Great value. 24 hour reception. Good location. Less than 5 minutes to metro. Restaurants nearby. Can walk to the center. The room size was OK. Plenty of room for clothes. There was maid service every day. There was a small kitchen with microwave, but no cooking possibilities. The kitchen was sometimes locked, and you have to ask reception to open it.

No lift, which can be a problem if you have heavy luggage. The bathroom was small, but still OK. Just a small sign on a piece of paper at the entrance of the hotel. But easy to find if you have the address. Parking looked to be difficult, if you have a car.

Really good for the price. The building looks old, but the room we stayed in is newly renovated. It is small, but big enough for me and my son. Prepare to climb stairs. We travel light so no issue with us. 5 min walk to metro or tram/bus stops. And 15-20min walk to city centre. Plenty of pillows, beds are comfy. There is blowdryer and toilets are quiet new. I recommend the Nepalese restaurant opposite the hotel, their food is amazing. We had takeaway on our last day and stayed in room as we are exhausted after whole day walking. And there is a cute cafe I think called Padaria Portuguesa just 5 mins walk away. We keep going back there for breakfast. Their pastries are lovely.

Probably need to seal the shower properly so water don't leak. And maybe need to replace new towels. Other than that everything is great.

There was a bit of a problem when we registrered at arrival, everybody had to hand over passports or id, we understand the rules about city tax but have never anywhere been asked for more then just one person showing a passport. This took quite some time due to language difficulties. Morning after we had hung up a sign about not being disturbed and someone walked straight in and woke us all up. We went out for dinner in night and were promised that we could just ring the bell to be let in again (had to leave the key at the hotel when we went out), but no one answered until we called the number shown on booking.com message, after ringing the bell a few times and do some banging on the door.

Among the 30-40 accommodation I've tried in Lisbon, this guesthouse is definitely one of the bests facility wise. Despite worn-out exterior appearance and a small staircase to the reception, the rooms are neatly renovated and all the staff essential for the stay is available. The lady in this hotel is very attentive, and the cleaning girl (Patricia) is really professional. The area around the hotel is full of cafes and restaurants with affordable prices. I could still find Old good Lisbon here. Access from metro stations (Anjos or Intendente, both Green Line) is very easy and no slope or stairs.

A small heating in the bathroom would make the room perfect, even for winter.

I stayed in this guest house for couple of nights. It's location is quite good. You got many shops nearby to eat, shop etc. Cafeteria next door serves amazing coffee and pastries. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable. Washroom wasn't the biggest but clean. Shower pressure was got with hot water. Room was cleaned regularly with towels replaced. Although it's on street but it wasn't noisy and I had a comfortable sleep. For this price I would highly recommend.

I stayed on 3rd floor and WiFi signals werent the best.

I love everything! The location was amazing, close to all turist attractions, i could go walking distance if u like walking, otherwise uber it was so affordable, only paid once 10 euros uber and that was the most "expensive" I paid on my 4 day trip. Most was 3 or 4, 5. Will definitely come back again. Super recommended specially if you spend the whole day out just there to sleep and shower. Plus there is a fantastic cafe just under it also amazing!!

Best location. 5 minutes from metro and train. Helpful and kind staff. Bright, airy room, comfortable bed, clean, all necessary toiletries. Daily cleaning rooms and changing towels. Markets and restaurants all around.

It's written that there was a kettle in the room, but there wasn't. Soon as I asked, they gave me, but unfortunately it was old and dirty, not possible to use. It would be nice to replace shower head, as it very old.

The entrance is not safe. It’s always open and anybody can access the hotel.

The location is perfect, not too touristy but still close to the center (30 minutes strolling to get to Rossio and 5 minutes to Intendente metro station), we were two girls and we felt very safe. The room was spacious and clean, with good light coming from the two windows. The reception is 24 hrs, only stairs to get to the upper floors. There are nice restaurants closeby.

I loved the property, it is clean, the room is small but it is enough because you just need it for sleep. Location is great, so close to the city center, everything you need is close - great pastry shop just next to the hotel, there is Lidl and supermarket close, nice restaurants also. The toilet is brand new, hot water all the time, the change the towells everyday, the value for money is AMAZING. Literally everything you have to see in Lisbon is close to this location, airport, train station, city center on foot and also by taxi.

It can be a little bit loud outside on the weekend, so if you are a light sleeper just get some ear plugs and that will do the job
