Location and the restaurant

Registration was across the street which means you have to drag your luggage back and forth Steps to reach the elevator and the elevator was only for luggage which means you have to climb floors of steps

Overall, the stay was good, the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is 2 km downwards from the center, which was the best location on this price that we could ask for.

A/C did not work properly. Once I asked to repair, they did it, but somehow it still worked whenever it wanted to. Hot water in the sink is the rarity, you have to wait a very very long time for it to appear, a bit shorter duration in the shower. No cattle in room, was unexpected and inconvenient. Also, when booking they don't mention, that you have to check-in at the different location than the hotel itself.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The daily room cleaning was excellent, and everything was always spotless. A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel – they surprised my friend with a birthday cake and a card in the room, which made the stay even more special. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would love to visit again!

I would like to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. The hotel itself was simply wonderful – the facilities were top-notch, the atmosphere incredibly pleasant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A special thank you to the reception staff – they were very polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. They are truly professional and friendly people who make the stay even more comfortable. A big thank you to the driver – a true professional, always punctual and attentive. I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire cleaning team. The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was done very carefully and professionally. Thank you for your hard work and care! I would gladly return to this hotel again.

Clean, but small room. Recently renovated, although there were some details that need fixing. Close to metro station (green line). The staff is very polite and helpful, they reply in messages quickly. Cleaning service every day. Blinds at the windows to make the room dark.

There was no reception. You have to check-in in the reception of another hotel of the same owner, opposite the street, a few meters far. That is not very convenient if you want to ask something (instead send a message) or to carry the luggage from one hotel to the other. The staff though is very helpful. Not good soundproof. You could hear noise from the street, other guests, and the metro passing underneath.

The rooms (I stayed in 2 different rooms because I booked twice while I was in Lisbon) were really nice aesthetically and comfortable. They cleaned our room everyday. The location is very good because you have the metro just outside, the breakfast and check in desk is 1 minute walk and the city centre is 20 minutes on foot and very easy to get there.

In the first room we stayed the AC was very weak and in the second room we stayed there was probably a leak from the toilet and the smell was very bad. Both rooms had a glass sliding door for the bathroom which made it really uncomfortable. There was no privacy. The breakfast could use an upgrade and have better quality. As for the variety it was more than enough.

Nicely decorated, located right next to the red metro line. Within walking distance of the main square. Comfortable double bed. Free safe to keep valuables in. Great communication from reception staff. Air conditioning was excellent

Located accross from reception with no phone in the room, my room was in the rafters (knocked my head a few times on the ceiling) Shower is very compact i.e unable to bend over in it. Toilet unstable but not leaking. Room was clean but found american coins under the single sofa. No kettle for cuppa. Velux window has a blackout blind fitted, you had to stand on the bed to open/close it. Lift in building solely for bags, quite daunting when you're on the 5th floor.

The hotel's location was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was well-maintained and clean. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of amenities, including restaurants, shops, cafes, bars , supermarkets, pharmacies and transportation.

Check-In Process: One aspect to be aware of is that the check-in is done in a different building. This might be a bit inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Room Size: The double room we booked was a bit smaller than expected. It might be worth checking for larger room options if available. No Mini-Fridge.

The property was in a great location and we were able to walk almost anywhere. The staff were super kind and helpful. They left us a pastry which was really thoughtful. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

We were in the basement flat which meant we didn’t have any natural light and we couldn’t really open the window as it led to a tiny courtyard which had a slight smell.

Check in was very easy. The reception works 24/7, everything was ready for our arrival. Also we got a little present from the stuff on our check out. The location is very good. Right in front of the hotel is the metro station. You can also easily walk to the center of the city, about 20min. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed. Wi-fi was good. Enough hot water to bath as long as you want.

That was the smallest apartment ever. You enter the apt through the sleeping room, there is a little kitchen area, and on the end of the apt is a bathroom. The only space that has a window is the bathroom, overlooking the neighbor. It is a little bit noisy in the sleeping room when someone passes through the hotel corridor.
