I was completely surprised and in a positive way, the room was so comfortable and clean, the staff were easy to reach after a simple call, it's close to some reasonable restaurants and also the metro station.

Great Location, Clean, Easy check-in, Kitchen Facilities available any time, host was very responsive prior arrival and even arranged breakfast time to be earlier when we had to leave early on one day.

No proper storage room (you need to leave your luggage in the living room which although under surveillance it is not under lock and key and other guests have access to your luggage). Also, ensuite bathroom is very small which for someone who is tall might be a bit difficult to navigate.

This is a cozy apartment hostel-like space with rooms and a small common area. We got a double bed room with a small bathroom/shower. Overall it was clean and functional. Towels, basic toiletries provided. Second floor, stairs only. The neighborhood it is in was very convenient and walkable, although as two female travelers, it did feel a little unsafe at night compared to other areas of Lisbon. The hosts were very communicative with us to provide check-in instructions.

Very attentive staff that went out of their way to help, when I needed more items at breakfast and an activated keycode and shower after I had checked out on the last day. Easy communication via Whatsapp. Great location near Intendente metro station

very nice hotel, exellent location, close to metro station. Fast check in, even we come after midnight, we were given instructions for self check in. The balcony in the room was really nice.
