The facilities boasted superb modernity and diligent upkeep, with staff refreshing towels daily. Additionally, they accommodated us by storing our luggage both before check-in and after checkout until we departed for the airport. Breakfast was sufficient, perhaps with a bit more variety, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The location was not pretty good.

Breakfast was really good! The actual location was questionable neighborhood-wise, but you just have to walk down the street to be in the center. Which was great. Really clean rooms and nice shower. And the staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We booked a small room because it was the only one available. And it was indeed tiny. The bed was too small for us and we didn’t have much space for our stuff. Not too comfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you also need a little bit more space :) luckily we were out of our room for most of the trip. We peeked into a bigger room, which looked much better.

Hotel was spotless and sparkling. Small room was enough for us and had everything we needed on our stay. This beautiful hotel located near for old town, small walk to the city and was easy to reach, no matter which way you explored the city. Lovely short ride with funicular up to the Miradouro da Graca for free, just around the corner. Breakfast was lovely and breakfast room cute. Loved everything about this hotel.

This did not bother us, but might be good to mention, that noises travel well inside the hotel. Everything else was good.

The hotel installations are quite new and modern. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was abundant and varied daily (different fruits and bread types), although not many vegan options.

Common areas were heated up to 27 degrees, which felt excessive considering outside was above 10 degrees. Staff was not very friendly or even helpful when it came to giving advice on touristic attractions. Our room was quite basic and I understand that for the price that's what you get, however, a couple of small details would make it more comfortable (somewhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, a stool or similar, a chair to put your clothes at night or more hooks for jackets and co.) The neighborhood is a bit rough, so much so, that my Latina instinct kicked in every time we walked through those streets towards the hotel... Nothing happened but some people might not feel comfortable...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but cozy and had everything that you would need for a short (1-2 day) stay. Close to a metro station.

The room should have been more clean and the curtains would need a deep clean. My room was unfortunately right next to the reception, so it was loud from time to time, because of the guests coming in and out. The breakfast options are okay but a bit limited. The area around the hotel is a bit shady, especially the square around the nearest underground station (Martim Moniz), but it is only a 5-min walk.

The terrace outside our room was amazing and the decor of the rooms, breakfast area and foyer was lovely. All the staff and the fact it was 24HR reception was great. Bed was extremely comfy. Aircon was great, very effective and the shower was hot and powerful.

Not much, toaster in breakfast room was very slow and badly positioned near the kitchen door. Local area was maybe not the best, lots of groups of men just hanging around all hours, no problem was had but I wouldn't maybe feel as comfortable if I stayed with a female friend instead of my husband.

The staff was amazing and kind. Shout out to Rahim the man at the front desk for going above and beyond! The free breakfast was a perk and I enjoyed the room it was cozy, clean and safe.

A bit of a mold smell. Changed rooms once because the first room smelled of extreme mold like unbearable. The second room was fine but I noticed in general when I'd open the windows I smelled it. It rained a lot when I was there so maybe that contributed. The noise level from rooms above was a bit much too but had ear plugs to help. The neighborhood wasn't the most uplifting/safest feeling for a solo female traveler. I got stared at every time I arrived/left. The street you turn on to get to hotel is ok but its the intersection a block away that can be a bit of a vigilance check point.

The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was well prepared and, and overall the cleanliness was very acceptable. It’s very centrally located.

The location also come with own caveat, as it does not feel as the most saftest neighborhood. It was somewhat difficult to get the room in the appropriate temperature for sleeping. It got too hot if the windows were closed and AC off. But also it got too cold if the windows were closed, and the AC was on, since you cannot manually set it higher than 21ºC. 23-24 would be perfect. Opening the windows during the night were not an option.

Very nice hotel, relaxing environment beautiful colors and decor, extremely clean, the room 4rth floor was overall comfortable with comfy bed nice linen spacious with a beautiful view.....Breakfast was so good with nice breakfast area and the staff was helpful and very kind...Neighbourhood style area...no one bothers you and is close to everything...public transport metro trams and attractions walking distance to alfama squares etc.Lots of shops cafes and restaurants in between with great food.

Easy access to some of the must see places in Lisbon

Because of its location, going up the hill (about seven steps) with narrow streets, taxis and Ubers preferred to drop you off at the junction with the other two streets. No big deal for us but maybe for others. Breakfasts are good; my one suggestion would be to place some sliders under the legs of the chairs of the breakfast room because right now they are very noisy when people pull them out to sit down or place them back,
