Overall is the hotel pretty good. The room is equipped with bad, some wardrobe, separated shower, conditioner and tv. Next to it metro station, which goes to city center. From second side is supermarket. Every day the room was cleaned. The staff is nice and friendly, without problems accepted us late night.

Sound isolation is not the best, we heard everything what is happening outside and next to our door. It would be also better to have a small fridge. Because of high temperature outside, it is impossible to store something more than 1 day. And maybe 2 separated glasses for drinking would be also perfect. But the staff was nice and gave me two glasses.

I stayed at Hotel Anjos in Lisbon and was very satisfied. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The bathroom was new, and the plumbing was in excellent condition. The hotel is conveniently located — the metro is nearby, and the city center is within walking distance. Great value for money. Breakfast wasn’t provided, probably due to the low season, but there are many cafes nearby where you can have a nice breakfast. Overall, a great choice for staying in Lisbon!

This is a pretty good value place with good room facilities. Helpful staff although only one spoke fluent English but his was very good. I didn't have any meals.

The location may not be to everyone's taste. It is a moderate distance from the centre and uphill but is near a metro stop. The neighbourhood is very varied with a lot of ethnic variety. However this means there is a lot of choice of eateries but perhaps less Portuguese flavour than you may expect.

Good value for the money. Breakfast is quite OK for 10e. But it would be good if I was told that breakfast needs to be paid for in advance at the reception.

A free-standing shower is not optimal for tall people. Also quite small. It would be nice if the receptionist was more talkative and explained some basic info without me asking. WiFi info is here, checkout is at noon, the cafeteria is on the 1st floor, you should pay in advance for breakfast. That's some basic info.

Noted that there was attention render to the customer but not personal just business like. There was a stern outlook towards the customer. Example: Can I stay longer, no there is no availability. Instead, I'm sorry but we are booked. Personnel not personal only thinking about the rooming and logistics of their work

There were no smiles all business

I booked the Anjos at the last minute (shortly before we showed up) because another location had cancelled my reservation. It was the best price I could get in Lisbon and one of the few hotels that could put all 4 of us in the same room. The suite was a bedroom and a seperate sitting room that had a fold out bed. They were both nice sized rooms. The shower was excellant with great water pressure and easy controls. The breafast was very nice with a number of options. The location was a little further from the main down town area, but had plenty of great stores and restaurants nearby.

A little less costly would have been nice.

Location near to the Metro and several good food places around. Big rooms with comfortable beds.

At night it didn’t seem to be too safe. Rooms that face the inner garden were too noisy due to people drinking and shouting at night. Safe box was tiny.

Hotel Anjos has a very good location. It is next to the downtown of Lisbon, next to the metro and also has a Lidl supermarket 3 minutes walking dintrance. And it was quite cheap compared with what it offered. I gladly recommend it.

Good location. Lots of restaurants and cafes are near by. Good connection with public transport.

Slightly noisy.

The location was perfect. clean room, clean towels, comfortable bed.

I couldn't sleep becouse it was very loud outside, someone was having a party. I guess I was just unlucky, but i closed every windows and i could still hear them clearly. The price was expensive, it was just one night without breakfast, i still payed more than 100 euro.
