Pillows could be of better quality and a second chair in double room would benefit

nice room, it was 4 bunk beds in 4 corners of the room, so it was a bit cramped, but it's not like everyone was in the room at the same time, so it was okay. the bathrooms were split and the facilities were good. the curtains was nice, and using 1 card for everything was super easy. the staff are really nice and communicative.

more plugs/charging slots. they only provide 2 usb ports per bed, so if you work on anything other than what requires a usb charger (ex. camera or laptop), you have to go downstairs to the lobby where there is one extension cord (4 slots) or upstairs to the kitchen where there's 2 slots, but which can be very loud so not conductive to work. the location is about 20 mins walk to the main area, which is fine if you don't mind walking, like me :)

I am disabled. The bathroom was too small for my walker and toilet and shower had no grab bars. There is elevator to 4rh floor, but kitchen in 5th floor, access by stairs. I could t use the kitchen. My private room has 2 balconies which provided great views, fresh air, and light. The bed was comfortable. The very high ceilings made the room feel very spacious. Breakfast was available after 8 am, 6.50 Euros for Continental and 8.50 for huge breakfast. The location was a bit out of the way but Ubers were convenient and inexpensive. Staff was very helpful. Nice lobby with many comfortable chairs. ATM just put the front door and mini Mart across the street.

The hostel beds are good for privacy, comfortable, the curtains keep the light out well. Although you have to pay for the towels, they smell fresh and are very big. There was paper and gel/soap in the shower area. They showers are quite good. Staff are very helpful when answering online! We communicated all the way through the late check-in, they speak English very well, if that's a concern. Overall, a good experience.

Be aware that there is only USB ports in the beds, you can't utilize it for a laptop or anything else. Can be noisy and there were people smoking one floor above which got all the smoke in our room. I feel like it is something staff should have kept an eye on.

This place feels like a home. Super welcoming and very convenient to stay in, clean and cozy. Staff is great, very kind and thoughtful to our needs. Room was large and clean, and shared kitchen was convenient to use. The place itself is very organized, and there are lots of little things that show the owners / personnel care about guests having a good experience, such as lockers in rooms, clear usage guidelines of the shared kitchen, and more. In almost a week there, all my needs were fulfilled, mostly without even having to specifically ask for something.

Breakfast was good, but not over the top.

We hadn't stayed in a hostel before and I was worried. We had a private double room with a private bathroom. The location is perfect, close to the sights of central Lisbon and transport links. The room and the bathroom were furnished with everything you need, the cleanliness is at a level. Daily change of towels and cleaning. There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast and the espresso was great. There is also a common kitchen, but we did not use it. Friendly and responsive staff. Luggage can be left before and after the stay, which is very useful. The stay exceeded expectations and I recommend the private room with private bathroom as an accommodation.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hostel! The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming vibe. The staff were truly exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The hostel’s location was perfect — close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. The common areas were great for relaxing and meeting other travelers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Overall, my stay was flawless, and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a wonderful, budget-friendly option. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Great location, I was able to walk pretty much everywhere. Very close to many tourist attractions in the center and close to the water! Staff were great, I was able to check in early and there was always someone there. I got lucky and had the female only dorm to myself for the first few nights :) Balconies in the room were a nice touch and were great to let in the fresh air. towels are available to rent. 2 euro/ night city tax is to be paid upon arrival

Some other guests continued to take all the hot water, and left their clothes around the bathrooms like everyday. Other than that it was great! Location is by a nightclub and can get loud at night so if you are noise sensitive I would say this is something to consider. It was not really too bad for me though! Also not sure if it is because it is off season, but this is not a very social hostel, everyone here kind of stayed to themselves. If you are looking for a hostel to meet people then this may not be the best option for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable safe place to stay then I recommend!

The hotel has a very good location, conveniently close to a metro stop and within reasonable distance of the city center and main attractions. Large stores like Lidl are nearby, making it even more practical. The reception staff is fantastic, always helpful and friendly, and the bar downstairs offers an option for breakfast. The building itself is beautiful from the outside, and there’s a wonderful souvenir shop just around the corner.

While the room was very clean and tidied up daily, the bathroom could use a handyman to fix some loose fittings.

The thing that stood out the most were the reception staff - they always said hello when you entered and were so helpful and welcoming, little things like that really make a stay! Really comfy beds with a curtain as well to make things feel more private. USB charging so no need for an adapter. Secure lockers with keycard that were big enough for a large cabin bag which was great! Showers were really nice for a hostel and bathrooms and dorms were really clean. Loved it here :)

If you’re on the top bunk of 3 it can be a little difficult to get in and out of bed but you do get the hang of it eventually!
