leave our bags a couple of hours before check-in. The woman who was cleaning did not seem to be aware of this arrangement, and after directing us to call the host would not respond. Not able to reach the host, we waited nearby for the check-in time.

Good location for walking around town but also good for public transport and getting further out. Place was clean, host was nice, and not much street noise even in the ground floor apartment (at least in the bedroom, which at the back away from the street).

Arranged a time to pickup keys but host wasn't there, apparently I had to text them to tell them I'd arrived. Not a huge problem but I hadn't set roaming yet so was a bit annoying, and if I'd known all I had to do was text I'd have checked in earlier.

Clean apartment, newly remodeled, very well equipped for use, everything works. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. We got fresh supplies of towels, coffee, tea, … on first and third day of arrival which was great. We stayed there a week. Location is awesome and you are about 20 mins walk from major attractions.

You easily hear the noise from apartments next door especially early mornings and nights. Nothing bad, kids running and people talking , but makes you think you could be heard as well. This is not a con but normal thing I guess in a big, crowded city. wifi is not stable if you are planning to do any critical work. It worked better in the living room but did not work from the bedroom. Sometimes no coverage at all. We travelled for vacation and relied mostly on mobile data. So it was no big deal to us. There is a steep incline to get to the building, but you should know this already about Lisbon. A good exercise!

Beautiful little apartment was perfect for our two nights stay in the city after staying in the south of Portugal. Beware there are stairs no elevators so be light in your belongings not having to carry too many stuff we had a toddler so had a bit too much things to bring upstairs. Overall beautiful place can view the castle from the bedroom window only Has a beautiful little Terrace that you can have breakfast on, but not much of a view. Sandra was very nice and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended!

No elevator but understandably, so it was in the old city.

This lovely apartment was only a few blocks away from the old town of Porto. Sandra was there to greet us and was so helpful providing nearby groceries options and tram and bus service to Belem Tower. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including coffee and tea, for our short stay. We really liked being on the narrow street. although down was easier than up, as it was relatively quiet but not far to walk to some local restaurants.

Nothing, for us it was perfect.

Centrally located to many of the things we wanted to do and close to the Metro for the rest of them.

Communication between the ownership group and the staff member looking after the place seemed to be a problem. The ownership received our message re late morning arrival time and arranged a ride from the airport to the apartment for us, but did not let the staff member know so they were caught off guard when we called from the apartment to let them know we had been dropped off with all our bags and were waiting outside. The staff member was very gracious and arrived within five minutes to let us in and show us around. Always wish owners would provide a list of great places to eat and drink within a few blocks of where their rental is located.

Great location easy walk to centre of the city. Well presented very clean and tidy. Everything worked, it well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay

Lisbon is hilly!! So no surprise the small street it is on is quite steep. The last 50 metres are hard on the legs

We liked that the apartment was just a walking distance from the city centar, but in a quiet street, the cleanliness and the size of the apartment.

We did't like that the apartment was really cold for the first few days of our stay and had to sleep with air condition (heat mode) and electric radiator always on. Also, we didn't like the microlocation (near the abandoned buildings,narrow steep streets and Martim Moniz).
