The apartment was clean and quiet.There is big supermarket and many good restaurants near the place.The pool was very nice. Two restaurants in grand floor were very nice. It was easy to go to center of Lisbon.it was walkable distance.

AC was difficult to control.Sometime it was not cooled enough so I had to reset several time. Two pool side bedd were broken and only 1 not broken bed was there.The last day before we leave, there is two replacements plastic pool side beds; however they were very hot during day time. The apartment looks quite clean but I saw small roaches and some ants several time in the apartment. The sofa bed cover had some stain so I thought it looks better to wash.

The apartment was quite large with plenty of storage and had everything you needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The pool on the second floor whilst shallow was great to cool off in after a day of sight seeing in the heat. Location was close to public transport and restaurants and walking distance to Sao Jorge Castello. Closing the windows and shutters completely blocked out any street noise. And it has a washing machine which was great!

Apartment was a bit tricky to locate as it is located between two restaurants! After going around in circles a couple of times we found the street number of the property on the glass doors!

Lovely big apartment. Well proportioned. Has towels for both bath and pool. Food options literally outside the door.

Pool area was a bit bleak. No chairs, three sunbeds of which two were broken. Not like in photos. The location was slightly dubious. Looks of men loitering in square down the road. Would say not suitable for single females.

Had issues with the safe being locked, informed management and issue wasn’t resolved the whole time, notice board of hotel was not given until our third day which seemed pointless by then. In addition 6 coffee pods are meant to be complimentary but we had one, despite this the pods weren’t very expensive in the shop so did that instead Also had to be mindful around the pool decking, multiple loose decks + not a lot of seats or loungers by the pool

Fabulous apartment in great location. Clean and tidy, kitchen area has cooker, fridge and dishwasher, no microwave but we managed without.Has sufficient kitchen utensils. Great decor throughout. 1min to a shop, also where bus stop is., Not even 5 min to underground which is easy to follow. Italian restaurant next door and other eating areas close by. Would definitely recommend and would book if staying in lisbon again.

Being very picky needs hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom.

Everything was as it should be - aircon worked, comfortable bed, clean. Big bath was a bonus. We never used the kitchen much but it all looked good. If you close the inner and outer windows the place is soundproof

Clean and modern apartment. Not far away from the central area with great restaurants all around. Easy instructions to gain entry.

The pool area was a disappointment. Two of the three loungers there were broken and just left in the corner. No tables and chairs up there. It could do with a little TLC to make it more inviting. For a small amount of money spent it would make the experience a lot better.

The bed was excellent, the sofa good enough. The room was very clean, the breakfast was healthy but the options were limited. In addition, even if that was not a real problem I would prefer if there were somewhere inside the bathroom to hang the towels. There were 2 points but the towels fell from there. But overall the property was really good. I mentioned these things above in order to reach perfection.

This property is like a 5 star apartment. It was massive , clean, had so many facilities and the host was so welcoming and gave great communication. The roof top pool as a added bonus. Delightful! The Italian restaurant downstairs is a must. Uber drops and collects right outside too. Key less entry was a breeze

The location is perfect however the street is quite loud and at night isn’t lit very well. Just bare in mind if you are travelling alone.

The lockbox was easy to locate and get the key for the apartment door and no issues using that The pool at the top gets the sun all day which is great and even though its small even when there was about 15 people up there, we all had space and its a good way to meet your neighbours. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you would need for your stay Its about a 20 min walk in the Barrio Alto area and theres lots on the way in between too so good location.

The code on the main door is glitchy - it works sometimes but it takes about 3/4 goes before the door opens so each time we left and came back that was a pain. Also the aircon didnt work and they were not really helpful in resolving that - they started to help but asking me to turn off and on/change setting etc then stopped helping when I said it didnt work still. Their weekend support number was even less helpful when I tried to reach them again for help. So basically spent 4 days melting. By the pool 3 chairs no loungers etc you can lay on towel on floor but its just wood so not super comfy. The sofa bed didnt open
