Breakfast was excellent. Really good variety of breads, pastries, fruit, cereals, juices, hot drinks, some cooked items. Location was perfect, just yards from the Metro and minutes away from really good restaurants. The bed was really comfortable and very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Really liked the location, was close to everything. The room was clean, breakfast was good.

I missed having a fridge in the room.

The room was small but cozy and perfectly suitable for an overnight stay — after all, you spend the whole day in the city anyway. It was clean and smelled nice. Since our room didn't face the street, we didn't hear any noise, which was a big plus. The hotel gave a pleasant impression overall. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and we even got our room two hours earlier than originally planned. There's a metro station right in front of the hotel, which is a big advantage.

The dining room was smaller than I expected. I can imagine that if the hotel is fully booked and everyone comes to breakfast at the same time, there might not be enough places to sit. Also, the selection of meals was quite limited. The staff couldn’t keep up with restocking the buffet or clearing the tables after guests had finished eating.

- The location was very good and it was not far away from the airport or the old town of Alfama. The metro station "Anjos" is right in front of the entrance - Friendly staff. Many thanks to the friendly receptionist Dora for her great recommendations and suggestions. - Good cleanliness. My room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. - The bed was very comfortable. I was able to sleep easily. - The lighting was pleasant and not too bright. - The breakfast selection was decent. There is also Pastel de Nata.

- The fuse box makes noise and was a bit disturbing at night. You could also hear it when a metro was riding. - The breakfast room is nice but unfortunately not big enough. The dishes and cutlery were also not well placed. You notice this when there are a lot of people in the room.

The staff were warm , welcoming and friendly. The staff gave us ideas and where we could go while visiting Lisboa. As we had a late coach back to Tavira we asked if it was possible that we get a late check out we were prepared to pay the extra the Manager there said she would upgrade our room and we could check out at 3 pm instead of 11.am If we were to visit Lisboa again we would definitely staff here and we have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends after seeing the pictures and videos we took of the hotel.

The breakfast was not to our taste my husband doesn't eat meat or fish and I don't eat pork. It would have been nice if there had been a wider choice of hot breakfast that catered for vegetarians and those who don't Eat pork I must say the continental breakfast is good.

A good room, with AC. The windows were isolated, as they were on the streetside It was clean, and the staff was very helpful if and when you asked them. Sete Colinas are situated central and on walkingdistance to many places.

The breakfast offered much, as scrabled eggs, tomatoes, cuecumber, different sorts of bread, yoghurt and different fruits. Depending the guests it happened that some gathered food for the whole day! That meant that some that the hotel offered, disappeared rather quickly and the hostess couldn't refill things. It wasn't her fault, but if there had been more staff in the breakfastroom, it could have been solved easily.

The room was amazing. It was really clean, you get all the toiletries, towels, hairdryer.. everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big. The staff was so helpful and so kind, they know a couple of languages, so you can easily understand each other. You can also leave your bags and luggage with them for free, in the luggage room, even when you check out of your room. The breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices from which you can choose.

There was construction work in progress, so we didn't have the view through our window. But with so little time spent in the room, we didn't mind.

Breakfast was very good - we didn‘t think that it was too less variety to choose from (we got everything we wanted), clean, really cozy beds, friendly staff, really nice restaurants/cafe‘s and grocerie shops nearby

We don‘t know if the construction noise belonged to the hotel but it was very loud. It would start around 8am which is fine for us because we don‘t sleep that long on vacation but it was annoying at the breakfast bar, made talking to each other a little less comfortable

Great hotel despite the área which looks a bit rough and busy but safe enough. It was an easy bus or uber drive down to the square or 20 minutes walk. Good breakfast included cooked eggs etc. The staff was outstanding, provided information without us having to ask and very helpful from arrival until our departure. We had our best reasonably priced dinner meals a few blocks down on the same main street at Grill n Chill Nepalese/Indian/Portugués food. Great stay, recommend with confidence.

The breakfast room was a bit small and can be a bit difficult to move around if it's very busy, but still for the price of the stay I wouldn't complain.

Second time I have stayed here, and am currently in the process of booking again. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff friendly, clean hotel. Breakfast and coffee was lovely too: nice selection I kept the do not disturb sign on the door as I prefer to do my own cleaning whilst in the room. I work in housekeeping myself so I try to help out where I can. A room less for them to service. I wasn’t disturbed but a not placed under door saying if i needed clean towels etc to see reception.
