The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant, working neighborhood with many shops, and it is close to public transit. The hotel itself is small but very welcoming and clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious.

We were disappointed that the breakfast room TV was broadcasting CNN news every morning. I imagine many like to stay informed, but some of us would rather enjoy something less disturbing. However, sitting outside to avoid the news was a good and pleasant choice.

Nice hotel, very clean, very central and excellent staff. Special mention to the worker Sumiha for her efficient management in returning some keys that I had forgotten. Very attentive and concerned. A pleasure to find such efficient workers. I would repeat without a doubt.

The hotel was perfect for our city break. Lovely spacious, clean room overlooking the street. Nice to have bottled water provided every day. Air conditioning was great and made for a good night's sleep. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was large with 2 sinks and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lovely fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, toast and plentiful hot options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is just around the corner from the metro station and only a 20 minute walk from the main tourist areas. Supermarkets and other shops close by. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The street outside doesn't offer great views but we were too busy exploring Lisbon to be bothered by that!

I like initially the welcome from Sumaiya? And. all staff members who were all very helpful. The location is central and easy to find. Lots of small local stores,and Lidl supermarket 5+ minutes walk (uphill) I also like the Hollywood concept which I thought was stylish and fun. Also the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The room I stayed in was really clean and comfortable,and was kept that way by very good staff team. Well stocked bathroom shower gel/soap hair dryer etc.the room also had an iron and ironing board, Another thing I thought was good, several TV channels were English speaking with Portuguese subtitles (I do try) which sometimes helped . Intendede metro and bus routes about 5 m mins.and tourist tram 28e about 1minute walk (less busy in the evening). There was a nice area outside to sit and relax (after walking lots) and also another nice touch some sun loungers. And also bag storage for if you have a later flight after checking out.

There was nothing I didn't like once I reached the front door.

Super nice and helpful staff! Very clean and spacious bathroom. Has everything you need in the room coffee machine, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer and more. great aircon!! Very comfortable beds!! Within walking distance from metro/bus/tram and amazing restaurants. We had a great stay, will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent, cleanest hotel I have ever been to and I've been to hundreds. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was lovely, good selection. Beautiful alfresco area

The hotel is quite a walk from the central square but was easy to walk to in 20 mins. Not the best location. But we found that a lot of Lisbon has graffiti and needs an overhaul and cleaning up

Staff help and friendliness were all up to expectations. The only small downside was the room we had was rather small with only a small window onto a ground floor outdoor corridor. The breakfast area was attractive, clean and had a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel location close to the Metro was excellent for quick travel into Lisbon and to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the Center of Lisboa and has also a metro station very close by which the station intendente. The staff was very sweet, helpful and understanding. We checked in very late and there were no problems as well as being able to store our baggage after our check out. It is a very cozy and cute hotel and I definitely would recommend it.

It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The room was compact but completely adequate. The hotel was in walking distance of the city centre, and considerably cheaper than hotels right in the tourist centre. The hotel was also quiet, unlike city centre hotels. The staff (especially Subiha) we’re very friendly and helpful.

Rua Palmira is a bit scruffy.
