The breakfast was amazing,the hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The estatics of the hotel were a 10/10. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The metro is literally a minute from the hotel and transport is generally easily accessible, the yellow tram also passes right in front of the hotel, if you want to experience the ride on the famous Remodelado tram.

Everything! The staff is the best we've experienced...room was beautiful and don't get me started on how comfortable the bed was! This hotel just knows how to do it right...WAIT...a FREE bottle of very good red wine is waiting for you in your room...so cool!!

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at..Gabriel was at the front early in the morning when we checked out and was over the top great to us..info on the hotel, area, places…he really was great…but the entire experience was top notch

The only down side was the location…homeless encampments up the street and homeless hanging out down the street .would not feel comfortable after dark in that area but we stuck to the hotel mostly

The interior decor of the hotel is lovely and calming. All the fixtures and fittings are of a high quality, especially the automatic curtains, lighting and the mirror which doubles as a tv. It’s an oasis of calm in a busy, run down area with sirens of emergency vehicles blaring out every few minutes. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and looked very professional in their smart suits.

The hotel is situated in the old part of town and we were very disappointed at the general location on our first day. The Main Street is quite scruffy. Although the facilities at the hotel are very good on the whole, there are no drawers to store underwear, tee shirts etc, not enough hooks for hanging bath towels, no rail for the hand towel and no easy chairs for relaxing in.

Very modern and gorgeous decorated hotel. Room is big with good bathroom. Staff were pleasant. Few good restaurants around walking distance, good for exploring.

We struggled to sleep, pillows were very uncomfortable, we asked to change but that was even worse. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and horrible nescafe only, if you want good coffee you then have to pay extra on top of already expensive price. Selection of food was limited and not very nice. Sloppy eggs and unpleasant mushrooms. Big mirror looking into the bed which is also tv but i always find this to be bad feng shui. Neighbourhood was also very sketchy so i would probably not stay here again. Pretty place but strange.

Location, just far enough from the touristy areas but still walkable. Close to great restaurants and cafe’s catering to locals. Nothing was more than a 15-20 minute walk away. Only needed an uber to get to/from the train station and Belem tower. Staff was fantastic. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the automated blinds and enjoyed the small Juliet balcony. Special thanks to Jessica for her recommendations in Porto. She was very kind to send me an itinerary and encouraged me to spend an extra day there… so glad she did!!!

Only complaint was being located across from the elevator. Anytime it was used you could hear it ding loudly.

Beautiful modern hotel! So clean and the fresh smell throughout was amazing. The beds are comfortable and the location is quiet at night to sleep. We had one of the more standard rooms, but it was still amazing and spacious. Such friendly staff, left a cake in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and complimentary breakfast for our stay. Check in was so relaxing and a lovely lady gave us some recommendations. Seen a lot of complaints about location, but they must have forgotten they are in large European city. I seen no major issues and there is a metro so close. However with the low uber prices, it was so easy to get to where we wanted. I will definitely return :)

Pillows could be better. And I wouldn’t have liked to have paid for breakfast, wasn’t much option but as it was an add on I didn’t mind

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Everything from the interior design to the staff’s hospitality was thoughtful and pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for the entire visit. I also celebrated my birthday during the trip, and to my great surprise, a cake and a bottle of bubbly were waiting in the room – such a lovely and unexpected gesture that I’m truly grateful for. This is a hotel that really knows how to make guests feel special. Highly recommended!

I truly liked everything – everything was well thought out and very pleasant. If I were to mention one small thing, it would be that a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes would have been practical. But overall, the experience was fantastic in every way.

Beautiful hotel and guestroom. Comfortable bed and well-stocked, contemporary bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff. Lovely restaurant and bar, including a small outdoor dining area. Reasonably priced menu for a hotel. Just minutes by foot from a metro station. Very convenient. A gem of a hotel. I am an American living in Portugal and will stay here again when I'm in Lisbon.

I liked everything and will return. Just a suggestion: Perhaps a QR code or something in the guestrooms so guests can access the restaurant menu and order room service or take-away if desired.

The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were a good size and the beds were really comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was good, you could tell everything was fresh. Not sure its quite worth the price considering you have to make your own coffee using a machine.

Hotel is located on a busy main road although the sound proofing is good you can still hear the metro rumbling by. The bathroom should be separate from the bedroom.
