Location was fabulous!! The view and the terrace were beautiful!! The staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning was being replaced so 2 of the 3 floors didn’t have air conditioning. We weren’t told about this and found out when I tried to put it on. My friends bathroom had a nasty odor and the toilet was basically under the sink. Pillows could be updated with higher quality pillows.

The breakfast is not worth the money... every day the same, and the choice is small, the quality of the food is poor, the only praise for the squeezed orange juice. Armchairs and wardrobes are a bit old.

The staff, especially Diogo, were very kind and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering a great view of the city. There were plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby, and it was also within walking distance of the city center. The room was clean, and the bathroom included a bidet—a thoughtful detail that many places overlook these days. I also had a lovely balcony with a chair and table, perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink after a long day of exploring the city.

The street became a bit noisy around midnight due to cleaning vehicles, and since the windows weren’t well soundproofed, it was difficult to sleep until the noise subsided. The building is old, which adds a certain charm, but there was a noticeable musty smell in the room when the window was closed—something that could likely be improved with a better ventilation system. Additionally, there was no power outlet near the bed, making it inconvenient to charge a phone overnight. A water boiler with some tea bags would also have been a nice touch to enhance the overall experience.

Good location for exploring Lisbon with fabulous views and a great breakfast.The ladies providing breakfast were very helpful and kind.

We were cold at night but found blankets in the wardrobe.No plug in the bath,shower basic and attachment on the wall loose.No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

The view is amazing and the breakfast was fresh and delicious although it does not vary at all. The location is easy to get to major attractions and a short walk to the trolley

It's getting older and worn and the current layout doesn't let you get into bed with the windows open, the plugs are difficult to access for charging, the shower socket won't hold the shower head so it sprays everywhere, the tub was amazing, but the current sink countertop made it so you can't lay back without ducking your head, the tub water backed up and flooded the bathroom when released

This is an older, well-kept hotel in a quiet Lisbon neighborhood. The room was simple, but very clean and comfortable in every way, with plenty of towels, and a stunning view of the castle outside the window. The staff were incredible. Alessandro and Diego exuded kindness, friendliness and hospitality during every interaction. I would definitely choose to stay here again and again. Hotel staff like these are priceless and make any stay feel special.

If ever they decide to change anything, it would be replacing the carpeting in the bedrooms with hard flooring simply to eliminate the dust that inevitably accompanies wall-to-wall carpeting. The bathrooms had sparkling clean tile, which I appreciated.

The view is spectacular. It is one of my favorite parts of visiting Lisbon. I get along well with all the people who work there. This is my sixth visit in as many years and many of the same people are still there. Needless to say they all know Lisbon. My parents used to stay there. Old school small European hotel.

Sometimes I wish I could get a cold drink, like a coke or a beer or a hot one like an espresso, but all that is close by. This hotel is called the Lady of the Mountain for a reason, it sits on top of a hill and that can be challenging, but it is also what makes it special. You will take a lot of steps in this city and you will never regret one of them.

Great view, very clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff. Great view :) Nice busy neighbourhood. Did I mention it has a great view? :D The hotel is a bit older and could use some TLC here and there, but that also adds to the charm. Didn’t use the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. Hoping to come back next year!

It’s great for the price, the hotel is older and could use some TLC here and there. It’s also located on the highest hill, so prepare to go up :) If you’re travelling by public transport get the bus, from the Metro stop it is a long way up!

They have a million dollar view. I am not exaggerating. People pay for tuk tuk tours to see the view next to it but the hotel has even a better one. Another thing I liked was the staff and cleanliness. Very very clean.

I don’t think some tourists would like the decor and the fact that you have to leave your key at the hotel every time you step out. I was ok with it but kept thinking about many of my friends who would not like that. It’s for safety purposes. Either way, having that view and knowing how clean the place was made me feel at ease.

The first thing is nothing that could be changed. And it’s a minor thing compared to all the good things. The toilets were a strange configuration so had to flush many times. But what could be changed is I had papers on side table that I wanted to keep and the cleaning staff threw them out. I know they were jus trying to be tidy, but something to be aware of in the future. I throw out papers in trash if I don’t want them. No major papers so all is well.
