The location is situated between 2 subway stops along the green line. Anjos and Intendente. From the airport take red line to Alameda and change to green line heading to Caisde Sodre and get off at Anjos. The hotel is one block downhill from the Anjos stop. Easy to get to anything in town from the subway. The breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, cereals, fruit, pastries, cold cuts, bacon, etc. The staff is friendly but not really knowledgeable about things to see or do.

The front desk staff could be a bit more informed on the restaurants close by, things to see or do, and upcoming local events. The staff is very friendly but had few answers to my questions. I actually gave them information on things they could use later. Management needs to train staff on local activities or have a binder with tourist information data.

The hotel is very well located, with access to the metro and tram nearly in front of it, and access to the city center in about 20 minutes by feet. The neighborhood is residential and felt safe for a solo female traveler. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the economic double room very convenient and comfortable, and the general facilities were modern and clean.

The breakfast has a very good variety of food available but the scramble eggs are very dry, and 10:00am as the breakfast end of service is sometimes a bit early when you need to catch up on sleep 😉

The rooms were modern equipped with what you need. The bed was comfy. What caught my mind was the amazing cleaning service, one could notice they like to do it as best as it is possible. I say thanks to them. Breakfast was great. You could find something for any taste! There were also different types of pastry everyday. The reception are respectful and ready to help you with any type of questions you have. The location was very convenient! Metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants, all nearby. They were even at Christmas night.

We were not advised that breakfast was help yourself and it was a little chaotic our first morning (busy Sunday morning) not knowing we had to go and find our own cutlery, hot drinks, plates etc. nobody greeted us at the door to explain how it worked and because there were so many people walking around we couldn’t find stuff as we couldn’t see it. I didn’t even see anyone to ask about gluten free on the first morning either but I did catch someone on the 2nd morning. The food on offer generally was good though.

See above comments about breakfast. Also some of the reception staff were friendlier than others.

The hotel was super - very clean, modern, and comfortable. the rooms were great, with good amenities/space to use. The breakfast was also super - good coffee, good options to choose from, very tasty fruit. overall, would stay again. Location is convenient, a mere 2 mins walk from a very central metro line. of course, as the other comments state, the area is not the best, but as a solo female traveler, i did not feel unsafe.

I would only suggest to make better use of the space in the breakfast room - the positining of the buffet in the middle of the room means you have to constantly move around people. this could be easily fixed if they would just put it against one wall.

Hotel: The hotel was great. Very modern and well decorated. The room was small but well decorated as well. The bathroom was huge. I had a nice view of the back streets of the property from my window. The rooftop view is great! The staff is helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. They restock the food until the very end of breakfast time. I never had a case where something ran out and they did not have more to refill. It has a good variety, which helps if you are staying for a long time. I found breakfast crowded at all times. It is really popular. The wifi was great in the room. I was there for a week and worked from my room and the lobby. The lobby had a work desk and plenty of spots to chill and relax/work. Location: The location is in a neighborhood that is more local. Others have mentioned it is transitional (really up and coming). Cons: That means it is not as fancy or clean as some other areas of Lisbon. Pros: It still gives you really great access to the green train line into the center of the city and the waterfront for $1.85 EUR one way I believe. The train is safe and comes often. I even took it at night as a solo traveler. There were still families and children riding at 11 pm. Another plus is that there are plenty of great, inexpensive restaurants in the area. All different types of food. And there are grocery stores and laundry facilities. It is truly a local area.

I had no expectations and it was just a brief trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and comfortable the hotel is. The bed, shower and AC facilities were immaculate. Breakfast is from 0730 to 1000hrs and great selection of hot and cold options. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops and money exchanges nearby. Taxis are so reasonable and only €10 to the airport. Last week I stayed in a hotel in Bristol at 4 times the price and nowhere near as comfortable and didn’t include breakfast. I will definitely book here again 👏Also, check out is not until 1200 and there is a luggage locker which you can use if you need to!

The Hotel was in a good location on the Metro. Only 300 yards to the steps of the Metro. At first, you think your outside of the big city but you are only 15 minutes from all the best parts of Lisbon. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. They had maps for us and explained in detail the Metro line and the bus routes- very helpful indeed! The room was very comfortable and extremely clean- first class. We had a small fridge, kettle, and an exceptional wi-fi in the whole hotel. The TV had several English channels and a good selection of programs on offer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was serviced every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was included in our package and this was also great. You had a wide selection of items to choose from. Fruits, yoghurts or cereals. Cooked breakfast along with a good range of pastries. Fantastic options to choose from everyday! The hotel staff made a special effort to decorated our room as it was our anniversary and this was really nice of them. As we left, they even booked our early morning taxi cab which turned up ten minutes early.

This hotel is in a good location and amazing value. We flew from UK and then got metro to within a hundred metres of hotel. Staff very helpful, rooms compact but everything you need including fridge and safe, spotlessly clean and a beautiful en-suite room. Feels like a new hotel. Really nice, buffet breakfast included, no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very nice hotel with new and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms were new and shower was excellent. Walking distance to transportation including metro and train to Sintra. The breakfast was outstanding and included some warm items and lots of assorted pastries and fresh fruit. There were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Front desk was very helpful with travel and transportation questions. Rates were very reasonable. There is a safe and refrigerator in the room.

-The beds were 2 twins pushed together to make a queen size bed. It worked for us but not our preference. -There was no closet or dresser drawers in the room. -They only gave you 2 water bottles on the first day and did not replenish. - Area is a bit off the beaten path but close walk or Uber to everything.
