The location of the hotel is great, you can reach almost anything by foot. Also the hotel is located on a quiet road, so there is almost no noise from outside. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, housekeeping cleans the room every day. The air-con works perfectly and cools down the room in no time.

The room doesn't have enough space to store clothes. Only one (small) warderobe. Also there is no space to store luggage in the room. They remove the room card from the slot for electricity if you leave it there when u go outside. We left it on purpose so the air-con would still be on. They took the card away from the room, not even left it on a table for us.

Breakfast offering was good in pleasant surroundings. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Sophia. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. Short walk downhill to Anjos metro station.

The room was very small and quite cramped and had very limited storage and hanging space for our five night stay. Had we been there for one or two nights it may have been okay. Air-con did not work well in the 33 degree heat and we asked to have it checked out. It was so much better after it had been looked at. Theres not a lot of bar or dining options around the hotel but there is a mini market just round the corner with good selection of snacks, soft drinks and water on offer.

Overall, the room (w/ balcony as a plus) was clean, towels changed every day. Shower was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of bread and buns. Staff was nice and helpfull, especially Diogo who greeted us at the reception desk. The metro station (Anjos) is just 5 min away and the city centre (green line) is just 15 min. If you want to rent a car, Sixt is in the same street as is the petrol station for when you return the car, which is great. A couple of restaurants and cafes nearby. At the time of my booking it was excellent value for money. Recommend the hotel :)

Except for the variety of bread and buns, the breakfast is the same everyday and could have been more various, more to choose from. Elevators are a bit small.

This is a fully renovated boutique hotel located 10-15 minutes to the airport in a nice neighborhood. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. It was on a quiet street. The reception staff were very gracious and helpful. They were great! They gave us an excellent restaurant choice for dinner at the Portuguesa Restaurant a few blocks away. They arranged for our taxi ride to the airport with the briefest wait time. The breakfast had many healthy, nutritional offerings with fresh and dried fruits, cereals, yogurts, eggs, meats, cheeses. fresh breads and rolls. They provided a high level of customer service, and we highly recommend this hotel as an alternative to other hotels we had considered in pricey Portugal.

This hotel is very a very good one and you will be absolutely satisfied. The area is fine. 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station. Around the hotel you can find super market, bakery and a few restaurants. The hotel is a basic one with a small lobby. The rooms are nice. We got a normal room for us and a small room for the kids. Even the small room is pretty fine. The bathrooms were renovated and fully equipped. All rooms had mini bar (empty), TV and air condition. But the best feature of the hotel is how clean it is. I think I haven't stayed in a hotel SO CLEAN. Also the breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of choices. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Lisbon. Congratulation to the people working there. They were all very polite.

The location was very good for walking up various sites. We like walking so the distance worked well for us, others may find it a bit much. Nevertheless, for the price, the distance was fine and the walk enjoyable. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

Temp control for the room was appreciated but we had a tough time regulating the temp to a comfortable level. It would spike to too cold, then too warm. And there was a lot of condensation. Visitors need to be careful about keeping anything under the AC/heat unit,

Sophia at the front desk is an absolute gem! We were able to check in early, which was great as we were tired from traveling from Canada. She helped us navigate the city, made great recommendations & got us to our bus today (spoke directly to the taxi driver for us) so we could continue on our holiday. The bathroom products were very nice & the continental breakfast was hot & fresh.

The room was a bit small for 3 adults. The cleaning products were highly scented but we just opened our window. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as we aren't big breakfast eaters.

The receptionist did not put enough or satisfying efforts into figuring out whether the announced strike in the public transportation sector the other day would affect the transportation to the airport and couldn't help much. There was a pill on the floor from the previous guests which was only cleaned after a few days of our stay. Room (three-bed room) very tiny and narrow, bathroom very spacious though.

Myself and my missus every now and then stay at Duplo Charme Boutique Hotel and it never disappoints us, the location is great, great shower, yummy breakfast although we didn’t have it this time around but we know it’s good from previous times, the staff are always welcoming and friendly and the neighbourhood is good and quiet and the hotel is a walking distance from tube station and have a good selection of restaurants nearby. We definitely would come back and highly recommend Duplo Charme Boutique Hotel.

The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, quiet neighbourhood with nice local stores and cute restaurants and cafeterias. Very close to Anjos Metro station, green line which helped commute to airport easily. Nice views, delicious breakfast, with an indoor and outdoor capacity. The room though small, yet it was very comfortable. Nice refreshing smell of cleanliness every time we got back from sightseeing and they offer free luggage storage. The lounge cozy and nice to sit before check in or after check out. The wifi excellent! What a gorgeous smell of the body cream and shampoo that they offer in the room! Comfy bed, soft linen, sufficient lights, large TV screen with nice music channels. Very comfortable bathroom, spacious shower room, by the way, the toilet brush stick needs change (was broken) and we would be happier to have had larger trash bin. The one in the bathroom was the smallest size and there was no bin anywhere in the bedroom. So all trash was going into the little tiny bathroom bin. But we got service every day and it was all fine! I definitely recommend it !
