The hotel is wonderfully quirky with bathroom design concept throughout the hotel. For example the lobby comfortable chairs have the sides like water flowing. Two lobby chairs were situated inside a large sort of shower cubicle. The reception personnel were really nice and helpful. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The metro stop Intendente is just few steps away from the hotel. The no 38 tram has a stop very close by as well. A €7 ticket for 24 hours will give you access to all buses, trams, the yellow trams etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything here! It was our first time in Portugal and spent the first week of our holidays in Lisbon, so happy to have booked WC as our homebase for that first week! We found everything as advertised, and their friendly staff is a plus! Loved the location! Almirante Reis Street is very near the historic downtown, but not so near that it becomes too crowded. Bonus treat - very near Martin Monis if you want to take Tram 28 (you should!). I loved that there were a lot of restaurants nearby, mostly local and traditional Portuguese, with better price ranges than those in downtown. The room itself was spacious, big comfy bed with clean linens and daily room cleaning (except, they missed to do that on our last night) Friendly and helpful front desk staff especially Mayk, who was always patient to answer all of our queries.

Nothing! Everything was perfect! (we stayed 5 nights from May 20 - 25, 2024). We highly recommend this and would stay here again or in another WC franchise (there was another one just across the street)

I recently spent 5 wonderful days at The Beautique Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly stood out and added so much to my stay. The housekeeping was absolutely perfect – my room was always immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It was such a pleasure to return to a clean, cozy, and well-organized space every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and a touch of elegance. Everything from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities made my stay relaxing.

Modern contemporary . Fantastic bathroom , comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. Very friendly and helpful staff , very willing to and welcoming . Walking distance to all important places - 20 minutes walk to main city square -

Very small room , more suitable for a solo traveller not for couple with luggage .Breakfast room on low level , and street view very grubby . Noisy if you opened the windows , as on a Main Street, but this hotel is in a busy area , so understandable but sometimes fresh air through an open window is good .

The room was very clean, with towels and bedding changed daily. Shower gel, shampoo and even conditioner was made available to use. Hotel is in a great location - right next to the metro station. Breakfast was also good. There was always someone at the desk, meaning that checking out at an odd time was not a problem.

The toilet in our particular room was in front of the bed behind a frosted glass door. Whilst it looks nice, it would've felt like we had more privacy if it was behind an opaque door and one that wasn't designed with holes in it.

Beautifully themed hotel. Comfortable room with all amenities. Since we had a corner room, it let in a lot of sunlight. Blackout curtains (motorised) were very effective in blocking light when needed. Big shower. Located exactly near a Metro stop which makes travelling easy, especially to airport. City centre, is nonetheless about 15-20min walk.

Could do with some soft background music in the breakfast room. It was so quiet! Also, since the hotel is situated in a busy street, trams and ambulance/police sirens could be heard during the night. Windows are double-glazed but if you're a light sleeper this might be a nuisance.

The service was amazing, all people working on the reception I talked to were very friendly, helpful and nice. The room had a big window and a nice view. The bed was comfortable as well. Very good air conditioner, strong.

The sink was in the same room as bed. Toilet and shower were separated from the room only with a glass doors which had holes in them. Hence, all the smell from the toilet will be in the room as well. If you’re not very comfortable with a person you’re traveling with, usage of toilet and shower might be a problem.

Location is great. It's clean and the staff is super nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Great choices and plenty of it.

Absolutely would not recommend for anyone that is traveling with a person u would like privacy from.. No privacy in the room at all. Mirrors and glass allow for 100% transparency. Down to a hole instead of a door knob in the bathroom door. Shower doors allow for no privacy either. I would only recommend this hotel for ppl that don't mind sharing a bathroom. Breakfast was great!!!!!

It is well located, 15-20 minutes to city centre by foot and in front of a metro station if people prefer to use public transport. Also this metro takes you to the airport. Breakfast is good and service is very nice.

Shower and toilet are attached to the bedroom, not separated. It was fine as I was with my partner but having tried it, I would prefer a bit more privacy for next time, hence an ensuite type bedroom. Bedrooms are modern and nicely decorated. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is powerful.
