This is a budget hostel with shared bathroom but it's quiet clean and comfortable. The bedroom was all we needed, clean a comfortable bed and nice clean towels. A wardrobe with plenty of hangers and bedside drawers. Two electric sockets and a wall mirror. We didn't use the kitchen at all. With the money we saved by staying at a cheap hostel we ate out for 5 days. You're based in close walking distance to so many great restaurants and the metro is cheap and very close to the hostel. Airport €5 away by Uber.

Nothing, it was all great. Other guests were quiet and friendly and the guy who showed us to our room showed up quickly and was friendly.

Our room was double booked so the manager let us stay in an upgraded room with a bathroom inside our room, which was nice.

This is a very simple room that is good just for sleeping in, which we wanted so it was great for us.

Great location, large bed and decent sized room. However, you could smell cannabis everywhere.

The staff keeps the entire shared area clean all day long, which is very impressive. He is also very helpful and answers the questions very instantly. It's very close to the metro, which is quite convenient.

Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke from other rooms still drifts into my room, which was really unpleasant. After all, Lisbon is very hot, and it is impossible not to open the windows.

Very kind and helpful man working there-had a well needed sleep and hassle free check in-stayed in a single room for half the price of some 10 bed dorms at this time of year-i can't understand why this place gets some negative reviews-i will certainly stay here again.Thanks.
